Abstract
一种防水型壳体,包括一盖1,一电池盖2,一弹性密封3和一内盖4。一带有电池容置部分10的盖1,一用于关闭和打开所述电池容置部分10的开口11的电池盖2,一沿所述开口11布置的弹性密封3,和一用于与所述密封3接触配合关闭所述开口11的内盖4,所述电池盖2以下述方式锁入所述盖1上,即通过将电池盖2沿与密封3压向开口11的不同方向滑移使内盖4压向开口11。
Description
本发明涉及通过弹性密封防止水或类似物侵入的防水型通讯装置壳体,特别是指一种用于无线通讯装置的防水壳体和用于单呼电话的防水型接收机壳体。
在无线通讯装置中,有许多通过橡胶密封防止水或类似物侵入其壳体内的防水型壳体,图7是显示一种传统防水型无线通讯装置壳体的立体图,图8是显示相同装置壳体的局部放大剖视图。该传统的壳体包括:一个盖1,其上带有电池容置部分10和一个接纳空腔15;一个带有槽25的电池盖2,槽25用于插入硬币或类似物;电池盖2还带有锁舌26用于插入接纳空腔15;和一个弹性密封3。
如图8所示,在这种传统的防水型无线通讯装置壳体中,一个锁舌26锁合到接纳空腔15中而使电池盖2与所述盖1紧紧地啮合,由此压紧弹性密封3而防止水或类似物侵入电池容置部分10中。可通过使用一个杠杆,比如使用一个硬币或类似的额外的工具插入槽25中而将电池盖2从所述盖1上拆下。
对于上述传统的防水型无线通讯装置壳体,为了将所述电池盖2装到所述盖1上或从其上拆下,从事上述操作时电池盖的锁舌26和所述盖的接纳空腔15产生变形。在这就意味着需要施加较大的力和使用硬币或额外的工具进行操作,这将有可能损坏所述壳体。
本发明的目的是提供一种防水型壳体,该壳体能够在保证使水或类似物不易侵入壳内和不会损坏壳体的情况下容易地使电池盖装到所述盖上和从其上拆下。
根据本发明的一个方面,提供一种防水型无线通讯装置壳体,包括:一个带有电池容置部分的盖,一个用于关闭和打开所述电池容置部分的开口的电池盖,一个沿所述开口布置的弹性密封,和一个用于与所述密封接触配合关闭所述开口的内盖,即通过将电池盖沿与密封压向开口的不同方向滑移使内盖压向开口而将所述电池盖锁入所述盖上。
根据本发明的另一方面,提供一种防水型壳体,包括:一个盒状盖,在其拐角处具有电池容置部分,包括一个供电池插入和取出的开口,一个弹性密封沿所述开口边缘延伸布置,和第一导轨,它形成在靠近所述开口处并沿垂直于将密封压向开口边缘的方向延长;
一个电池盖,用于关闭位于拐角处的电池容置部分的开口,包括形成在其边缘上的啮合部分用于可滑动地插入所述导轨上,和第二导轨,它沿垂直于将所述密封压向所述开口边缘的方向延伸;
一个内盖,用于与所述电池盖结合关闭所述电池容置部分,它包括:一个适于与所述密封紧密接触的内侧面的外周边缘,和啮合构件适于滑动地插入所述第二导轨,所述内盖以与电池盖相对于所述盖滑动相同方向可滑动地置于所述电池盖上,因此通过将电池盖的啮合部分插入所述第一导轨使电池盖与所述盖啮合。

图1是一个分拆视图,显示本发明用于单呼电话的防水型接收机壳体的一个实施例;

图7是一个立体图,显示一现有技术防水型无线通讯装置壳体;
图8是一个局部放大剖视图,显示该现有技术的壳体。
根据本发明和用于单呼电话防水型接收机壳体的实施例,下面结合附图说明之。
参阅图1至6,所述用于单呼电话防水型接收机的壳体包括:一个盖1,一个电池盖2,一个密封3和一个内盖4。盖1是盒形并在其拐角处带有电池容置部分10。电池容置部分10有开口11用于插入和取出电池(未示)。电池盖2与内盖4共同作用盖住电池容置部分10的开口11。密封3是弹性的且沿开口11的边缘12设置,密封3是由橡胶制成的环形结构。内盖4具有的内侧面外环形边缘可紧紧地与所述密封3接触。
在盖1中制有靠近开口11的用于电池盖2在其上滑移的导轨13。这些导轨13沿垂直于将密封3压向开口11的开口边缘12的方向延伸。在电池盖2两侧缘的一侧上沿其边缘形成有啮合部分20用于插入导轨13上滑动。电池盖2能通过其上的啮合部分20插入导轨13而与盖1啮合。
如图5所示,电池盖2具有导轨21用于导引内盖4。这些导轨21沿垂直于将密封3压向开口11的开口边缘12的方向延伸。内盖4具有啮合件40用于嵌入导轨21而在其上滑动。如图6所示,通过将内盖4的啮合部分40插入电池盖2的导轨21中,内盖4可以电池盖2相对于盖1相同的滑动方向相对于其上的电池盖2滑动。
为了将电池盖2和内盖4安装到盖1上,如图2所示,当内盖4被置于盖1的开口11上后,内盖4紧靠在密封3上。此后,电池盖2沿图2所示右方滑移,由此电池盖2的啮合部分20嵌入到盖1的导轨13上。如图3所示,电池盖2随后闭锁住盖1的开口11。此外,电池盖3夹持着内盖4,使其被压向开口11。在这种状态下,如图4所示,内盖4压着密封3使其紧靠开口边缘,从而使内盖4和密封3之间紧紧帖合而达致防水效果。
为了从盖1上拆下电池盖2和内盖4,电池盖2沿图3左向滑移,由此使电池盖2的啮合部分20从盖1的导轨13上滑脱。其结果使电池盖2和内盖4可从盖1上拆下,如图2所示。
如上所述,根据本发明的用于单呼电话的防水型接收机壳体与现有技术不用,在把电池盖安装到所述盖上或从其上拆下时不会由于滑移电池盖时使所述盖和电池盖变形。这就无需在安装和拆下电池盖时施加很大的力。此外,也无需用额外的工具,如硬币,拆下电池盖,因此不存在由于使用额外的工具拆卸时损坏电池盖的可能。
Claims (4)
1.一种防水型无线通讯装置壳体,其特征是:一个带有电池容置部分的盖,一个用于关闭和打开所述电池容置部分的开口的电池盖,一个沿所述开口布置的弹性密封,和一个用于与所述密封接触配合关闭所述开口的内盖,即通过将电池盖沿与密封压向开口的不同方向滑移使内盖压向开口而将所述电池盖锁入所述盖上。
2.如权利要求1所述的防水型无线通讯装置壳体,其特征是,所述盖具有导轨,所述导轨沿与所述密封压向所述开口不同的方向延伸并且可滑动地接纳所述电池盖的边缘,以使电池盖锁扣到所述盖上。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的防水型无线通讯装置壳体,其特征是,所述内盖安装在所述电池盖中,使之可沿与电池盖滑动相同的方向滑动。
4.如权利要求1所述的防水型无线通讯装置壳体,其特征是:一个盒状盖,在其拐角处具有电池容置部分,包括一个供电池插入和取出的开口,一个弹性密封沿所述开口边缘延伸布置,和第一导轨,它安型成在靠近所述开口处并沿垂直于将密封压向开口边缘的方向延长;
一个电池盖,用于关闭位于拐角处的电池容置部分的开口,包括形成在其边缘上的啮合部分用于可滑动地插入所述导轨上,和第二导轨,它沿垂直于将所述密封压向所述开口边缘的方向延伸;
一个内盖,用于与所述电池盖结合关闭所述电池容置部分,它包括:一个适于与所述密封紧密接触的内侧面的外周边缘,和啮合构件适于滑动地插入所述第二导轨,所述内盖以与电池盖相对于所述盖滑动相同方向可滑动地置于所述电池盖上,因此通过将电池盖的啮合部分插入所述第一导轨使电池盖与所述盖啮合。
