本发明属于机加工仪器设备类,特别是一种加工连杆外缘的飞刀加工设备。
背景技术
现有技术中,1申请号:200910251274,名称:一种柴油机曲轴连杆轴颈车削用支承夹具及其支承方法,特征是在机床导轨上有支承半圈,下支承组合成一圆形圈体,利用接合面定连接,下半圈有v形夹紧块一起夹紧在主轴颈上。2、申请号:201420756270 ,名称:柴油机连杆滚齿夹具,有夹座、主座、底座、压柄组合夹紧连杆进行滚齿,这些机构组成复杂,操麻烦,加工精度低,制造成本高,工作效率差。现有的边杆外缘加工使用的是车床加工,使用车床加工效率低,加工余量大、不利于排屑,断屑不连续极易飞溅操作工很危险,因铁屑不连续刀具易受到冲击,刀具易磨损,不耐用。
发明内容
本发明的目所在于提供一种有一台套以上的加工工装夹具,在机床座上安装多套加工工装夹具的,安装容易,加工精度高,工效高,生产率高,装拆方便的一种加工连杆外缘的飞刀加工设备。
本发明的技术解决方案是这样的,一种加工连杆外缘的飞刀加工设备,包括镗刀盘、镗刀体、螺钉、飞刀外圆夹具、连杆、第一台阶、动力头、垫板、滑台、机床座和第二台阶,其特征在于飞刀外圆夹具(4)安装固定在机床座(10)的第一台阶(6)的工作台上,连杆(5)夹紧固定在飞刀外圆夹具(4)上,镗刀盘(1)和镗刀体(2)固定在动力头(7)上,动力头(7)固定在垫板(8)上,垫板(8)安装在滑台(9)上,滑台(9)安装在机床座(10)的第二台阶(11)上,动力头(7)安装有镗刀盘(1)和镗刀体(2),镗刀体(2)用螺钉(3)固定在镗刀盘(1)上,镗刀盘(1)的镗刀体(2)为镗刀、车刀、钻具其中的一种,镗刀体(2)对着加工工件连杆(5)的加工部位,镗刀体(2)安装在镗刀盘(1)的径向上成品字形均布,镗刀体(2)有一个以上,机床座(10)的第二台阶(11)面上安装组成有一套以上的滑台(9)、垫板(8)、动力头(7)、镗刀盘(1)和镗刀体(2),机床座(10)的第一台阶(6)的工作台上安装组成有一套以上的飞刀外圆夹具(4),飞刀外圆夹具(4)安装在第一台阶(6)上,滑台(9)在机床座(10)滑轨上滑行。
与现有技术相比,本发明的突出效果是:安装容易,加工精度高,生产效率高,装拆方便,批量生产,结构简单,省工省料。一次可加工两个工件以上,避免了断屑飞溅到操作员工身体,伤人事件。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步描述。
实施例1,镗刀体2用螺钉3固紧安装在镗刀盘1,镗刀盘1安装在动力头7,动力头7安装在垫板8,垫板8安装在滑台9,滑台9安装在机床座10的第二台阶11上。待加工连杆5安装夹紧在飞刀外圆夹具4上,飞刀外圆夹具4安装在机床座10的第一台阶6上。飞刀外圆夹具4上的待加工的连杆5的加工部位对正镗刀盘1的镗刀体2,镗刀体2包括有镗刀、或刀片、或钻头类等,加工进级进刀由滑台9在机床座10的第二台阶11上滑动,从而带动垫板8,动力头7移动达到加工镗、铣、钻和车的目的。镗刀体2按品字形安装在镗刀盘1上,并通过固紧螺钉3固定。本发明的镗刀盘1、镗刀体2、螺钉3、飞刀外圆夹具4、连杆5、第一台阶6、动力头7、垫板8和滑台9组成有一套以上加工工装,安装在机床座10上,滑台9在机床座10、第二台阶11上面是滑动配合,第二台阶11是导轨式滑动,也可以是滑面式滑动。
实施例2,飞刀外圆夹具4、连杆5安装在机床座10的第一台阶6,镗刀盘1、镗刀体2、动力头7、垫板8和滑台9安装在机床座10的第二台阶11组成一台套加工工装。
实施例3,一种加工连杆外缘的飞刀加工设备,包括镗刀盘、镗刀体、螺钉、飞刀外圆夹具、连杆、第一台阶、动力头、垫板、滑台、机床座和第二台阶,其特征在于飞刀外圆夹具4安装固定在机床座10的第一台阶6的工作台上,连杆5夹紧固定在飞刀外圆夹具4上,镗刀盘1和镗刀体2固定在动力头7上,动力头7固定在垫板8上,垫板8安装在滑台9上,滑台9安装在机床座10的第二台阶11上,动力头7安装有镗刀盘1和镗刀体2,镗刀体2用螺钉3固定在镗刀盘1,镗刀盘1的镗刀体2为镗刀、车刀、钻具其中的一种,镗刀体2对着加工工件连杆5的加工部位。镗刀体2安装在镗刀盘1的径向上成品字形均布。镗刀体2有一个以上。机床座10的第二台阶11面上安装组成有一套以上的滑台9、垫板8、动力头7、镗刀盘1和镗刀体2。机床座10的第一台阶6的工作台上安装组成有一套以上的飞刀外圆夹具4,飞刀外圆夹具4安装在第一台阶6上。滑台9在机床座10滑轨上滑行。

1.一种加工连杆外缘的飞刀加工设备,包括镗刀盘、镗刀体、螺钉、飞刀外圆夹具、连杆、第一台阶、动力头、垫板、滑台、机床座和第二台阶,其特征在于飞刀外圆夹具(4)安装固定在机床座(10)的第一台阶(6)的工作台上,连杆(5)夹紧固定在飞刀外圆夹具(4)上,镗刀盘(1)和镗刀体(2)固定在动力头(7)上,动力头(7)固定在垫板(8)上,垫板(8)安装在滑台(9)上,滑台(9)安装在机床座(10)的第二台阶(11)上,动力头(7)安装有镗刀盘(1)和镗刀体(2),镗刀体(2)用螺钉(3)固定在镗刀盘(1)上,镗刀盘(1)的镗刀体(2)为镗刀、车刀、钻具其中的一种,镗刀体(2)对着加工工件连杆(5)的加工部位,镗刀体(2)安装在镗刀盘(1)的径向上成品字形均布,镗刀体(2)有一个以上,机床座(10)的第二台阶(11)面上安装组成有一套以上的滑台(9)、垫板(8)、动力头(7)、镗刀盘(1)和镗刀体(2),机床座(10)的第一台阶(6)的工作台上安装组成有一套以上的飞刀外圆夹具(4),飞刀外圆夹具(4)安装在第一台阶(6)上,滑台(9)在机床座(10)滑轨上滑行。
