Abstract

本发明涉及一种焊接工装的工件夹持装置,弯弧板通过折弯成型,包括从下至上的焊接部、下折部及上折部,下折部与上折部的折弯方向相反;焊接部与横板水平放置,焊接部与横板的焊接端之间为面焊接,所述夹持装置包括焊接座,焊接座上对称安装有夹持板,两夹持板之间安装所述弯弧板及横板并通过贯穿的螺钉锁紧,弯弧板的焊接部及横板的焊接端并合后置于上下电极之间;所述横板置于焊接座的上表面,夹持板的内侧面带有安装弯弧板的下折部的安装腔、安装焊接部的水平安装槽及安装限位块的限位槽,所述限位块与下折部相抵靠。

焊接工装的工件夹持装置
技术领域
本发明涉及工装夹具技术领域,特别涉及一种弯弧板的焊接工装。
背景技术
弯弧板1与横板2的焊接结构如图1所示,弯弧板1通过折弯成型,包括从下至上的焊接部101、下折部102及上折部103,下折部102与上折部103的折弯方向相反;焊接部101水平放置,其与横板2之间为面焊接。目前,由于弯弧板1为异形结构,无法采用现有的工装进行定位焊接,目前主要采用手工焊接,其缺点是焊接效率低下,焊接质量不高。
发明内容
本申请人针对现有技术的上述缺点,进行研究和设计,提供一种焊接工装的工件夹持装置,其实现对被焊件进行夹持固定,利于焊接操作,大大提高焊接效率和质量。
为了解决上述问题,本发明采用如下方案:
一种焊接工装的工件夹持装置,弯弧板通过折弯成型,包括从下至上的焊接部、下折部及上折部,下折部与上折部的折弯方向相反;焊接部与横板水平放置,焊接部与横板的焊接端之间为面焊接,所述夹持装置包括焊接座,焊接座上对称安装有夹持板,两夹持板之间安装所述弯弧板及横板并通过贯穿的螺钉锁紧,弯弧板的焊接部及横板的焊接端并合后置于上下电极之间;所述横板置于焊接座的上表面,夹持板的内侧面带有安装弯弧板的下折部的安装腔、安装焊接部的水平安装槽及安装限位块的限位槽,所述限位块与下折部相抵靠。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进:
所述焊接座的上表面带有台阶,台阶上带有安装横板的定位槽,台阶的一端带有铰轴座,夹持板通过铰轴座与焊接座铰接。
本发明的技术效果在于:
本发明针对弯弧板与水平横板的焊接定位而设计,其结构设计合理,使用操作简单、可靠,大大提高了焊接效率,并有效地保证了焊接质量,降低返加工率,降低生产成本。

下面结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步说明。
如图1所示,本实施例的焊接工装的工件夹持装置,弯弧板1通过折弯成型,包括从下至上的焊接部101、下折部102及上折部103,下折部102与上折部103的折弯方向相反;焊接部101与横板2水平放置,焊接部101与横板2的焊接端201之间为面焊接。
如图2至图6所示,本实施例的焊接工装的工件夹持装置,弯弧板1通过折弯成型,包括从下至上的焊接部101、下折部102及上折部103,下折部102与上折部103的折弯方向相反;焊接部101与横板2水平放置,焊接部101与横板2的焊接端201之间为面焊接,夹持装置包括焊接座3,焊接座3上对称安装有夹持板4,两夹持板4之间安装弯弧板1及横板2并通过贯穿的螺钉5锁紧,弯弧板1的焊接部101及横板2的焊接端201并合后置于上下电极之间;横板2置于焊接座3的上表面,夹持板4的内侧面带有安装弯弧板1的下折部102的安装腔401、安装焊接部101的水平安装槽403及安装限位块7的限位槽302,限位块7与下折部102相抵靠。
焊接座3的上表面带有台阶301,台阶301上带有安装横板2的定位槽302,台阶301的一端带有铰轴座303,夹持板2通过铰轴座303及铰轴6与焊接座3铰接。

1.一种焊接工装的工件夹持装置,弯弧板(1)通过折弯成型,包括从下至上的焊接部(101)、下折部(102)及上折部(103),下折部(102)与上折部(103)的折弯方向相反;焊接部(101)与横板(2)水平放置,焊接部(101)与横板(2)的焊接端(201)之间为面焊接,其特征在于:所述夹持装置包括焊接座(3),焊接座(3)上对称安装有夹持板(4),两夹持板(4)之间安装所述弯弧板(1)及横板(2)并通过贯穿的螺钉(5)锁紧,弯弧板(1)的焊接部(101)及横板(2)的焊接端(201)并合后置于上下电极之间;所述横板(2)置于焊接座(3)的上表面,夹持板(4)的内侧面带有安装弯弧板(1)的下折部(102)的安装腔(401)、安装焊接部(101)的水平安装槽(403)及安装限位块(7)的限位槽(402),所述限位块(7)与下折部(102)相抵靠。
2.按照权利要求1所述的焊接工装的工件夹持装置,其特征在于:所述焊接座(3)的上表面带有台阶(301),台阶(301)上带有安装横板(2)的定位槽(302),台阶(301)的一端带有铰轴座(303),夹持板(4)通过铰轴座(303)及铰轴(6)与焊接座(3)铰接。
