背景技术
传统的数控机床的床身结构中,床身与大罩防护钣金结合部位,涂有密封胶,以防止切削区域的切削液从结合面之间渗漏出来,然而涂抹密封胶在结合面要消耗很大的人力,并且密封效果不好保证,经常出现有些部位因为没有涂抹充分的密封胶,而发生切削液从结合面渗透至床身外,从而滴落到地面的情况,造成环境污染,还有一种在床身与大罩防护钣金的结合面处设置回收凹槽,这种结构,切屑液渗漏出来床身比较脏,并且不能保证切削液完全落在凹槽内。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是:为了解决传统数控车床上的床身与大罩防护钣金结合部位的切削液渗漏的问题,现提供一种防漏数控机床。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种防漏数控机床,包括床身和大罩钣金,所述大罩钣金通过螺钉固定在床身的上方,所述大罩钣金的底面设置有凸起,所述凸起分布在大罩钣金底面的四周边缘并形成一个闭环,所述床身的顶面设置有与所述凸起相匹配的凹槽,大罩钣金底面的凸起与床身的凹槽相配合,有效的防止了切屑液的渗漏。
为了达到更好的密封效果,进一步地,所述凸起与凹槽之间还设置有橡胶垫,橡胶垫夹在凸起与凹槽之间,增加了凸起与凹槽的紧密贴合度,大大提高了大罩钣金与床身的密封性能。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明的防漏数控机床通过大罩钣金底面的凸起与床身的凹槽相配合,橡胶垫增加了凸起与凹槽的紧密贴合度,有效的防止了床身与大罩防护钣金结合部位的切削液渗漏的问题,本发明结构简单,成本低,可以免除工人涂抹封胶的工序,减少了作业时间,提高了工作效率,周围的工作环境变好,防漏的可靠性高,提升了机床的稳定性。

如图1所示的一种防漏数控机床,包括床身1和大罩钣金2,所述大罩钣金2通过螺钉3固定在床身1的上方,所述大罩钣金2的底面设置有凸起4,所述凸起4分布在大罩钣金2底面的四周边缘并形成一个闭环,所述床身1的顶面设置有与所述凸起4相匹配的凹槽,大罩钣金2底面的凸起4与床身1的凹槽相配合,有效的防止了切屑液的渗漏。所述凸起4与凹槽之间还设置有橡胶垫5,橡胶垫5夹在凸起4与凹槽之间,增加了凸起4与凹槽的紧密贴合度,大大提高了大罩钣金2与床身1的密封性能。
