技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于冲压聚合材料的汽车构件、特别是保险杠的冲压机,其具有
-机架,
-至少一个用于将聚合材料的汽车构件固定在机架上的装置,以及
-至少一个冲压装置,
其中,冲压装置包括至少一个冲模以及至少一个底模。这种冲压机在现有技术中是已知的。冲压机例如用在生产汽车保险杠中,以在保险杠中设置结合停车传感器、大灯清洗装置、保持间隔的零件等所必须的凹口。
背景技术
根据现有技术,使冲压机的结构设计与相应的、聚合材料的汽车构件精确匹配。借助机械在无需复杂的改装设备的情况下来制造不同设计的构件是不可能的。这例如使得仅仅对于用于已经不再生产的汽车系列的汽车构件的备用件服务而必须保留这种冲压机,这种冲压机具有相应的空间需求,并且这也与机械生产率相关。
发明内容
基于所述背景技术,本发明的目的是提供一种具有开头所述特征的冲压机,该冲压机可灵活使用并且尤其可以很小的消耗适用于变化的构件几何形状的加工。
根据本发明由此实现该目的,使冲模和/或底模固定在可运动的支撑件的容纳装置上,其中,支撑件具有至少一个其他容纳装置,以用于固定至少一个其他加工装置,由此通过支撑件的运动将冲压机调节到借助于其他加工装置的新的、设计为不同的加工工序。本发明基于这种认识,通过在可运动的支撑件上安装冲模和底模可使该支撑件通过简单的运动而将冲压机调节到不同设计的加工方式。因此在现有技术中常见的通过例如松开螺纹连接件、重新校准和再次锁定来对加工装置的改装都是无效的。除了冲模和底模以外,在支撑件上特别还设有多个、例如两个、三个或更多个加工装置。因此,通过支撑件的相应运动能够将安装在支撑件上的加工装置中的每一个都引入加工位置中,而对此无需复杂的改装过程。因此,例如在具有总共四个加工装置的支撑件中可通过支撑件的相应运动依次进行四个不同的加工工序。在此涉及用于在聚合材料的汽车构件中设置不同类型的凹口的多个不同的冲压过程,或者也涉及不同的加工过程、例如冲压与焊接和/或粘结结合。
适宜的是,支撑件构造为可旋转运动的,由此通过支撑件的旋转运动可将另一个加工装置引入加工位置中。由此在本发明的范围中特别是,支撑件的旋转轴线至少大致垂直、优选垂直于冲压装置的加工方向定向。因此通过支撑件的简单转动能够将不同的加工装置引入加工位置中。在本文中特别适宜的是,支撑件构造为星形的。通常通过电驱动器、例如伺服电机进行转动。除了冲模和底模之外,还可额外地设置至少一个其他加工装置,其可在支撑件的同一角度位置中被引入加工位置中。
适宜的是,冲模和底模分别固定在可运动的支撑件上。因此,通过两个支撑件的相应运动可将两个相互配合的加工装置、例如另一个冲模和另一个底模或焊接工具和压紧件或者说粘结剂涂敷装置和压紧件引入加工位置中。
在本发明的范围中,支撑件布置在C形支架上,在其上安装有整个冲压装置。特别是在件数很少的情况下适宜的是,支架安装在机械手上。在这种情况下,通过机械手沿着待加工的汽车构件的相应行驶运动与前述的支撑件运动相结合依次进行多个加工过程,这些加工过程可以是多个先后设置的冲压过程或也可以是冲压和/或焊接和/或粘结过程相结合。
但是对此可替代地,也可将支架布置成位置固定的并且为了设置精确的加工位置可借助至少一个电动马达、优选伺服电机来调节。该实施方式特别是对较多件数的情况是适宜的。在这种情况下称为所谓的构件移动的过程,其中构件在冲压装置处经过。然后为了各个加工工序仅需要通过伺服电机将构件精确地设置到正确的加工位置上。
如前所述,其他加工装置可包括至少一个焊接工具和/或至少一个粘结剂涂敷装置和/或至少另一个冲模。由此在总体上确保了在对聚合材料的汽车构件的加工方面的非常高的灵活性。
在对不同的汽车构件几何结构进行加工时得到根据本发明的教导的特别大的优点。因此例如可通过支撑件的运动将冲压机设置成对另一个汽车构件进行加工。然而在本发明的范围中特别是,适用于特定的汽车构件的支撑件可松开地与冲压机连接并且设有至少一个适用于不同设计的汽车构件的更换支撑件,支撑件可通过该更换支撑件更换。在改变待加工的汽车构件的设计时,例如在一种特定的系列模型的保险杠加工改变为另一种系列模型的保险杠加工时,由此仅需用更换支撑件对支撑件进行更换并且冲压机已经基本上准备好用于加工新的汽车构件。因此不再需要对唯一的构件几何结构保留整个冲压机,而是最终多个不同类型的构件几何结构可在没有大量改装冲压机的情况下通过简单的更换支撑件为加工新的几何结构做好准备。

从图3中可看出,冲模4和底模5分别固定在可运动的支撑件7、8的容纳装置6中,其中,支撑件7、8分别具有用于固定其他的加工装置9、10的多个其他容纳装置6。除了加工装置3、4、9、10以外,还设有在支撑件轴线a、b上错开α=120°的角度(参见图3的右示意图)的加工装置20、30。特别是从图3的左右示意图的比较中可以看出,支撑件7、8构造为可旋转运动的并且分别垂直于冲压装置3的加工方向定向。因此,通过支撑件7、8的简单转动可将不同的加工装置3、4、9、10、20、30引入工作位置中。该转动分别由伺服电机11、12实施,伺服电机具有驱动轮13,驱动轮与支撑件7、8的从动轮14共同作用。支撑件7、8分别具有星形几何结构。除了加工装置冲模4和底模3以外,图3和4还示出了其他的加工装置,即用于进行焊接过程的焊头9以及具有压紧垫的压紧件10,焊头9安装在相应的更换容纳部15中,压紧件10用于进行固定保险杠2的焊接和粘结过程。在图3的右示意图中仅示出了下部支撑件7的正视图或剖面图。从附图中可看出,支撑件7、8布置在C形的支架16上,其上安装有整个的冲压装置3。在图3中还示出了用于焊头9的进给单元(Vorschubeinheit)17。图4在细节视图中示出了上部支撑件8,其中在右侧还再次单独地以侧视图示出了压紧件。
在根据图3的工作位置中进行制造时,首先通过冲模3和底模4进行冲压过程。然后将C形支架16在附图平面中向右行驶一段距离,使得此时焊头9和压紧件10为了接下来的焊接过程而相应地定位在保险杠2的同一位置上。然后,借助进给单元17将焊头9从更换容纳部15中升出并且为了焊接处理传输到保险杠2的相应区段上。因此,在图3所示的角度位置中,除了冲模3和底模4以外,支撑件7、8可附加地将其他的加工装置9、10引入加工位置中。在结合冲压和焊接过程之后,C形支架16朝保险杠的下一个加工位置行驶,其中通过支撑件7、8的简单旋转可将其他的加工工具20、30引入到加工位置中。然而对此可替代地,C形支架16也可是位置固定的并且使保险杠2为了各个加工工序而运动。这两种方法将在下面结合图1和2详细描述。
在根据图1的实施例中,C形支架16安装在机械手18上。在这种情况下,通过机械手18的行驶运动使得C形支架16沿着汽车保险杠2运动并且支撑件7、8在每次加工工序之后如此旋转,将适用于接下来加工工序的加工装置分别引入加工位置中。C形支架16的运动由箭头x示出。以这种方式,依次地在保险杠2的相应不同的位置上进行加工工序。在此例如可涉及多个依次连续的冲压过程,但是也可特别涉及冲压过程与焊接和/或粘结过程的结合。因此,通过根据本发明的教导尤其也可以在保险杠2的特定加工位置上首先进行冲压过程并且然后在同一位置上进行焊接或粘结处理。由此,例如可首先制成用于停车传感器的缺口并且然后将相应的传感器保持件直接地焊接在保险杠2上。
在图2所示的变型方案中,C形支架16位置固定地布置并且为了在保险杠2的不同位置上进行加工工序使保险杠2经过C形支架16。保险杠2的运动由箭头方向y示出。在图2中,仅需要使位置固定的C形支架16为各个加工工序精确定向,加工工序通过一个或多个未详细示出的伺服电机完成。
在本发明的范围中特别是,在附图中示出的支撑件7、8可分别通过(未详细示出的)更换支撑件更换,以为了加工具有不同设计的汽车保险杠而改装冲压机。这种改装需要相对很小的消耗,因为仅需对支撑件7、8进行改装并且必要时需要进一步的略微改装调试。因此本发明的对象也在于,一种包括一种系统,其具有包括适用于加工保险杠模型A的加工装置3、4、9、10的两个支撑件7、8以及至少一对更换支撑件的冲压机,更换支撑件具有适用于加工保险杠模型B的加工装置。通过将支撑件7、8更换为更换支撑件可使模型A的冲压机改装为模型B的冲压机。

Claims (10)

1.一种用于冲压聚合材料的汽车构件、特别是保险杠的冲压机,其具有
-机架(1),
-至少一个用于将所述聚合材料的汽车构件(2)固定在所述机架(1)上的装置,和
-至少一个冲压装置(3),
其中,所述冲压装置(3)包括至少一个冲模(4)以及至少一个底模(5),其特征在于,所述冲模(4)和/或所述底模(5)固定在能够运动的支撑件(7、8)的容纳装置(6)上,其中,所述支撑件(7、8)具有至少一个其他容纳装置(6),以用于固定至少一个其他加工装置(9、10、20、30),由此通过所述支撑件(7、8)的运动能够借助所述其他加工装置(9、10、20、30)将所述冲压机调节到新的、设计为不同的加工工序。
2.根据权利要求1所述的冲压机,其特征在于,所述支撑件(7、8)能够旋转运动,并且通过所述支撑件(7、8)的旋转运动能够将所述其他加工装置(20、30)引入加工位置中。
3.根据权利要求2所述的冲压机,其特征在于,所述支撑件(7、8)的旋转轴线至少基本垂直于所述冲压装置(3)的加工方向定向。
4.根据权利要求2或3所述的冲压机,其特征在于,除了所述冲模(4)和所述底模(5)以外,还额外地设置至少一个其他加工装置(9、10),其能够在所述支撑件(7、8)的同一角度位置中被引入加工位置中。
5.根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的冲压机,其特征在于,所述冲模(4)和所述底模(5)分别固定在能够运动的所述支撑件(7、8)上。
6.根据权利要求1至5中任一项所述的冲压机,其特征在于,所述支撑件(7、8)布置在C形支架(16)上,在所述支架上安装有整个冲压装置(3)。
7.根据权利要求6所述的冲压机,其特征在于,所述支架(16)安装在机械手(18)上。
8.根据权利要求6所述的冲压机,其特征在于,所述支架(16)能够通过至少一个电动马达、优选伺服电机来调节。
9.根据权利要求1至8中任一项所述的冲压机,其特征在于,所述其他加工装置包括至少一个焊接工具(9)和/或至少一个粘结剂涂敷装置和/或至少一个其他冲模。
10.根据权利要求1至9中任一项所述的冲压机,其特征在于,适用于特定的汽车构件(2)的支撑件(7、8)能够松开地与所述冲压机连接,并且设有至少一个适用于不同设计的汽车构件的更换支撑件,所述支撑件可通过所述更换支撑件更换。
