本发明涉及一种切断阀,具体涉及一种高温烟气切断阀,包括阀体和切断腔,所述阀体内部设有阀口、切断弹簧和阀杆,所述阀口设有密封圈,所述阀杆底部设有封口和阀芯,所述切断腔设有阀体顶部,切断腔设有脱钩机构和活塞,所述脱钩机构与阀杆连接,所述活塞设有连杆和信号反馈器,所述连杆设有调压弹簧和气缸,连杆与脱钩机构连接,所述气缸设有气缸控制器,所述气缸控制器与所述信号反馈器连接,所述阀体的出口处设有温度传感器,所述温度传感器与信号反馈器连接,结构简单,设计合理,使用便捷。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种切断阀,具体涉及一种高温烟气切断阀。
背景技术
阀门是流体输送系统中的控制部件,具有截止、调节、导流、防止逆流、稳压、分流或溢流泄压等功能。用于流体控制系统的阀门,从最简单的截止阀到极为复杂的自控系统中所用的各种阀门,其品种和规格相当繁多。阀门可用于控制空气、水、蒸汽、各种腐蚀性介质、泥浆、油品、液态金属和放射性介质等各种类型流体的流动。现有技术中的切断阀高度尺寸大,体积大,占用了很大的空间;切断阀的气动执行机构中设为活塞和活塞杆刚性连接,这种结构设计容易发生漏气现象;一般阀杆密封采用组合V型圈的形式,其耐压400kg/cm2、耐温210℃,且时常需要人员的调节压紧,尤其在开、闭频次高的情况下,达到每分钟4~6次,以防止阀杆处产生泄漏,这就造成阀门使用不便繁琐,增加了劳动量;切断阀中使用普通密封圈,容易在高温210℃时易蠕变而失效。
发明内容
本发明目的在于提供一种高温烟气切断阀,以解决现有技术不足导致的诸多缺陷。
一种高温烟气切断阀,包括阀体和切断腔,所述阀体内部设有阀口、切断弹簧和阀杆,所述阀口设有密封圈,所述阀杆底部设有封口和阀芯,所述切断腔设有阀体顶部,切断腔设有脱钩机构和活塞,所述脱钩机构与阀杆连接,所述活塞设有连杆和信号反馈器,所述连杆设有调压弹簧和气缸,连杆与脱钩机构连接,所述气缸设有气缸控制器,所述气缸控制器与所述信号反馈器连接,所述阀体的出口处设有温度传感器,所述温度传感器与信号反馈器连接。
优选的,所述温度传感器为热电偶温度传感器。
优选的,所述密封圈为FLS氟硅橡胶密封圈。
优选的,所述密封圈为矩形密封圈。
优选的,所述封口的底部呈球面向外凸起。
本发明的优点在于,切断阀在正常工作时,阀口打开,温度传感器感应的温度正常时,经信号反馈器传递到活塞后端,活塞后端的力与活塞前端调压弹簧设定的力达到平衡,阀口处于打开状态,当温度传感器感应的温度异常时,信号反馈器将信号及时反馈到活塞后端,活塞后端的力大于活塞前端调压弹簧设定的力,连杆带动脱钩机构脱离阀杆,阀杆在切断弹簧的作用下向前移动,从而切断阀口,达到切断的作用,本发明结构简单,设计合理,使用方便,经济环保。

为使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的以及功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体实施方式,进一步阐述本发明。
如图1所示一种高温烟气切断阀,包括阀体1和切断腔4,所述阀体内部1设有阀口2、切断弹簧7和阀杆8,所述阀口2设有密封圈14,所述阀杆8底部设有封口6和阀芯3,所述切断腔4设于阀体1顶部,切断腔4设有脱钩机构5和活塞9,所述脱钩机构5与阀杆8连接,所述活塞9设有连杆11和信号反馈器12,所述连杆11设有调压弹10簧和气缸15,连杆11与脱钩机构5连接,所述气缸15设有气缸控制器16,所述气缸控制器16与所述信号反馈器12连接,所述阀体1的出口处设有温度传感器13,所述温度传感器13与信号反馈器12连接,切断阀在正常工作时,阀口打开,温度传感器13感应的温度正常时,经信号反馈器12传递到活塞9后端,活塞9后端的力与活塞9前端调压弹簧10设定的力达到平衡,阀口处于打开状态,当温度传感器13感应的温度异常时,信号反馈器12将信号及时反馈到活塞9后端,活塞9后端的力大于活塞9前端调压弹簧10设定的力,气缸控制器16控制气缸15推动连杆11带动脱钩机构5脱离阀杆8,阀杆8在切断弹簧7的作用下向前移动,从而切断阀口,达到切断的作用。
值得注意的是,所述温度传感器13为热电偶温度传感器,宽温度范围和适应各种气体环境,结实耐用、价格低廉、无需供电,使用方便。
在本实施例中,所述密封圈14为FLS氟硅橡胶密封圈,耐油、耐溶剂、耐燃料油及耐高低温,经久耐用不易磨损。
在本实施例中,所述密封圈14为矩形密封圈,套封在阀口上。
此外,所述封口6的底部呈球面向外凸起,封口6与阀口2曲线接触,切断效果更好。
基于上述,本发明的高温烟气切断阀,切断阀在正常工作时,阀口打开,温度传感器13感应的温度正常时,经信号反馈器12传递到活塞9后端,活塞9后端的力与活塞9前端调压弹簧10设定的力达到平衡,阀口处于打开状态,当温度传感器13感应的温度异常时,信号反馈器12将信号及时反馈到活塞9后端,活塞9后端的力大于活塞9前端调压弹簧10设定的力,气缸控制器控制气缸连杆11带动脱钩机构5脱离阀杆8,阀杆8在切断弹簧7的作用下向前移动,从而切断阀口,达到切断的作用,该种切断阀具有结构简单,设计合理,使用方便,经济环保的优点。

1.一种高温烟气切断阀,其特征在于:包括阀体和切断腔,所述阀体内部设有阀口、切断弹簧和阀杆,所述阀口设有密封圈,所述阀杆底部设有封口和阀芯,所述切断腔设有阀体顶部,切断腔设有脱钩机构和活塞,所述脱钩机构与阀杆连接,所述活塞设有连杆和信号反馈器,所述连杆设有调压弹簧和气缸,连杆与脱钩机构连接,所述气缸设有气缸控制器,所述气缸控制器与所述信号反馈器连接,所述阀体的出口处设有温度传感器,所述温度传感器与信号反馈器连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高温烟气切断阀,其特征在于:所述温度传感器为热电偶温度传感器。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种高温烟气切断阀,其特征在于:所述密封圈为FLS氟硅橡胶密封圈。
