Abstract

本发明公开了一种蝶阀,它包括阀体,阀体内部设有阀瓣,所述的阀瓣为蝶板,在阀体上方的阀杆处设有阀盖,阀杆端部设有阀杆轴承,阀体通径两侧设有密封填料和垫片,阀座置于阀体内部;阀杆上安装有手柄,所述的阀杆与蝶板设为一体并从阀体腔内伸出,所述的阀体和阀瓣及阀杆材质为钢铁材料,所述的阀座及衬里为软密封材料。本发明提供的蝶阀,在所述的阀体内部及蝶板密封面外部衬有以氟塑料为材质的衬里;其发明点是利用氟塑料的可塑性的加工原理,以钢铁做外壳或做内控,将其衬于壳体内及衬塑于表面。以此用来隔绝钢型金属与强腐蚀介质的直接接触,提高阀门的耐腐蚀性能。

蝶阀
技术领域
本发明涉及阀门领域,特别涉及一种减低摩擦、低磨损的自密封衬塑蝶阀结构。
背景技术
蝶阀是一种结构简单的调节阀,通常包括阀体、阀杆、蝶板和阀座。蝶阀启闭件是一个圆盘形的蝶板,在阀体内绕其自身的轴线旋转,从而达到启闭或调节的目的。它具有结构简单、体积小、重量轻、材料耗用省,安装尺寸小,开关迅速、90°往复回转,驱动力矩小等特点,用于截断、接通、调节管路中的介质,具有良好的流体控制特性和关闭密封性能。因此,被广泛应用于煤气、天然气、液化石油气、城市煤气、冷热空气、化工冶炼和发电环保等工程系统中输送各种腐蚀性、非腐蚀性流体介质的管道上。
目前蝶阀密封面材料常用的有两种:金属对金属密封(简称金属密封)和金属对非金属软材料密封(简称软密封),金属密封长寿加工精度的影响,软密封圈容易实现严密密封,且在加工中可以降低对密封面加工精度的要求。但是由于阀瓣为金属材料,受加工精度及粗糙度的限制,使得软密封容易磨损。
为改善此结构中的不足,我司设计研究一种衬塑蝶阀,利用氟塑料的优异性能及独特的结构设计,大幅减少或者消除阀门启闭时密封副间的摩擦,提高阀门使用寿命。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种蝶阀,其目的在于大幅减少或者消除阀门启闭时密封副间的摩擦,提高阀门使用寿命。
为达到上述目的,本发明的技术方案如下:
一种蝶阀,它包括阀体,阀体内部设有阀瓣,所述的阀瓣为蝶板,在阀体上方的阀杆处设有阀盖,阀杆端部设有阀杆轴承,阀体通径两侧设有密封填料和垫片,阀座置于阀体内部;阀杆上安装有手柄,所述的阀杆与蝶板设为一体并从阀体腔内伸出。
优选的,垫片为环状弧形垫片。
优选的,垫片至少为四片。
优选的,所述的密封填料的材质为氟塑料。
通过上述技术方案,本发明提供的蝶阀,在所述的阀体内部及蝶板密封面外部衬有以氟塑料为材质的衬里;利用氟塑料的可塑性的加工原理,以钢铁做外壳或做内控,将其衬于壳体内及衬塑于表面。以此用来隔绝钢型金属与强腐蚀介质的直接接触,提高阀门的耐腐蚀性能。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。
本实施例如图1所示,包括阀体1,阀体1内部设有碟版3,阀杆6与蝶板3设为一体,从阀体1轴心穿过,在阀体1上方的阀杆6端部设有阀座4,阀座4下方有轴承7,阀体1两侧设有阀杆密封,所述的阀杆密封包括填料5与环形弧状垫片2。所述的填料5设计为锥面,与阀座4呈锥度贴紧。所述的四片环弧状垫片2组合,产生一定的间隙。工作时,在管道内部及密封压力作用下,碟版3与阀座4渐入渐出的啮合,具有锥角的填料5及垫片2配合,使阀座4缓入或缓出,在保证密封的情况下,减小磨损。
本实施例,为了提高阀门的耐腐蚀性能,所述的阀体内部及蝶板密封面外部衬有以氟塑料为材质的衬里;其发明点是利用氟塑料的可塑性的加工原理,以钢铁做外壳或做内控,将其衬于壳体内及衬塑于表面。以此用来隔绝钢型金属与强腐蚀介质的直接接触,提高阀门的耐腐蚀性能。
由于氟塑料的自润滑性能优异,在阀门启闭时,利用其优异的性能,减小蝶板与阀座密封面之间的摩擦系数,减小磨损。
阀杆与阀体顶部孔壁及底部孔壁之间设有弹性气孔轴承,该气孔轴承包括轴承外层和设置于外层内表面的衬套,轴承外层为一中空的圆柱体,其圆柱体壁上设有若干通孔;衬套内壁于对应轴承外层的通孔位置形成气泡状凹陷空穴,并且轴承外层和衬套上设有一倾斜的缺口。
所述的阀体口径两侧均设有阀杆密封,阀杆密封处采用锥度密封垫及四片环状弧形垫片,锥角密封环与阀座呈一锥角,四片环状弧形垫片成叠,层与层之间靠摩擦力自动密封,利用片片弧状间的弹性和柔韧性,使阀门工作时,阀座上受到的扭矩力会分布在阀座整体周围,有弹力和柔韧性的密封圈组件会在力的作用下呈现出阀座的形状,挤压力均匀的分布提供一种紧的双边方向上的锁紧。从而保证了密封性能,并且降低了密封面之间的磨损。

1.一种蝶阀,它包括阀体,阀体内部设有阀瓣,所述的阀瓣为蝶板,在阀体上方的阀杆处设有阀盖,阀杆端部设有阀杆轴承,其特征在于:阀体通径两侧设有密封填料和垫片,阀座置于阀体内部;阀杆上安装有手柄,所述的阀杆与蝶板设为一体并从阀体腔内伸出。
2.根据权利要求1所述的蝶阀,其特征在于,垫片为环状弧形垫片。
3.根据权利要求2所述的蝶阀,其特征在于,垫片至少为四片。
4.根据权利要求3所述的蝶阀,其特征在于,所述的密封填料的材质为氟塑料。
