Abstract

本发明公开一种背光模组,其包括一整机前壳、显示玻璃、背板、中框,所述整机前壳包裹在显示玻璃的侧边,所述背板设置在显示玻璃的背面,所述中框贴附在整机前壳背面并与整机前壳形成侧拼结构。本发明的整机前壳集成了传统液晶模组的前框及原整机前壳功能,其三边宽度进一步减小,边框更窄,由于一体式的整机前壳结构使整机厚度更小,节约了前壳与中框上的缓冲材料,同时也使其组装工艺更加简单。

技术领域
本发明涉及显示技术领域,尤其涉及一种背光模组。
背景技术
目前LED电视越来越多的采用一体机结构,其塑胶前壳三边的宽度一般在10~15mm范围内。塑胶前壳的截面一般为倒L型,因结构限制,其宽度难以减小,所以无法满足越来越窄的要求。并且现在前壳与中框配合形成间隙较大,需要在前壳与中框增加缓冲材料,导致成本进一步提高。
因此,现有技术还有待于改进和发展。
发明内容
鉴于上述现有技术的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种背光模组,旨在解决现有背光模组前壳宽度大、前壳与中框间隙大的问题。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种背光模组,其中,包括一整机前壳、显示玻璃、背板、中框,所述整机前壳包裹在显示玻璃的侧边,所述背板设置在显示玻璃的背面,所述中框贴附在整机前壳背面并与整机前壳形成侧拼结构。
所述的背光模组,其中,所述整机前壳上与中框接触的前端设置有凸起唇部,所述中框的前端相应设置有用于容纳所述凸起唇部的凹槽部。
所述的背光模组,其中,所述凸起唇部与所述凹槽部之间设置有中框长度方向上的拼接容差间隙。
所述的背光模组,其中,所述中框上与整机前壳接触的一面设置有用于填充粘接胶或胶带的封胶槽。
所述的背光模组,其中,所述整机前壳的背面设置有圆柱,所述中框上设置有用于与圆柱配合实现定位的圆孔。
所述的背光模组,其中,圆柱与圆孔采用过孔配合方式。
所述的背光模组,其中,所述整机前壳的顶部、左侧和右侧均匀分布有多个圆柱。
所述的背光模组,其中,相邻圆柱的间距为120~200mm。
所述的背光模组,其中,所述整机前壳的顶部的圆柱直径比左侧和右侧的圆柱小1.5~2mm。
所述的背光模组,其中,所述整机前壳的顶部、左侧和右侧均设置有凸起唇部,所述中框的顶部、左侧和右侧相应设置有用于容纳所述凸起唇部的凹槽部。
有益效果:本发明的整机前壳集成了传统液晶模组的前框及原整机前壳功能,其三边宽度进一步减小,边框更窄,由于一体式的整机前壳结构使整机厚度更小,节约了前壳与中框上的缓冲材料,同时也使其组装工艺更加简单。

具体实施方式
本发明提供一种背光模组,为使本发明的目的、技术方案及效果更加清楚、明确,以下对本发明进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
请结合图1和图2所示,本发明一种背光模组较佳实施例,其包括一整机前壳100、显示玻璃400、背板300、中框200,所述整机前壳100包裹在显示玻璃400的侧边,所述背板300设置在显示玻璃400的背面,所述中框200贴附在整机前壳100背面并与整机前壳100形成侧拼结构。
本发明采用的整机前壳100集成了传统的前框和整机前壳的功能,三边宽度可进一步减小,可做到5mm以下,使边框更窄,正面宽度减少到原来的三分之一,材料用量减少,成本更低。由于采用一体式的整机前壳结构,间隙更小,使整机厚度也更小,还节约了整机前壳100与中框200之间的缓冲材料,使其组装工艺更加简单。整机前壳100与中框200形成侧拼结构,给侧边提供了更多的造型选择。
在所述整机前壳100上与中框200接触的前端设置有凸起唇部120,所述中框200的前端相应设置有用于容纳所述凸起唇部120的凹槽部230(结合图9和图10所示)。在进行安装时,利用凸起唇部120与凹槽部230的配合,可实现快速组装整机前壳100和中框200。进一步,结合图4所示,所述整机前壳100的顶部、左侧和右侧均设置有凸起唇部120,所述中框200的顶部、左侧和右侧相应设置有用于容纳所述凸起唇部120的凹槽部230,三边均设置凸起唇部120与凹槽部230的结构,有利于三边准确对位,并安装。
进一步,如图3所示,所述凸起唇部120与所述凹槽部230之间设置有中框200长度方向上的拼接容差间隙10。设置该拼接容差间隙10可实现更方便的组装。
在所述中框200上与整机前壳100接触的一面设置有用于填充粘接胶或胶带的封胶槽220。该封胶槽220是在中框200上形成,其上可填充粘接胶,也可粘贴双面胶带,以固定中框200与整机前壳100。
结合图5至图7所示,所述整机前壳100的背面设置有圆柱110,结合图8至图10所示,所述中框200上设置有用于与圆柱110配合实现定位的圆孔210。该圆柱110与圆孔210的配合不仅能实现定位,同时也能实现固定的作用。圆柱110与圆孔210采用过孔配合方式。
圆柱110与圆孔210的结构分布在整机前壳100的三边,即整机前壳100的顶部、左侧和右侧。在每一边,相邻圆柱110的间距为120~200mm,相应地,相邻圆孔210的间距也为120~200mm,以使整机前壳100与中框200固定更牢固。
进一步,所述整机前壳100的顶部的圆柱110直径比左侧和右侧的圆柱110小1.5~2mm。其中的顶部的圆柱110不仅能够起到定位作用,还可起到固定膜片的作用。
整机前壳100其端部倒角,与中框200拼接时,共同构成侧面造型。
本发明的背光模组,其组装方法如下:
先按正常工艺组装背板300及上面的光学部件;
然后组装中框200;
再在中框200上填充粘接胶或者是双面胶带,
把显示玻璃400装进整机前壳100中(整机前壳100与中框200之间无需缓冲材料,可降低制造成本)
将整机前壳100与显示玻璃400组装到中框200上。
即,本发明的背光模组其装配顺序为背板300,中框200,显示玻璃400,最后整机前壳100。各组件依次在侧面叠加。在侧面宽度上只有一层厚度,所以节约了空间。
应当理解的是,本发明的应用不限于上述的举例,对本领域普通技术人员来说,可以根据上述说明加以改进或变换,所有这些改进和变换都应属于本发明所附权利要求的保护范围。

Claims (10)

1.一种背光模组,其特征在于,包括一整机前壳、显示玻璃、背板、中框,所述整机前壳包裹在显示玻璃的侧边,所述背板设置在显示玻璃的背面,所述中框贴附在整机前壳背面并与整机前壳形成侧拼结构。
2.根据权利要求1所述的背光模组,其特征在于,所述整机前壳上与中框接触的前端设置有凸起唇部,所述中框的前端相应设置有用于容纳所述凸起唇部的凹槽部。
3.根据权利要求2所述的背光模组,其特征在于,所述凸起唇部与所述凹槽部之间设置有中框长度方向上的拼接容差间隙。
4.根据权利要求1所述的背光模组,其特征在于,所述中框上与整机前壳接触的一面设置有用于填充粘接胶或胶带的封胶槽。
5.根据权利要求1所述的背光模组,其特征在于,所述整机前壳的背面设置有圆柱,所述中框上设置有用于与圆柱配合实现定位的圆孔。
6.根据权利要求5所述的背光模组,其特征在于,圆柱与圆孔采用过孔配合方式。
7.根据权利要求5所述的背光模组,其特征在于,所述整机前壳的顶部、左侧和右侧均匀分布有多个圆柱。
8.根据权利要求7所述的背光模组,其特征在于,相邻圆柱的间距为120~200mm。
9.根据权利要求7所述的背光模组,其特征在于,所述整机前壳的顶部的圆柱直径比左侧和右侧的圆柱小1.5~2mm。
10.根据权利要求2所述的背光模组,其特征在于,所述整机前壳的顶部、左侧和右侧均设置有凸起唇部,所述中框的顶部、左侧和右侧相应设置有用于容纳所述凸起唇部的凹槽部。
