本发明公开了一种自粘聚合物改性沥青防水卷材，由下到上依次设置有防粘硅油隔离膜、聚合物改性沥青涂盖层和隔水表层，隔水表层为高密度聚乙烯膜、铝箔或双面自粘型可剥离的硅油隔离膜，本发明所提供的自粘聚合物改性沥青防水卷材，具有优良的粘接性、延伸性、自愈性和稳定的高低温性能。

技术领域
本发明涉及建筑防水材料技术领域，特别涉及一种自粘聚合物改性沥青防水卷材。
背景技术
防水卷材在建筑工程中被普遍使用，材料性能对防水质量具有直接影响，有些场合不允许采用明火施工，有些卷材的铺设基层会出现变形或开裂，卷材在使用中被穿刺破损等现实状况，从多个方面对防水卷材的性能提出要求。
综上所述，如何使防水卷材具有更优的性能，以适应建筑行业对防水材料多方位的需求，成为本领域技术人员亟待解决的技术问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种自粘聚合物改性沥青防水卷材，使其具有优良的粘接性、延伸性、自愈性和稳定的高低温性能。
为解决上述技术问题，本发明提供了如下技术方案：
一种自粘聚合物改性沥青防水卷材，由下到上依次设置有防粘硅油隔离膜、聚合物改性沥青涂盖层和隔水表层，所述隔水表层为高密度聚乙烯膜、铝箔或双面自粘型可剥离的硅油隔离膜。
优选的，所述聚合物改性沥青涂盖层为合成橡胶、树脂、沥青、增塑剂、增粘剂及超细无机填料的混合物。
优选的，厚度为1.mm或1.5mm，长度为20m，宽度为1m。
优选的，厚度为2.0mm，长度为15m，宽度为1m。
本发明所提供的自粘聚合物改性沥青防水卷材，由下到上依次设置有防粘硅油隔离膜、聚合物改性沥青涂盖层和隔水表层，其中隔水表层为高密度聚乙烯膜、铝箔或双面自粘型可剥离的硅油隔离膜，聚合物改性沥青涂盖层能够直接粘附于防水基层，稳定实现冷自粘性能，能自行愈合较小的穿刺破损，可自行填塞愈合较小的基层裂缝，与高密度聚乙烯膜和铝箔优良的不透水性相配合可做表层防水，与双面自粘型可剥离的硅油隔离膜相配合可以作为附加层，也可用于非同等材质防水层交接处的粘接，整体结构具有优异的延展性能，能够适应基层的变形或开裂而不会出现卷材撕裂，同时具有稳定的高低温性能。

本发明所提供的一种自粘聚合物改性沥青防水卷材，由下到上依次设置有防粘硅油隔离膜1、聚合物改性沥青涂盖层2和隔水表层3。
其中隔水表层3为高密度聚乙烯膜、铝箔或双面自粘型可剥离的硅油隔离膜。

隔水表层3为高密度聚乙烯膜的卷材适用于非外露防水防潮工程，隔水表层3为铝箔的卷材可用于屋面防水层，隔水表层3为双面自粘型可剥离的硅油隔离膜的卷材仅用于附加层使用，也可用于非同等材质防水层交接处的粘接。
本发明所提供的自粘聚合物改性沥青防水卷材，聚合物改性沥青涂盖层2为合成橡胶、树脂、沥青、增塑剂、增粘剂及超细无机填料的混合物。
产品规格有三种，厚度为1.2mm或1.5mm，长度为20m，宽度为1m，或厚度为2.0mm，长度为15m，宽度为1m。也可以由供需双方协商确定生产其他规格的产品。
本发明所提供的自粘聚合物改性沥青防水卷材，使用时，其防水基层应坚固、平整、光滑、干净、干燥、无灰尘油污，根据防水层施工部位需要测量其所需尺寸，定位裁剪好后撕起防粘硅油隔离膜1，将卷材粘贴在基层上，用刮板或压辊将卷材下空气排出并压实卷材。

2.如权利要求1所述的自粘聚合物改性沥青防水卷材，其特征在于，所述聚合物改性沥青涂盖层(2)为合成橡胶、树脂、沥青、增塑剂、增粘剂及超细无机填料的混合物。
3.如权利要求1所述的自粘聚合物改性沥青防水卷材，其特征在于，厚度为1.2mm或1.5mm，长度为20m，宽度为1m。
4.如权利要求1所述的自粘聚合物改性沥青防水卷材，其特征在于，厚度为2.0mm，长度为15m，宽度为1m。
