In the primer layer and the face adhesive layer, the main plasticizer is a good solvent, the auxiliary plasticizer can improve the flexibility of the product, so that the product becomes softer and accords with the wearing habit of ordinary people, the cold-resistant plasticizer is an adipic acid cold-resistant plasticizer, the plasticizing efficiency of the adipic acid cold-resistant plasticizer is high, the heated color becomes small, the low-temperature flexibility and light resistance of the oil quantity of the product can be endowed, the effect is better after the dioctyl adipate and the phthalate are compounded, the composite plasticizer is an epoxy plasticizer, the toxicity of the epoxy plasticizer is small, the epoxy plasticizer is commonly used for packaging materials of food and pharmaceuticals, therefore, the protective fabric manufactured by the epoxy plasticizer is less harmful to human bodies, the environment is protected, and the composite plasticizer also has the effect of a stabilizer.
Furthermore, the filler in the base adhesive layer is light calcium carbonate, so the viscosity is higher, the high viscosity is favorable for attaching the base adhesive layer and the base fabric layer, and the filler in the surface adhesive layer is heavy calcium carbonate, so the surface adhesive layer is more compact than the base adhesive layer.
Furthermore, in the adhesive layer, the solid content of the two-component polyurethane adhesive is greater than 60%, the molecular weight is 3000-10000, the solvent is selected from one of butanone or ethyl acetate, the crosslinking agent is an isocyanate crosslinking agent, the catalyst is an amine catalyst or a tin catalyst, the catalyst includes but is not limited to triethylene diamine, dibutyltin dilaurate, stannous octoate and CT-E229, and the solvent is volatile butanone or ethyl acetate, so that the product quality can be improved, and the production efficiency can be improved.
Furthermore, the bottom adhesive layer further comprises 1-5 parts of PVC pigment, the surface adhesive layer further comprises 1-5 parts of PVC pigment, and the PVC pigment with different colors can be added according to actual requirements, so that the attractiveness of the product can be improved.
Further, the step 1 and the step 2 are not in sequence.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages:
(1) the protective material provided by the invention has the advantages of simple preparation process and low cost.
(2) The flame-retardant PVC film is prepared by compounding the PE film and the PVC film, and has excellent flame retardance, corrosion resistance and isolation performance to toxic gases.
(3) The active carbon in the invention can adsorb toxic gas, thereby further enhancing the protection effect on human body.
(4) The base cloth layer adopts flame-retardant fibers, has a flame-retardant effect, and also has a tear-resistant effect on the whole composite layer due to higher toughness.

And 4, compounding the adhesive layer on the surface adhesive layer by using a compound machine, wherein the mesh number of an anilox roller of the compound machine is 40 meshes, drying the compound machine at 30 ℃ for 30-60s after compounding, and the adhesive layer consists of the following components in parts:
95 parts of a two-component polyurethane adhesive, 12 parts of a solvent, 5 parts of a cross-linking agent, 2 parts of a catalyst and 2 parts of a PVC pigment; in the bonding layer, the solid content of the two-component polyurethane adhesive is 65%, the molecular weight is 3000-10000, the solvent is butanone, the crosslinking agent is isocyanate crosslinking agent, and the catalyst is amine catalyst or tin catalyst, triethylene diamine, dibutyltin dilaurate and stannous octoate.
Step 5, attaching the outer protective layer to the bonding layer, wherein the outer protective layer is made of low-density polyethylene and the thickness of the outer protective layer is 0.06 mm;
and 6, coiling the fabric obtained in the step 5, and standing for more than 24 hours for crosslinking and curing.
Example 2

step 2, coating the surface adhesive layer on release paper by using a scraper of a two-coating two-drying or three-coating three-drying coating machine, wherein the distance between the scraper and the release paper is 0.15-0.3mm, plasticizing in a drying oven at the plasticizing temperature of 160-200 ℃, cooling to below 50 ℃ after plasticizing, coating the primer layer on the surface adhesive layer by using the scraper of the two-coating two-drying coating machine or the three-coating three-drying coating machine, and the distance between the scraper and the primer layer is 0.15-0.3 mm;
step 3, attaching the base adhesive layer and the non-raising surface of the base cloth layer, plasticizing in an oven at the plasticizing temperature of 160-200 ℃, cooling to below 50 ℃ after plasticizing, and stripping release paper;
step 4, compounding the adhesive layer on the surface adhesive layer by using a compound machine, wherein the mesh number of an anilox roller of the compound machine is 20-100 meshes, and drying for 30-60s at 20-100 ℃ after compounding;
and 5, attaching the outer protective layer to the adhesive layer.

the barrier layer includes primer layer and surface glue layer, wherein, the primer layer with the base cloth laminating, the primer layer constitute by the component of following part count:
90-110 parts of emulsion PVC paste resin, 40-80 parts of main plasticizer, 5-25 parts of auxiliary plasticizer, 2-10 parts of composite plasticizer, 5-20 parts of cold-resistant plasticizer, 10-40 parts of filler and 1-3 parts of stabilizer;

The multifunctional biochemical protective clothing fabric as claimed in claim 2, wherein: the viscosity of the single-component polyurethane in the adsorption layer is 30000-150000CPS at 30 ℃, the molecular weight is 100000-300000, the solid content is 20-50%, and the active carbon powder is 50-300 meshes.
5. The multifunctional biochemical protective clothing fabric as claimed in claim 2, wherein: the mass of the adsorption layer on the base cloth layer is 20-100g/m2The thickness of the base cloth layer is 0.3-0.8 mm.
