技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于燃料喷射系统、尤其是共轨喷射系统的、用于在燃料高压蓄压器中调节压力的压力调节阀。
背景技术
上述类型的压力调节阀包括阀壳体,在其中容纳磁性致动器和与磁性致动器共同作用的电枢,以及阀部件,它与阀壳体连接。在阀部件中构造一个大多数为锥形的阀座,它与球形的阀关闭元件共同作用。电枢具有电枢销或电枢栓,它用作力传递件和这样地作用于球形的阀关闭元件上,即它在磁性致动器被通电流时通过电枢销或者说电枢栓被压向阀座。电枢销或电枢栓一般具有截球形的容纳部,用于径向引导球形的阀关闭元件,该容纳部借助于冲压进行制造。由于电枢销或电枢栓被在阀壳体中引导,因此在在在阀壳体中的引导部和阀座之间的轴线错移的情况下通过该截球形的冲压体可能导致在阀门的关闭位置上球形的阀关闭元件的冗余尺寸。在阀门打开期间此时形成一个径向的错移,它在关闭期间导致球形的阀关闭元件经由阀座的锥形的表面滑回到密封座中(关闭滞后)。由此在打开压力和关闭压力之间产生压力差以及产生不希望的噪音。
由公开文献DE102010043092A1得知一种上述类型的压力调节阀,它为了补偿电枢栓的引导部和阀座之间的可能的轴线错移具有一个由至少两个部分实施成的电枢栓。电枢栓最好包括传递杆和压紧件,它为了补偿可能的轴线错移可径向移动地容纳在传递杆中。但是由此不能够有效地防止不希望的噪音的产生。
发明内容
本发明基于的任务在于提出一种压力调节阀,它没有上述的缺陷。
为了解决该任务,建议一种用于燃料喷射系统、尤其是共轨喷射系统的压力调节阀,其用于在燃料高压蓄压器中的压力调节。
本发明的公开
建议的压力调节阀包括用于操作球形的阀关闭元件的磁性致动器,其中,磁性致动器与可往复运动的电枢共同作用,电枢与用于将磁性致动器的力传递到球形的阀关闭元件上的电枢销连接。按照本发明,球形的阀关闭元件和/或电枢销在阀部件中如下轴向可移动地引导,使得所述球形的阀关闭元件在打开或关闭期间不再能够实施径向的运动,其中,该阀部件形成与球形的阀关闭元件共同作用的阀座。优选地至少球形的阀关闭元件经由阀部件这样地轴向可移动地引导,即它在打开或关闭期间不再能够实施径向的运动。由此有效地防止不希望的噪音,其在阀关闭元件的径向的运动期间产生。此外保证不发生关闭滞后,因为不再能够形成球形的阀关闭元件的关于阀座的径向错移。此外优选地,电枢销附加地经由阀部件轴向可移动地引导。电枢销和球形的阀关闭元件的引导因此经由同一个部件实施。这不排除该电枢销此外在压力调节阀的另一个部件例如在阀门的阀壳体中,轴向可移动地引导。如果存在在阀壳体中的引导和阀座之间的轴线错移,则它通过在阀部件中更靠近阀座设置的引导部进行补偿。
由于球形的阀关闭元件和/或电枢销在阀部件中的引导,因此截球形的冲压体(压花)在电枢销中是可有可无的。由此简化了建议的压力调节阀的制造。
按照本发明的一个优选实施方式,阀部件具有至少两个导向面,它们限制球形的阀关闭元件和/或电枢销的径向的运动空间。导向面的数量可以是偶数或奇数。在偶数的导向面情况下,限制球形的阀关闭元件和/或电枢销的径向的运动空间的导向面中的至少两个最好位于相互相对置的位置上。该导向面此时相互平行地定向。
此外优选地,至少两个导向面直接地连接到阀座上,其最好锥形地构造成。也就是说导向面由阀座形成。为了限制球形的阀关闭元件和/或电枢销的径向的运动空间,导向面是轴向定向的。轴向延伸的导向面因此优选地位于阀座的锥面上。
球形的阀关闭元件最好通过直接地连接到阀座上导向面引导。为了引导电枢销,其具有比球形的阀关闭元件更大的外直径,此外最好设置导向面,该导向面相对于直接地连接到阀座上的导向面布置在更靠径向外部的位置上。
按照另一个优选的实施方式,用于引导球形的阀关闭元件和/或电枢销的导向面在径向延伸的隔条(连接条)上构造成。连接条与阀座面对的端面形成导向面。最好径向延伸的隔条相互间在相同的角度间距下布置。在三个隔条的情况下,该角度间距各相对于隔条的中轴线为120°,在四个隔条的情况下为90°,等等。四个隔条因此优选地是十字形地布置的和五个隔条是星形地布置的,其中,与一个十字或星不同,隔条相互不交叉。
备选地或补充地,隔条限制流动通道。也就是说,在隔条之间的自由空间可以用作流动通道,用于保证经由压力调节阀控制的量的流出。
作为扩展的措施,建议,至少一部分流动通道与电枢腔液压地连接。电枢腔因此经由至少一个流动通道与压力调节阀在阀部件中构造成的阀室连接。该连接实现在阀室和电枢腔之间的压力平衡。
如果使一个横截面穿过阀部件,那么用于引导球形的阀元件和/或电枢销的导向面优选地相对于球形的阀关闭元件和/或电枢销的外直径形成切线。因此与各配属的导向面,球形的阀关闭元件具有点状的接触区和圆柱体形的电枢销具有线性的接触区。接触区被减小到最小。
有利地,阀部件是金属粉末压铸件。这种压铸件在一种金属粉末压铸工艺(金属粉末注射成型,简称MIM)中制造。这种工艺的应用简化了阀部件包括导向面的制造。
有利地,阀部件在与阀座背离的支撑面上具有咬合边。支撑面用于在插入高压蓄压器体中的台阶孔中期间支撑阀部件或压力调节阀。通过咬合边此时可以实现密封作用。
在一个优选的实施方式中,建议的压力调节阀设计成2/2-换向阀。在该实施方式中,压力调节阀尤其适用于在燃料高压蓄压器中使用。在压力调节阀的打开位置上,高压蓄压器一个回流管建立连接,由此可以减小高压蓄压器中的压力。在压力调节阀的关闭位置上,高压蓄压器与回流管的连接被分开,由此压力可以建立起来。

具体实施方式
在图1中示出的压力调节阀包括磁性致动器1,它具有环形的磁性线圈17并且与可往复运动的电枢3共同作用,后者在此处构造成活动铁心。电枢3与电枢销4连接,当磁性致动器1被激活时,即磁性线圈17被通电流时,电枢销作为力传递件将磁性致动器1的力传递到球形的阀关闭元件2上。在此,电枢3包括电枢销4在克服弹簧15的弹簧力下在球形的阀关闭元件2的方向上运动。由于电枢销4将球形的阀关闭元件2压向锥形的阀座6,因此压力调节阀被关闭并且高压蓄压器13与回流管接头16不建立连接。如果高压蓄压器13中的压力升高到高于一个预定的极限值,那么结束对磁性线圈17通电流,由此弹簧15的弹簧力将电枢3包括电枢销4复位并且阀门通过施加到球形的阀关闭元件上的压力而打开。
压力调节阀在本例中容纳在高压蓄压器13的台阶孔18中和经由螺纹连接19与高压蓄压器连接。为此在压力调节阀的阀壳体14构造外螺纹,它可以与台阶孔18的内螺纹连接。通过螺纹连接19可以将压力调节阀相对于高压蓄压器轴向地预张紧,其中,压力调节阀通过阀部件5的支撑面11支撑在台阶孔18的一个台阶上。在支撑面11的一个区域中构造成的咬合边12将高压蓄压器13向外密封。

Claims (12)
