Abstract

本发明涉及一种无胎聚合物改性沥青防水卷材,该防水卷材包括:上表面层、下表面层以及位于上表面层和下表面层中间的沥青层,其中,所述上表面层包括增强膜,所述增强膜覆盖所述沥青层的中间区域而露出所述沥青层两侧的边缘部分;以及隔离边膜,所述隔离边膜覆盖所述沥青层两侧的边缘部分;所述沥青层包括:改性沥青层和自粘沥青层;所述下表面层为隔离膜。本发明中的防水卷材拥有改性沥青卷材和自粘沥青卷材的优点,可以提高卷材的耐热性和耐老化性能。

Description

一种无胎聚合物改性沥青防水卷材
技术领域
本发明涉及建筑防水卷材,更具体地涉及一种无胎聚合物改性沥青防水卷材。
背景技术
近年来,无胎自粘防水卷材以其施工方便,节能环保等优点在建筑防水领域的应用越来越广泛,无胎自粘防水卷材主要用作坡屋面防水、屋面防水、防水垫层防水,起防水、隔汽以及防滑等作用,其主要构造是上表面采用HDPE(高密度聚乙烯)材质或PET(聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯)材质的增强薄膜,起增强稳定结构的作用,下表面采用隔离材料,起隔离作用,中间为自粘沥青料。
但是,自粘卷材存在耐热性差,易衰减等缺陷,在高温炎热地区,大型厂房、暖房等市场的应用上显得力不从心。
发明内容
鉴于此,本发明的一个目的是提供一种无胎聚合物改性沥青防水卷材,以解决因现有技术的局限性和缺点而造成的一个或更多个问题。
为了实现本发明的目的,在本发明的一方面,提供了一种无胎聚合物改性沥青防水卷材,该防水卷材包括:上表面层、下表面层以及位于上表面层和下表面层中间的沥青层,
其中,所述上表面层包括:
增强膜,所述增强膜覆盖所述沥青层的中间区域而露出所述沥青层两侧的边缘部分;以及
隔离边膜,所述隔离边膜覆盖所述沥青层两侧的边缘部分;
所述沥青层包括:改性沥青层和自粘沥青层;
所述下表面层为隔离膜。
优选地,所述增强膜为HDPE、PET、PP高分子膜或片材。
优选地,所述增强膜为单层膜或多层复合膜。
优选地,所述PET膜为PET原膜、PET-PE复合膜或PET镀铝膜。
优选地,所述隔离边膜为PET涂硅油膜,所述隔离膜为PE涂硅油膜或PET涂硅油膜。
优选地,所述自粘沥青层的厚度为0.4mm以上,所述自粘沥青层位于所述沥青层的底层。
优选地,在所述增强膜上靠近所述边缘部分设置有与卷材边缘平行的两条搭接线。
优选地,所述防水卷材还包括:所露出的沥青层两侧的边缘部分宽度不相同。
优选地,所述两条搭接线距对应卷材边缘的距离相同。
本发明公开的无胎聚合物改性沥青防水卷材,同时拥有改性沥青卷材和自粘沥青卷材的优点,使用方便,夹心层为普通的改性沥青料或特种改性沥青,可以提高卷材的耐热性和耐老化性能,扩大无胎自粘卷材的应用范围,同时降低生产成本。

具体实施方式
下面,对本发明的优选实施方式进行详细说明。这些优选实施方式的示例在附图中进行了例示。附图中所示和根据附图描述的本发明的实施方式仅仅是示例性的,并且本发明的技术精神及其主要操作不限于这些实施方式。
在此,还需要说明的是,为了避免因不必要的细节而模糊了本发明,在附图中仅仅示出了与根据本发明的方案密切相关的结构和/或处理步骤,而省略了与本发明关系不大的其他细节。
实施例1
图1示出了本发明一实施方式的带自粘层无胎聚合物改性沥青防水卷材的截面示意图。如图1所示,该防水卷材由三部分组成,第一部分即卷材上表面层,第二部分为中间的沥青层,第三部分为下表面层,这三部分形成了带自粘层的无胎聚合物改性沥青防水卷材。
上表面层包括增强膜1,增强膜1覆盖沥青层的中间区域并露出沥青层两侧的边缘部分(露出的边缘部分即为搭接边),露出的边缘部分(搭接边)由隔离边膜4a、4b覆盖。在本发明实施方式中,作为示例,增强膜1可为HDPE(高密度聚乙烯)、PET(聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯)、PP(聚丙烯)等高分子膜或片材,隔离边膜可以为PET涂硅油膜。增强膜可以是单层膜,也可以是多层复合膜。在增强膜为PET膜时,该PET膜可以为PET原膜、PET-PE复合膜或PET镀铝膜,但本发明并不限于此。
沥青层部分可以为两层或更多层结构。在两层的情况下,从上往下,第一层可为改性沥青料或特种沥青料2-1,第二层为自粘沥青料2-2。改性沥青层2-1例如可为SBS改性沥青料或APP改性沥青料等。特种沥青料例如可以为阻根型沥青料、耐盐碱型改性料、阻燃型改性料等。在沥青层部分为多层的情况下,最底层为自粘沥青层,其他层可以是改性沥青料和/或特种沥青料。在本发明实施例中,自粘沥青层的厚度在0.4mm以上。
下表面层由隔离膜3形成。隔离膜3可以是涂硅油PE(聚乙烯)或PET隔离膜。
在图1所示的实施例中,作为示例,防水卷材整体厚度例如可为1.0~2.0mm,改性沥青层厚度例如为0.6~1.6mm,自粘沥层厚度例如为0.4~1.0mm,卷材整体宽度为例如为1000mm,HDPE或PET增强膜宽度例如为950mm,隔离边膜宽度例如分别为50mm和70mm,PE隔离膜宽度例如为1060mm。这些数值仅为示例,并非用于限制本发明,本发明的防水卷材可以根据实际需要进行灵活地设置。
如上所描述,本发明公开的带自粘层的无胎聚合物改性沥青防水卷材同时拥有改性沥青卷材和自粘沥青卷材的优点,使用方便,夹心层为普通的改性沥青料或特种改性沥青,可以提高卷材的耐热性和耐老化性能,扩大了无胎自粘卷材的应用范围,同时降低了生产成本。
实施例2
如图2所示,除了包括图1中的结构,本实施例中的防水卷材还在增强层上设置有搭接线。增强膜1两侧露出沥青层,第一搭接边2a和第二搭接边2b。
在增强膜1上靠近两搭接边2a、2b处分别设置有两搭接线,即第一搭接线1a和第二搭接线2b。第一搭接线1a和第二搭接线2b与卷材边缘平行。
如图2所示,第一搭接边2a和第二搭接边2b可呈非对称结构(或称为偏对称结构),即第一搭接边2a和第二搭接边2b的宽度不同。作为示例,第一搭接边2a和第二搭接边2b的宽度可分别为2cm和5cm,这里列举的宽度值仅为优选示例,并非用于限制本发明。另一方面,第一搭接线1a和第二搭接线1b可对称地设置于防水卷材的增强膜上,也即第一搭接线1a和第二搭接线1b距对应卷材边缘的距离可相等。作为示例,第一搭接线1a和第二搭接线2a距对应卷材边缘的距离为8-10cm,该距离值仅为优选示例,并非用于限制本发明。
本发明实施方式中,第一搭接线和第二搭接线可通过涂覆或印刷等方式形成于增强膜1上,但本发明并不限于此。
在将一防水卷材与另一防水卷材相搭接的状态下,可将一防水卷材的第一搭接边与另一防水卷材的第二搭接边相搭接,借助于搭接线,可进行精准地搭接。即在施工搭接时,短搭接边一侧粘到长搭接边一侧,两条搭接线正好重叠,不需要测量,从而使得施工效率提升。
本发明在卷材搭接时可将短搭接边(如图2中的第一搭接边)一侧粘到长搭接边(如图2中的第二搭接边)一侧,使两条搭接线正好重叠,不需要测量,从而能够在无需测量的情况下实现精准搭接,提高了施工效率。
进一步地,本发明实施方式还规范了搭接宽度,不但解决了卷材翘边的问题,而且提高了防水的可靠性,拓宽了无胎自粘卷材的应用范围。
总的来说,本实施例公开的带搭接线的防水卷材不仅可以提高卷材的耐热性和耐老化性能,还可以提高施工效率,提高施工的规范性,可广泛用于各类建筑的非暴露层面、地下和室内工程防水。
需要说明的是,上述实施例仅为说明本发明而非限制本发明的专利范围,任何基于本发明的等同变换技术,均应在本发明的专利保护范围内。

1.一种无胎聚合物改性沥青防水卷材,其特征在于,该防水卷材包括:上表面层、下表面层以及位于上表面层和下表面层中间的沥青层,
其中,所述上表面层包括:
增强膜,所述增强膜覆盖所述沥青层的中间区域而露出所述沥青层两侧的边缘部分;以及
隔离边膜,所述隔离边膜覆盖所述沥青层两侧的边缘部分;
所述沥青层包括:改性沥青层和自粘沥青层;
所述下表面层为隔离膜。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防水卷材,其特征在于:
所述增强膜为HDPE、PET、PP高分子膜或片材。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的防水卷材,其特征在于:
所述增强膜为单层膜或多层复合膜。
4.根据权利要求2所述的防水卷材,其特征在于,
所述PET膜为PET原膜、PET-PE复合膜或PET镀铝膜。
5.根据权利要求1所述的无胎自粘沥青防水卷材,其特征在于,所述隔离边膜为PET涂硅油膜,所述隔离膜为PE涂硅油膜或PET涂硅油膜。
6.根据权利要求1所述的防水卷材,其特征在于,
所述自粘沥青层的厚度为0.4mm以上,所述自粘沥青层位于所述沥青层的底层。
7.根据权利要求1所述的防水卷材,其特征在于:
在所述增强膜上靠近所述边缘部分设置有与卷材边缘平行的两条搭接线。
8.根据权利要求1所述的防水卷材,其特征在于,
所露出的沥青层两侧的边缘部分宽度不相同。
