本发明公开了智能高效吸湿机,包括供热装置、脱水装置、控制器以及外壳,供热装置以及脱水装置与外壳固定连接,控制器通过控制线与供热装置以及脱水装置连接,本发明的有益效果是:利用装置内的紫外灯管,紫外线与涂在第一散热器、第二散热器、蒸发器及集水槽表面的纳米二氧化钛起到催化作用,达到去除空气中的甲醛等多种有害物质,灭杀多种有害细菌的效果,利用第一散热器以及集水槽进行第一次除湿,再利用蒸发器进行第二次除湿,利用蒸发器的冷凝水将集水槽降温,以及利用蒸发器的冷凝水吸收蒸汽,把蒸汽变成水排到集水盒内,提高了除湿机的除湿效率。

目前,普通除湿机,主要是通过热泵系统的蒸发器冷凝潮湿的空气进行除湿,除湿方法单一,除湿效果不佳;一种多方法除湿的智能高效吸湿机,已成为人们提高除湿机除湿效率的需要。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术的不足,提供一种智能高效吸湿机,用于提高除湿机的除湿效率。
一种智能高效吸湿机,其特征在于:包括供热装置、脱水装置、控制器以及外壳,所述供热装置以及所述脱水装置与所述外壳固定连接,所述控制器通过控制线与所述供热装置以及所述脱水装置连接,所述供热装置包括设置在所述壳体底部的热泵装置、与所述热泵装置连接的蒸发器、与所述热泵装置连接的散热器、风机、接水槽A以及接水槽B,所述热泵装置与所述蒸发器之间设置有所述接水槽A,所述接水槽A内设置集水管A,所述接水槽A表面涂有纳米二氧化钛涂层,所述蒸发器与所述散热器之间设置有所述接水槽B,所述接水槽B内也设置有集水管B,所述接水槽B表面涂有纳米二氧化钛涂层,所述外壳中端侧壁上设置有进气口,所述外壳顶部设置有排气口,所述风机设置于所述排气口与所述散热器之间,所述脱水装置包括电机以及脱水槽,所述脱水槽内设置有集水管C,所述脱水槽表面涂有纳米二氧化钛涂层,所述集水管A、所述集水管B与所述集水管C与设置于所述壳体背侧的集水盒连接,所述接水槽A、所述接水槽B以及所述脱水槽背侧设有紫外灯管,所述电机的机座与所述外壳固定连接,所述电机上设置有扇叶,所述扇叶上设置有吸水膜,所述蒸发器与所述散热器表面也涂有纳米二氧化钛涂层。

本智能高效吸湿机工作时,将智能高效吸湿机置于需要除湿的室内,利用控制器控制供热装置以及脱水装置运行,潮湿空气由外壳的进气口进入,潮湿空气经过脱水装置的吸水膜和扇叶上的吸水膜,利用吸水膜吸收潮湿空气的水分,被吸水膜吸收水分后的潮湿空气进入蒸发器,利用蒸发器进行冷凝除湿,经蒸发器冷凝除湿后的空气经散热器以及排气口排出,脱水槽和接水槽内设置有集水管,将水输送到集水盒内,脱水槽和接水槽的透气孔内设置有紫外线灯管,透过透气孔照射到蒸发器和散热器上,起到杀局消毒的作用,蒸发器和散热器上涂有纳米二氧化钛光催化剂,纳米二氧化钛具有十分宝贵的光学性质,纳米二氧化钛还具有很高的化学稳定性、热稳定性、无毒性、超亲水性、非迁移性,且完全可以与食品接触,在紫外线的作用下使纳米二氧化钛激活并生成具有高催化活性的游离基,能产生很强的光氧化及还原能力,可催化、光解各种甲醛等有机物及部分无机物,能够起到净化室内空气的功能,在空气通过净化器的过程中,对经过的空气进行净化,从而到达增强净化除湿效果的目的。
本发明的有益效果是:一种空气净化系统设有热泵装置以及集水装置,利用装置内的紫外灯管,紫外线与涂在第一散热器、第二散热器、蒸发器及集水槽表面的纳米二氧化钛起到催化作用,达到去除空气中的甲醛等多种有害物质,灭杀多种有害细菌的效果,利用第一散热器以及集水槽进行第一次除湿,再利用蒸发器进行第二次除湿,利用蒸发器的冷凝水将集水槽降温,以及利用蒸发器的冷凝水吸收蒸汽,把蒸汽变成水排到集水盒内,提高了除湿机的除湿效率。

2.根据权利要求1所述的智能高效吸湿机,其特征在于:所述的热泵装置(5)包括有压缩机(20)、膨胀阀(21)、储存器(22)以及气液分离器(23),所述压缩机(20)的冷媒输出接头(24)与所述散热器(7)连接,所述膨胀阀(21)与所述散热器(7)连接,所述存储器(22)与所述蒸发器(6)一侧连接,所述蒸发器(6)另一侧与所述压缩机(20)连接,所述接水槽A(9)设有第一凹槽(25)以及第一凸台(26),所述第一凸台(26)设有第一透气孔,所述接水槽B(10)设有第二凹槽(27)以及第二凸台(28),所述第二凸台(28)设有第二透气孔,所述脱水槽(16)设有第三凹槽(29)以及第三凸台(30),所述第三凸台(30)设有第三透气孔,所述第二透气孔以及第三透气孔与所述排气口(14)以及进气口(13)连通。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的智能高效吸湿机,其特征在于:所述紫外灯管(18)设置在所述第一凸台(26)、所述第二凸台(28)以及所述第三凸台(30)内侧。
4.根据权利要求1-3任意一项所述的智能高效吸湿机,其特征在于:所述的控制器(3)设有第一湿度传感器(31)、第二湿度传感器(32)以及控制面板(33),所述控制面板(33)设有自动控制开关(34)、停止开关(35)以及湿度显示器(36),所述第一湿度传感器(31)安装于所述进气口(13),所述第二湿度传感器(32)安装于所述排气口(14),所述第一湿度传感器(31)以及所述第二湿度传感器(32)通过传感线与所述控制器(3)连接。
5.根据权利要求1-4任意一项所述的智能高效吸湿机,其特征在于:所述吸水膜设有通气孔,所述吸水膜由吸水材料构成,所述吸水材料包括天然吸水材料以及合成吸水材料,所述吸水膜包括有海绵、纤维以及布。
6.根据权利要求1-5任意一项所述的智能高效吸湿机,其特征在于:所述的排气口(14)设有3-5个,所述进气口(13)设有3-5个。
7.根据权利要求1-6任意一项所述的智能高效吸湿机,其特征在于:所述接水槽A(9)、所述接水槽B(10)以及所述脱水槽(16)由铝合金板构成。
8.根据权利要求1-7任意一项所述的智能高效吸湿机,其特征在于:所述外壳(4)设有控制室(37),所述控制室(37)位于所述进气口(13)的下方,所述控制室(37)设有隔板(38)。
