本发明涉及显示技术领域,特别涉及一种显示面板和显示装置。
背景技术
当前显示面板有LCD(LiquidCrystalDisplay,液晶显示)、OLED(OrganicLight-EmittingDiode,有机发光二极管)等显示技术,LCD中设置有液晶盒,通过在液晶盒两侧施加电压来控制液晶分子的转动;OLED则是利用电流激发有机材料发光,也需要两个电极来施加电场。
为了提高显示面板所显示画面的精确度及色彩效果,需要显示面板尽可能的避免外界电场的干扰,如人体的生物电场,摩擦时产生的静电。当前的解决方案是在彩膜基板到TFT(ThinFilmTransistor,薄膜晶体管)基板之间添加银浆点以形成回路,从而屏蔽外界电场的影响。这种方式使得工艺变得更为复杂,增大了生产的成本。
发明内容
本发明主要解决现有技术中需要较大成本才能避免显示面板收到外界电场干扰的问题。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种显示面板,其包括TFT基板、彩膜基板和导电偏光片;导电偏光片覆盖所述彩膜基板的出光表面、与出光表面垂直的侧面以及所述TFT基板的侧面。
其中,导电偏光片包括导电层,导电层位于导电偏光片内层或导电偏光片表层。
其中,导电层为透明导电薄膜。
其中,显示面板为OLED显示面板。
其中,显示面板为可挠曲显示面板。
其中,显示面板为液晶显示面板。
其中,显示面板进一步包括背光模组,背光模组设置在TFT基板背向彩膜基板的一侧。

为解决上述技术问题,本发明还提供一种显示装置,该显示装置包括上述显示面板。
本发明的有益效果是,区别于现有技术,本发明显示面板包括TFT基板、彩色基板和导电偏光片,导电偏光片覆盖彩膜基板的出光表面、彩膜基板中与出光表面垂直的侧面以及TFT基板的侧面,导电偏光片本身的可挠性使其能够包覆彩膜基板和TFT基板,并且基于其导电性,导电偏光片能够构成静电屏蔽空间,使得显示面板能够避免外界电场的干扰,并且导电偏光片包覆于彩膜基板中与其出光表面垂直的侧面以及TFT基板的侧面,对两者有一定的保护作用,使显示面板具有一定的抗摔击性。

具体实施方式
参阅图1,图1是本发明显示面板第一实施方式的结构示意图,本实施方式显示面板100,包括TFT基板11、彩膜基板12以及导电偏光片13。
其中TFT基板11是玻璃板上刻蚀TFT阵列,以驱动显示面板100上的像素点显示相关图像信息;而彩膜基板12也是在玻璃板上设置彩色滤光片,彩色滤光片由红绿蓝三原色的有机材料构成,使得从彩膜基板12出光表面121的每个像素点射出的光均由红绿蓝三原色光组成,实现了每个像素点不同颜色的显示。
导电偏光片13覆盖彩膜基板12的出光表面121、与出光表面121垂直的侧面122,以及TFT基板11的侧面112,可想而知,彩膜基板12在导电偏光片13和TFT基板11之间。
从结构上来说TFT基板11上设置有导线构成的网状结构,即TFT阵列,导电偏光片13与TFT基板11能够形成一个静电屏蔽空间,使该空间内的部件不受外界电场的干扰,而形成静电屏蔽空间的导电偏光片13及TFT基板11本身工作时不会受外界电场干扰,因此显示面板100能够屏蔽外界电场的干扰。
导电偏光片13由塑料膜材料制成,具有可挠性,在工艺制作过程中能够很容易的包覆至彩膜基板12的侧面122以及TFT基板11的侧面112,对TFT基板11以及彩膜基板12也起到了保护作用,使得显示面板100具有一定的抗摔击性。导电偏光片13为层叠的结构,其包括一导电层131,导电层131可以设置在导电偏光片13的内层或表层。内层表示多层层叠结构的中间层,表层则包括处于外侧的两个表层,本实施方式中的导电层131为透明导电薄膜,其涂覆在导电偏光片13的表层。
本实施方式中,显示面板100为液晶显示面板,其中进一步包括液晶层14,设置在TFT基板11和彩膜基板12之间。而TFT基板11上设置有第一电极113,彩膜基板12上设置有第二电极123,两电极的极性相反,因此两者之间能够形成电场,并通过电场的变化来控制液晶层14,从而控制每个像素点的出射光。其中第一电极113和第二电极123均由氧化铟锡制成。
显示面板100工作原理即通过液晶层14的变化来控制出射光,其中液晶层14容易受到外界电场的影响,而本实施方式中通过导电偏光片13以及TFT基板11形成静电屏蔽空间,保护了液晶层14不受外界电场的影响。
由于显示面板100为液晶显示面板,因此还需一背光模组15作为光源,该背光模组15设置在TFT基板11背向彩膜基板12的一侧,其并不在导电偏光片13和TFT基板11所形成静电屏蔽空间内,且背光模组15本身工作时也不会受到外界电场的影响。因此本实施方式的显示面板100不会受到外界电场的影响。
请参阅图2,图2是本发明显示面板第二实施方式的结构示意图,本实施方式显示面板200包括TFT基板21、彩膜基板22以及导电偏光片23。
本实施方式显示面板200中TFT基板21、彩膜基板22以及导电偏光片23的位置关系与显示面板100中的类似,在此不再赘述。不同之处在于显示面板200为OLED显示面板,其中进一步包括OLED发光层24。
OLED发光层24具有自发光特性,电流能够激发其发光,本实施方式中将其设置在TFT基板21和彩膜基板22之间。TFT基板21上第一电极213和彩膜基板22上的第二电极223之间形成电场,使OLED发光层24内部产生电流,从而激发OLED发光层24发光。其中,第一电极213为阳极,由氧化铟锡制成;第二电极223为阴极,由金属银制成;且两电极均为透明电极。
由于OLED发光层24中的发光材料可以根据配方的不同而产生红绿蓝三原色的光,因此在其他实施例中,彩膜基板22为玻璃板上铺覆第二电极223,而不包括彩色滤光片。
显示面板200为OLED显示面板,具有自发光特性,因此无需背光模组,且显示面板200中TFT基板21、彩膜基板22以及OLED发光层24均为可挠曲薄膜结构,因此显示面板200可制作为可挠曲显示面板,并且导电偏光片23为塑料膜材料,因此依据彩膜基板22及TFT基板21的形状覆盖彩膜基板22的出光表面,彩膜基板22的侧面以及TFT基板21的侧面。
本实施方式中导电偏光片23与TFT基板21形成静电屏蔽空间,使得其中的OLED发光层不受外界电场的影响。
区别于现有技术,本发明显示面板包括TFT基板、彩色基板和导电偏光片,导电偏光片覆盖彩膜基板的出光表面、彩膜基板中与出光表面垂直的侧面以及TFT基板的侧面,导电偏光片本身的可挠性使其能够包覆彩膜基板和TFT基板,并且基于其导电性,导电偏光片能够构成静电屏蔽空间,使得显示面板能够避免外界电场的干扰,并且导电偏光片包覆于彩膜基板中与其出光表面垂直的侧面以及TFT基板的侧面,对两者有一定的保护作用,使显示面板具有一定的抗摔击性。
请参阅图3,图3是本发明显示装置第一实施方式的结构示意图。本实施方式显示装置300包括显示面板31和支架32。
显示面板31可选择上述显示面板的两种实施方式,具体不再赘述,支架32用于支撑固定以及保护显示面板31。
区别于现有技术,本实施方式显示装置中的显示面板包括TFT基板、彩色基板和导电偏光片,导电偏光片覆盖彩膜基板的出光表面、彩膜基板中与出光表面垂直的侧面以及TFT基板的侧面,使得显示装置能够避免外界电场的干扰,继而提高显示效果及显示准确度。

Claims (10)

1.一种显示面板,其特征在于,所述显示面板包括TFT基板、彩膜基板和导电偏光片;所述导电偏光片覆盖所述彩膜基板的出光表面、与所述出光表面垂直的侧面以及所述TFT基板的侧面。
2.根据权利要求1所述的显示面板,其特征在于,所述导电偏光片包括导电层,所述导电层位于所述导电偏光片内层或所述导电偏光片表层。
3.根据权利要求2所述的显示面板,其特征在于,所述导电层为透明导电薄膜。
4.根据权利要求1所述的显示面板,其特征在于,所述显示面板为OLED显示面板。
5.根据权利要求4所述的显示面板,其特征在于,所述显示面板为可挠曲显示面板。
6.根据权利要求1所述的显示面板,其特征在于,所述显示面板为液晶显示面板。
7.根据权利要求6所示的显示面板,其特征在于,所述显示面板进一步包括背光模组,所述背光模组设置在所述TFT基板背向所述彩膜基板的一侧。
8.根据权利要求1所述的显示面板,其特征在于,所述TFT基板上设置有第一电极,所述彩膜基板上设置有第二电极,所述第一电极和所述第二电极的极性相反。
9.根据权利要求8所述的显示面板,其特征在于,所述第一电极与所述第二电极均由氧化铟锡制成。
10.一种显示装置,其特征在于,所述显示装置包括权利要求1-9中任一项所述的显示面板。
