一种橡胶管挤出机机头
技术领域
本发明涉及橡胶机械技术领域，具体而言，涉及一种橡胶管挤出机机头。
背景技术
橡胶管是一种中空可挠性管状橡胶制品，橡胶管在工业化背景下的应用越来越广泛，通常用于输送或抽吸各种气体、液体、粘流体或分粒状固体等物体。
传统挤出机机头是通过模芯与模套组成环形孔实现生产胶管，但是需要生产不同厚度的胶管时，都需要才开机头，更换模芯和模套，同时需要调节模芯和模套的同轴度，来保证生产出的胶管壁厚均匀，但每次调整时间至少需要30分钟，操作不熟练的人员甚至1到2个小时，而这期间，胶料一直通过机嘴不断流出，这样造成大量的原材料和人工的浪费，使用工效低且质量稳定性差。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种橡胶管挤出机机头，以解决现有技术的不足。
为实现本发明目的，采用的技术方案为：
一种橡胶管挤出机机头，包括壳体，其特征在于，所述壳体一端固定连接有模套，模套中心设有通孔；所述壳体上设有进料口；所述壳体内设有与其内壁固定连接的环形筒，环形筒内通过螺纹配合连接有模芯，模芯贯穿壳体，模芯一端伸出壳体，另一端穿过模套的通孔与模套对齐；所述模套内表面与模芯外表面形成出料孔；所述模芯的外圆面设有螺纹，模芯的外圆面设有通过螺纹配合连接的模芯套。
进一步地，所述模芯设有腔体，使混合料不至于过热碳化。
进一步地，所述模芯外表面设有凸起，使混料均匀，提高橡胶管材料质量。
本发明的有益效果是，当需要生产的橡胶管壁厚或橡胶管内径需要改变时，通过旋转模芯，使模芯伸出模套通孔，在通过螺纹配合更换模芯套，实现橡胶管内径和橡胶管壁厚改变，避免需要拆卸机头来更换模芯和模套，同时需要调节同轴度，浪费工作时间。

下面通过具体的实施例子并结合附图对本发明做进一步的详细描述。
图1所示出了本发明提供的橡胶管挤出机机头，包括壳体1、进料口2、模芯4、腔体3、模芯套5、凸起6、环形筒7及模套8。所述壳体1一端固定连接有模套8，模套8中心设有通孔；所述壳体1上设有进料口2；所述壳体1内设有与其内壁固定连接的环形筒7，环形筒7内通过螺纹配合连接有模芯4，模芯4贯穿壳体1，模芯4一端伸出壳体1，另一端穿过模套8的通孔与模套8对齐；所述模套8内表面与模芯4外表面形成出料孔；所述模芯4的外圆面设有螺纹，模芯4的外圆面设有通过螺纹配合连接的模芯套8。
模芯4设有腔体，使混合料不至于过热碳化。模芯4外表面设有凸起，使混料均匀，提高橡胶管材料质量。
当需要生产的橡胶管壁厚或橡胶管内径需要改变时，通过旋转模芯4，使模芯4伸出模套8通孔，在通过螺纹配合更换模芯套5，实现橡胶管内径和橡胶管壁厚改变，避免需要拆卸机头，更换模芯4和模套8，从而提高工作效率。
