Abstract

本发明提出了一种电动密封风量调节阀,包括电动执行机构、支座、阀杆、阀板和阀体,所述电动执行机构下端固定支座,所述支座下方固定阀体,所述阀杆穿过阀体上下两端且安装在电动执行机构的输出轴上;所述阀杆上固定阀板,所述阀板吻合于所述阀体内部,所述阀板和阀杆偏心处于所述阀体内部。本发明的阀门可以根据调节指令电动执行机构动作,带动与之相连的传动轴及阀板转动,从而控制阀门的开启关闭,并给出阀门开关的无源触点信号,也可通过手柄手动开启关闭阀门,该阀门密封性好,对气流的扰动性较小。

一种电动密封风量调节阀
技术领域
本发明涉及一种电动密封风量调节阀。
背景技术
普通型风量调节阀,主要由阀体、阀板、轴、等组成,然而其往往密封性能差,泄漏率高,而且阀板比较厚,有噪音,密封性能较差;其次是调节能力差,另外一部分采用手动控制,效率低浪费人力,对一些隐蔽位置设置的调节阀操作极为不便。
发明内容
本发明提出了一种电动密封风量调节阀,可以根据调节指令电动执行机构动作,带动与之相连的传动轴及阀板转动,从而控制阀门的开启关闭,并给出阀门开关的无源触点信号,也可通过手柄手动开启关闭阀门,该阀门密封性好,对气流的扰动性较小。
本发明具体是通过以下技术方案来实现的:
一种电动密封风量调节阀,包括电动执行机构、支座、阀杆、阀板和阀体,所述电动执行机构下端固定支座,所述支座下方固定阀体,所述阀杆穿过阀体上下两端且安装在电动执行机构的输出轴上;所述阀杆上固定阀板,所述阀板吻合于所述阀体内部,所述阀板和阀杆偏心处于所述阀体内部。
进一步地,所述阀板外端边缘安装一圈阀座,所述阀座通过压板固定在阀板上,所述阀座吻合于所述阀体内壁。
进一步地,所述阀板中心向四周方向逐渐减薄,且减薄部位采用圆滑过渡处理。
本发明产生的有益效果为:(1)阀座通过阀座压板压紧,结构简单、更换方便;(2)阀杆、阀板、阀座为偏心设计,密封性能提高;(3)阀板中心向四周减薄,减轻重量,减薄部位采用圆滑过渡,减小对气流的扰动;(4)阀体材料为铝合金,阀板和阀杆等为不锈钢,既减轻了重量又保证了强度。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
如图1~3所示一种电动密封风量调节阀,包括电动执行机构1、支座2、阀杆4、阀板5和阀体3,所述电动执行机构1下端固定支座2,所述支座2下方固定阀体3,所述阀杆4穿过阀体上下两端且安装在电动执行机构1的输出轴上;所述阀杆4上固定阀板5,所述阀板5吻合于所述阀体3内部,所述阀板5和阀杆4偏心处于所述阀体3内部,该偏心设计可以有效地提高阀门的密封性能。
本实施例中阀板3外端边缘安装一圈阀座7,所述阀座7通过压板6固定在阀板3上,所述阀座7吻合于所述阀体3内壁,此时替代阀板,阀座吻合于所述阀体内壁形成偏心设计,将阀体密封或开启,在使用一段时间阀座磨损等密封效果不佳时可以更好的方便替换。
进一步地阀板5中心向四周方向逐渐减薄,且减薄部位采用圆滑过渡处理,在进行调节的过程中,可以减小对气流的扰动,更加精准的调节气流量。
本发明阀体材料为铝合金,阀板和阀杆等为不锈钢,既减轻了重量又保证了强度

1.一种电动密封风量调节阀,其特征在于,包括电动执行机构、支座、阀杆、阀板和阀体,所述电动执行机构下端固定支座,所述支座下方固定阀体,所述阀杆穿过阀体上下两端且安装在电动执行机构的输出轴上;所述阀杆上固定阀板,所述阀板吻合于所述阀体内部,所述阀板和阀杆偏心处于所述阀体内部。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种电动密封风量调节阀,其特征在于,所述阀板外端边缘安装一圈阀座,所述阀座通过压板固定在阀板上,所述阀座吻合于所述阀体内壁。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种电动密封风量调节阀,其特征在于,所述阀板中心向四周方向逐渐减薄,且减薄部位采用圆滑过渡处理。
