Abstract
本发明提供一种抑制内外层与阻气树脂层之间的层间剥离的多层容器。本发明是在聚酯树脂层(m)之间插入阻气树脂层(3)的多层容器(30)。阻气树脂层(3)是由包含沿着容器轴线(O)而延伸的两个边、及沿着容器轴线(O)周围而延伸的两个边的多个四边体构成,且在从容器的颈部(13)到主体部(15)为止的区域(F)内,透过将内层(m1)与外层(m2)连结的连结层(m3)、(m4),彼此空开间隔(C1)、(C2)而配置着。
Description
本申请案是发明名称为“多层容器”,申请号为200980110207.1的专利申请案的分案申请。
本申请案的母案是基于在先日本专利申请案第2008-119127(于2008年4月30日申请),并且要求其优先权,其全部内容通过引用揭示于此。
本分案申请也要求上述在先申请的优先权。
技术领域
本发明涉及一种阻气性(gasbarrier)或吸氧性优良的容器(bottle)、及用来防止所述容器剥离的技术。
背景技术
已知有一种如下容器:利用聚酯树脂(polyesterresin)等形成内层及外层,并在内层与外层之间插入阻气树脂层,借此例如当内容物易氧化时发挥氧气的防透过或氧气的吸附性,而且当内容物为碳酸饮料时阻止碳酸气体的透过,如此一来有助于内容物的品质维持(例如,参照专利文献1)。

发明内容
但是,当内外层由聚酯树脂层形成时,作为阻气树脂层而通常采用的乙烯-乙烯醇共聚物(EVOH,ethylene-vinylalcoholcopolymer)或尼龙树脂(nylonresin)(聚酰胺)之间有时会产生层间剥离。这种情况下,会有容器不美观、产品价值下降之类的问题。
本发明是根据这样的事实及见解研究而成,其目的在于提供一种能够抑制内外层与阻气树脂层之间的层间剥离的多层容器(multilayerbottle)。
本发明是一种多层容器,在内层与外层之间配置着阻气树脂层,其特征在于:所述阻气树脂层至少在从容器凸缘部到主体部为止的区域内,彼此空开间隔而配置着。
根据本发明,可以利用沿着容器轴线而延伸的多个带状体来构成所述阻气树脂层,且在容器轴线周围彼此空开间隔而配置。
而且,根据本发明,可以利用环绕容器轴线的多个环状体来构成所述阻气层,且彼此空开间隔而配置着。
另外,根据本发明,可以利用包含沿着容器轴线而延伸的两个边、及沿着容器轴线周围而延伸的两个边的多个四边体来构成所述阻气层,且彼此空开间隔而配置着。
根据本发明,可以采用由聚酯树脂形成其内外层、且至少容器的凸缘部到主体部为止的区域由三层构成的多层容器。
作为构成容器内外层的树脂,可以列举聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯(PET,polyethyleneterephthalate)树脂、聚萘二甲酸乙二酯(PEN,polyethylenenaphthalate)树脂等聚酯树脂、聚乙烯(PE,polyethylene)树脂、聚丙烯(PP,polypropylene)树脂等聚烯烃树脂(polyolefinresin)等。此外,作为阻气树脂,例如可以列举乙烯-乙烯醇共聚物、含有间苯二甲基的聚酰胺树脂、尼龙树脂等。
所述各树脂可以作为单体、或者与其他树脂的混合物来加以使用。
根据本发明,通过以相同树脂来形成内外层,容器的内外层在彼此相邻的阻气树脂层彼此之间连结,从而约束了阻气树脂层的外周边。
因此,可以抑制容器的内外层与阻气树脂层之间的层间剥离。此外,即便假设产生剥离,个别配置的一个阻气树脂层对于容器表面积所占的比例变小,所以能够有效地抑制因所述剥离导致的物性降低、外观不良。
所以,根据本发明,可以提供一种外观形状优良的新颖的多层容器。
按照本发明,若将所述阻气树脂层设为至少在容器的凸缘部到主体部为止的区域是沿着容器轴线而延伸的带状体,且在容器轴线周围彼此空开间隔而配置,则所述阻气树脂层分别通过沿着容器轴线而延伸的内外层(连结层),实质上相对于容器轴线周围的方向而被分割开。
即,在所述带状体的圆周方向边缘分别被内外层的连结部所约束的状态下,由于一个带状体的表面积相对于容器表面积而言变小,所以即便假设产生层间剥离的情况下,也可以将它的剥离区域抑制得较小。
相对于此,按照本发明,若将所述阻气树脂层设为环绕容器轴线周围的环状体,且至少在由容器的凸缘部到主体部为止的区域内彼此空开间隔而配置多个,则所述阻气树脂层分别通过环绕容器轴线周围的内外层(连结层),实质上相对于容器轴线方向而被分割开。
即,即便在这种情况下,由于一个环状体的表面积相对于容器表面积而言变小,所以即便假设产生层间剥离的情况下,也可以将它的剥离区域抑制得较小。
此外,按照本发明,若将所述阻气树脂层设为包含沿着容器轴线而延伸的两个边、及沿着容器轴线周围而延伸的两个边的四边体,且至少在由容器的凸缘部到主体部为止的区域内彼此空开间隔而配置多个,则所述阻气树脂层分别通过沿着容器轴线而延伸的内外层(连结层)及环绕容器轴线周围的环状的内外层(连结层),实质上被分割成格子状。
即,即便在这种情况下,由于一个四边体的表面积相对于容器表面积而言变小,所以即便假设产生层间剥离的情况下,也可以将它的剥离区域抑制得较小。

具体实施方式
以下,参照图式来详细说明本发明的容器。
图1(a)是表示本发明第一实施例的容器10的侧视图,图1(b)是它的A-A截面图。
容器(以下称为“容器”)10包括:口部11,供未图示的盖子可装卸地拧接;筒状颈部13,透过环状部12而连接于所述口部11且直径与所述口部11大体相同;凸缘部14,连接于所述颈部13,且其直径缓缓变大;主体部15,连接于所述凸缘部14,且在部分凹下的状态下,直径再次变大;及底部16,连接于所述主体部15,且形成为花瓣形状。
而且,容器10在以PET树脂为主原料的PET树脂层m之间插入阻气树脂层1。由此,PET树脂层m形成位于比阻气树脂层1更靠容器内侧的内层m1、及位于比阻气树脂层1更靠容器外侧的外层m2。
如图1(a)、图1(b)的斜线所示,阻气树脂层1中,从容器10的颈部13到主体部15为止的区域F是由沿着容器轴线O而延伸的多个带状体1a所构成。更详细来说,如同图所示,带状体1a是沿着从旁边(侧面)观察容器10时的组成外观形状的脊线(图1(a)、图1(b)中形成容器外界形状的同图左右所存在的外形线)Lx而带状地延伸。
如图1(b)所示,本实施例的阻气树脂层1构成为将6个构成所述阻气树脂层1的带状体1a在容器轴线O周围彼此空开间隔C1(同图中仅例示了一个部位)而配置。由此,内层m1与外层m2的彼此之间如图1(a)所示,通过沿着脊线Lx而平行延伸的包含PET树脂的连结层m3,以图1(b)所示的方式一体连结。即,带状体1a在容器10的区域F内是透过连结层m3彼此空开间隔而配置着。
根据本实施例,相对于由PET树脂层m而形成的容器10的表面积而言,一个带状体1a所占比例变小,且通过在带状体彼此之间连结的连结层m3,来约束带状体1a的外周边。
因此,可以抑制内层m1或外层m2与阻气树脂层1(带状体1a)之间的层间剥离。而且,即便假设产生剥离,由于一个带状体1a相对于容器10的表面积而言所占比例变小,所以能够有效地抑制外观不良。
所以,根据本实施例,可以提供一种外观形状优良的新颖的多层容器。
图2(a)是表示本发明第二实施例的容器20的侧视图,图2(b)是它的B-B截面图。另外,在以下的说明中,对与第一实施例相同的部分附上相同符号,并省略其说明。
如图2(a)、图2(b)的斜线所示,本实施例的阻气树脂层2是由环绕容器轴线O周围的多个环状体2a构成。环状体2a利用阻气树脂而形成为环状。
如图2(a)所示,本实施例的阻气树脂层2构成为将6个构成所述阻气树脂层2的环状体2a沿着容器轴线O彼此空开间隔C2(同图中仅例示一个部位)而配置。由此,内层m1与外层m2彼此之间如图2(b)所示,通过沿着容器轴线0周围而平行延伸的包含PET树脂的连结层m4而一体连结。即,环状体2a在容器20的区域F内透过连结层m4彼此空开间隔而配置着。
根据本实施例,相对于由PET树脂层m形成的容器20的表面积而言,一个环状体2a所占比例变小,且通过在阻气树脂层2彼此之间连结的连结层m4,来约束阻气树脂层2的外周边。
因此,可以抑制内层m1或外层m2与阻气树脂层2(环状体2a)之间的层间剥离。而且,即便假设产生剥离,由于环状体2a相对于容器20的表面积而言所占比例变小,所以能够有效地抑制外观不良。
所以,根据本实施例,可以提供一种外观形状优良的新颖的多层容器。
另外,图3表示本发明第三实施例的容器30。而且在以下的说明中,对与第一实施例相同的部分附上相同符号,并省略其说明。
本实施例是将第一实施例与第二实施例组合而成。
阻气层3是由包含沿着容器轴线O而延伸的两个边、及沿着容器轴线O周围而延伸的两个边的多个四边体3a而构成。四边体3a如同图所示是由沿着脊线Lx而延伸的两个边、沿着容器轴线O周围而延伸的两个边而形成。
本实施例的阻气树脂层2如同图所示,构成为将36(=6×6)个构成所述阻气树脂层3的四边体3a在容器轴线O周围空开间隔C1、且沿着容器轴线方向空开间隔C2(同图中仅图示一个部位)而配置。由此,内层m1与外层m2彼此之间如同图所示通过连结层m3、m4而格子状地一体连结。即,四边体3a在容器10的区域F内透过连结层m3、m4彼此空开间隔而配置着。
另外,在所述各实施例中,将用来配置阻气树脂层1~3的区域设为从容器的颈部13到主体部15为止的区域F,以削减导致成本上升的阻气树脂的使用量。关于此方面,本申请案发明者是着眼于:容器的底部16通常比较厚,所以配置阻气树脂层的必要性低。但这样的构成并未否定将阻气树脂1~3配置在整个容器的情况,且并未否定仅配置在主体部15或配置在凸缘部14及主体部15的情况。
按照本发明,带状体1a、环状体2a、四边体3a的配置位置、配置数量并不限定于上述各实施例,所述多个构件彼此之间的间隔也可以不固定,采用最适合于容器形状的配置状态。而且,也可以将连结层m3、m4倾斜设置,或者将四边体3a形成为大致圆形、椭圆形、树叶形状、三角形等。另外,本发明的容器是通过射出吹塑成形、挤压吹塑成形等而成形,但也可以采用其他成形方法。
此外,本实施例中容器的主体部15与底部16的边界,是设为从开始形成花瓣形状部分起,但此种定义也可以按照着眼于配置阻气树脂的所述思想,例如,也可以从厚度开始大于主体部15的部分起定义为底部16。
所述内容对本发明的优选实施例进行了说明,但可以在权利要求的范围内施加各种变更。例如,所述各实施例采用的各种构成分别可以根据目的及用途而适当组合。
[工业利用可能性]
本发明并不限定于饮料等的食品用容器,可以用于内容物要求阻气性的用途。
Claims (2)
1.一种多层容器,在内层与外层之间配置着阻气树脂层,其特征在于:
所述阻气树脂层至少在从容器的凸缘部到主体部为止的区域内,彼此空开间隔而配置成多个隔开的区域,
所述阻气树脂层是由沿着脊线而带状地延伸的多个带状体而构成,所述脊线是沿着从侧面观察容器时组成外观形状的脊线,
所述阻气树脂层通过沿着所述脊线而延伸的内外层的连结层,相对于容器轴线周围的方向而被分断成各区域的表面积比容器表面积小的多个隔开的区域,
所述的多层容器,是由聚酯树脂形成所述内外层,
所述内层与外层的彼此之间,通过沿着所述脊线而平行延伸的连结层而一体连结,并约束所述阻气树脂层的外周边,
且至少从容器的凸缘部到主体部为止的区域是由三层构成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的多层容器,其特征在于:配置所述阻气树脂层的区域是从容器的颈部到主体部为止的区域。
