Abstract

本发明是针对现有球阀与介质接触部份耐腐蚀性及耐磨性能不佳而提供的一种钢衬氟塑料陶瓷球阀。包括阀体、阀盖、阀杆、陶瓷球体和陶瓷阀座,在阀体的内壁和阀盖内壁均设有陶瓷材料制成的耐腐蚀层,还包括一设于阀杆与阀体连接的间隙之间的填料函,在填料函与阀杆之间的间隙之间填充有填料,在阀杆与填料函的间隙上端设有压紧填料的填料压盖,填料压盖与填料函固定连接。填料函与阀体接触面和填料函与填料接触的面均复合有陶瓷材质制成防腐耐磨层,在阀杆上位于与填料接触部分及以下的外部设有陶瓷材料制成的防腐耐磨层。本发明将该阀门的所有可能与介质接触的部份设计为陶瓷材质,使本发明具有极强的耐腐蚀性和耐磨性。

技术领域
本发明属于阀门领域,尤其涉及一种钢衬氟塑料陶瓷球阀。
背景技术
现有的球阀与介质接触的部份为金属或塑料材质,其既不卫生也影响其使用寿命,容易磨损。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有球阀与介质接触部份为金属或塑料材质导致阀门耐腐蚀性及耐磨性能不佳而提供的一种钢衬氟塑料陶瓷球阀。
本发明是通过如下技术方案来实现的:
钢衬氟塑料陶瓷球阀,包括金属铸件衬氟塑料的阀体、阀盖和阀杆,还包括陶瓷球体和陶瓷阀座,在阀体的内壁设有陶瓷材料制成的耐腐蚀层,在阀盖内壁设有陶瓷材料制成的耐腐蚀层,还包括一填料函,填料函设于阀杆与阀体连接的间隙之间,在填料函与阀杆之间的间隙之间填充有填料,在阀杆与填料函的间隙上端设有压紧填料的填料压盖,所述的填料压盖与填料函固定连接。
所述的填料函与阀体接触面和填料函与填料接触的面均复合有陶瓷材质制成防腐耐磨层,在阀杆上位于与填料接触部份及以下的外部设有陶瓷材料制成的防腐耐磨层。
在所述的阀体内壁和阀盖内壁均设有一台阶结构,陶瓷阀座卡接在两台阶结构处,并在阀体和阀盖的外端部均设有至少一个环槽,阀体和阀盖的陶瓷材料制成的耐腐蚀层均向外端面延伸,并在延伸部份设有与环槽相卡接的凸环。
本发明的有益效果:本发明结构简单,将该阀门的所有可能与介质接触的部份及需要运动的部分均设计为陶瓷材质,使本发明具有极强的耐腐蚀性和耐磨性,使用寿命极高。

下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
实施例
如图1所示,钢衬氟塑料陶瓷球阀,包括金属铸件衬氟塑料的阀体1、阀盖2和阀杆3,还包括陶瓷球体4和陶瓷阀座5,在阀体1的内壁设有陶瓷材料制成的耐腐蚀层,在阀盖2内壁设有陶瓷材料制成的耐腐蚀层,还包括一填料函6,填料函6设于阀杆3与阀体1连接的间隙之间,在填料函6与阀杆3之间的间隙之间填充有填料7,在阀杆3与填料函6的间隙上端设有压紧填料的填料压盖8,所述的填料压盖8与填料函6固定连接。
所述的填料函6与阀体接触面和填料函与填料接触的面均复合有陶瓷材质制成防腐耐磨层,在阀杆3上位于与填料接触部分及以下的外部设有陶瓷材料制成的防腐耐磨层。
在所述的阀体1内壁和阀盖2内壁均设有一台阶结构,陶瓷阀座卡接在两台阶结构处,并在阀体和阀盖的外端部均设有至少一个环槽,阀体和阀盖的陶瓷材料制成的耐腐蚀层均向外端面延伸,并在延伸部份设有与环槽相卡接的凸环9。环槽与凸环的设计是为了让陶瓷材料与阀体和阀盖的钢衬体或塑料体更好的配合,两者不易脱落,使用寿命更长。
本发明主要特点有以下几点:
1、钢衬氟塑料陶瓷球阀结合了衬氟塑料球阀及陶瓷球阀的优点,其与介质接触的部分为结构陶瓷材料和氟塑料,本阀具有极高的耐磨损、高耐腐蚀性能。
2、球体采用先进研磨设备及工艺制造,球圆度精度高,表面质量好,与阀座对研后,利用结构陶瓷的自润滑性,具有很好的密封性能。彻底改变了金属硬密封球阀易泄漏、扭矩大、密封面不耐腐蚀的缺点。
3、陶瓷阀座、球体具有良好的耐磨性,让本阀经久耐用,可靠性极高,使用寿命长,是钛合金阀和蒙乃尔阀的2~4倍。
4、本阀适用于高硬度的颗粒介质,或有软颗粒的介质管道上作启闭之用。

1.钢衬氟塑料陶瓷球阀,包括金属铸件衬氟塑料的阀体、阀盖和阀杆,其特征在于:还包括陶瓷球体和陶瓷阀座,在阀体的内壁设有陶瓷材料制成的耐腐蚀层,在阀盖内壁设有陶瓷材料制成的耐腐蚀层,还包括一填料函,填料函设于阀杆与阀体连接的间隙之间,在填料函与阀杆之间的间隙之间填充有填料,在阀杆与填料函的间隙上端设有压紧填料的填料压盖,所述的填料压盖与填料函固定连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的钢衬氟塑料陶瓷球阀,其特征在于:所述的填料函与阀体接触面和填料函与填料接触的面均复合有陶瓷材质制成防腐耐磨层,在阀杆上位于与填料接触部份及以下的外部设有陶瓷材料制成的防腐耐磨层。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的钢衬氟塑料陶瓷球阀,其特征在于:在所述的阀体内壁和阀盖内壁均设有一台阶结构,陶瓷阀座卡接在两台阶结构处,并在阀体和阀盖的外端部均设有至少一个环槽,阀体和阀盖的陶瓷材料制成的耐腐蚀层均向外端面延伸,并在延伸部份设有与环槽相卡接的凸环。
