and 6, coiling the fabric obtained in the step 5, and standing for more than 24 hours for crosslinking and curing.

the adsorption layer comprises the following components in parts:
57 parts of toluene, 15 parts of absolute ethyl alcohol and 250 meshesActivated carbon19 parts of powder and 10 parts of single-component polyurethane, wherein the viscosity of the single-component polyurethane is 120000CPS at 30 ℃, the molecular weight is 100000-300000, the solid content is 43 percent, and the mass of the adsorption layer on the base cloth layer is 75g/m2

94 parts of emulsion PVC paste resin, 66 parts of main plasticizer, 22 parts of auxiliary plasticizer, 9 parts of composite plasticizer, 10 parts of cold-resistant plasticizer, 48 parts of filler, 4 parts of stabilizer and 5 parts of PVC pigment; in the surface glue layer, the main plasticizer is dioctyl phthalate, the auxiliary plasticizer is dibutyl phthalate, the composite plasticizer is epoxy tetrahydro dioctyl phthalate, the cold-resistant plasticizer is n-octyl n-decyl adipate, the filler is heavy calcium carbonate, and the stabilizer is a barium-zinc composite stabilizer.
Coating the primer layer on the surface adhesive layer by using a scraper of a two-coating two-drying or three-coating three-drying coating machine, wherein the distance between the scraper and the primer layer is 0.15-0.3mm, and the primer layer consists of the following components in parts:
103 parts of emulsion PVC paste resin, 66 parts of main plasticizer, 2-parts of auxiliary plasticizer, 10 parts of composite plasticizer, 14 parts of cold-resistant plasticizer, 31 parts of filler, 2 parts of stabilizer and 4 parts of PVC pigment; the main plasticizer is dioctyl phthalate, the auxiliary plasticizer is dibutyl phthalate, the composite plasticizer is epoxy tetrahydro dioctyl phthalate, the cold-resistant plasticizer is n-octyl n-decyl adipate, the filler is light calcium carbonate, and the stabilizer is a barium-zinc composite stabilizer.
And 3, attaching the base adhesive layer and the non-raising surface of the base fabric layer, plasticizing in an oven at the plasticizing temperature of more than 160-200 ℃, cooling to below 50 ℃ after plasticizing, and stripping the release paper.
And 4, compounding the adhesive layer on the surface adhesive layer by using a compound machine, wherein the mesh number of an anilox roller of the compound machine is 60 meshes, drying the compound machine at 60 ℃ for 30-60s after compounding, and the adhesive layer consists of the following components in parts:
105 parts of a two-component polyurethane adhesive, 19 parts of a solvent, 15 parts of a cross-linking agent and 3 parts of a catalyst; in the bonding layer, the solid content of the two-component polyurethane adhesive is 76%, the molecular weight is 3000-10000, the solvent is butanone, the crosslinking agent is an isocyanate crosslinking agent, and the catalyst is stannous octoate.
And 5, attaching the outer protective layer to the adhesive layer, wherein the outer protective layer is made of low-density polyethylene and the thickness of the outer protective layer is 0.07 mm.
And 6, coiling the fabric obtained in the step 5, and standing for more than 24 hours for crosslinking and curing.

step 1, raising the base fabric layer by using a raising machine, and spraying or blade-coating the adsorption layer to the raised side of the base fabric layer;
step 2, coating the surface adhesive layer on release paper by using a scraper of a two-coating two-drying or three-coating three-drying coating machine, wherein the distance between the scraper and the release paper is 0.15-0.3mm, plasticizing in a drying oven at the plasticizing temperature of 160-200 ℃, cooling to below 50 ℃ after plasticizing, coating the primer layer on the surface adhesive layer by using the scraper of the two-coating two-drying coating machine or the three-coating three-drying coating machine, and the distance between the scraper and the primer layer is 0.15-0.3 mm;
step 3, attaching the base adhesive layer and the non-raising surface of the base cloth layer, plasticizing in an oven at the plasticizing temperature of 160-200 ℃, cooling to below 50 ℃ after plasticizing, and stripping release paper;
step 4, compounding the adhesive layer on the surface adhesive layer by using a compound machine, wherein the mesh number of an anilox roller of the compound machine is 20-100 meshes, and drying for 30-60s at 20-100 ℃ after compounding;
and 5, attaching the outer protective layer to the adhesive layer.
2. The multifunctional biochemical protective clothing fabric as claimed in claim 1, wherein:
the base cloth layer is made of flame-retardant fibers;
the adsorption layer comprises the following components in parts:
30-60 parts of aromatic hydrocarbon, 10-20 parts of absolute ethyl alcohol, 10-20 parts of activated carbon powder and 10-20 parts of single-component polyurethane;
the barrier layer includes primer layer and surface glue layer, wherein, the primer layer with the base cloth laminating, the primer layer constitute by the component of following part count:
90-110 parts of emulsion PVC paste resin, 40-80 parts of main plasticizer, 5-25 parts of auxiliary plasticizer, 2-10 parts of composite plasticizer, 5-20 parts of cold-resistant plasticizer, 10-40 parts of filler and 1-3 parts of stabilizer;
the surface glue layer comprises the following components in parts:
90-110 parts of emulsion PVC paste resin, 40-80 parts of main plasticizer, 5-25 parts of auxiliary plasticizer, 2-10 parts of composite plasticizer, 5-20 parts of cold-resistant plasticizer, 10-80 parts of filler and 2-4 parts of stabilizer;
the adhesive layer consists of the following components in parts:
90-110 parts of a two-component polyurethane adhesive, 10-20 parts of a solvent, 4-15 parts of a cross-linking agent and 1-4 parts of a catalyst;
the outer protective layer is a PE film.
3. The multifunctional biochemical protective clothing fabric as claimed in claim 2, wherein: the base cloth layer is one of all-cotton flame-retardant cloth, polyester-cotton flame-retardant cloth, aramid fiber flame-retardant cloth or nylon cotton flame-retardant cloth.

The multifunctional biochemical protective clothing fabric as claimed in claim 2, wherein: the viscosity of the single-component polyurethane in the adsorption layer is 30000-150000CPS at 30 ℃, the molecular weight is 100000-300000, the solid content is 20-50%, and the active carbon powder is 50-300 meshes.
5. The multifunctional biochemical protective clothing fabric as claimed in claim 2, wherein: the mass of the adsorption layer on the base cloth layer is 20-100g/m2The thickness of the base cloth layer is 0.3-0.8 mm.
6. The multifunctional biochemical protective clothing fabric as claimed in claim 2, wherein: the outer protective layer is made of low-density polyethylene, and the thickness of the outer protective layer is 0.05-0.10 mm.

The multifunctional biochemical protective clothing fabric as claimed in claim 2, wherein: in the bottom glue layer, the main plasticizer is dioctyl phthalate, the auxiliary plasticizer is dibutyl phthalate, the composite plasticizer is epoxy plasticizer, the cold-resistant plasticizer is adipic acid ester cold-resistant plasticizer, the filler is light calcium carbonate, and the stabilizer is one of barium-chromium-zinc stabilizer, lead salt composite stabilizer, calcium-zinc composite stabilizer, barium-zinc composite stabilizer and potassium-zinc composite stabilizer.

The multifunctional biochemical protective clothing fabric as claimed in claim 2, wherein: in the surface glue layer, the main plasticizer is dioctyl phthalate, the auxiliary plasticizer is dibutyl phthalate, the composite plasticizer is epoxy plasticizer, the cold-resistant plasticizer is adipic acid ester cold-resistant plasticizer, the filler is heavy calcium carbonate, and the stabilizer is one of barium-chromium-zinc stabilizer, lead salt composite stabilizer, calcium-zinc composite stabilizer, barium-zinc composite stabilizer and potassium-zinc composite stabilizer.

The multifunctional biochemical protective clothing fabric as claimed in claim 2, wherein: in the adhesive layer, the solid content of the two-component polyurethane adhesive is more than 60%, the molecular weight is 3000-10000, the solvent is one of butanone or ethyl acetate, the crosslinking agent is an isocyanate crosslinking agent, and the catalyst is an amine catalyst or a tin catalyst.
