本发明公开了一种三偏心双向硬密封碟阀,包括阀体(3),阀体(3)内设置与阀杆(7)连接的碟板(6),碟板(6)的回转中心与阀板密封截面及阀体中心线形成双偏置尺寸,阀杆(7)通过设置在顶端的涡轮装置(16)与手轮(17)连接,阀座(18)上堆焊耐磨金属层(10),碟板(6)上设有与耐磨金属层(10)相配合的密封圈(4),阀体密封面中心线与阀座中心线形成一个角偏置,在阀杆(7)与阀体(3)顶部密封连接处设有填料和O型圈组合的双重密封装置。本发明的有益效果:采用双向硬密封结构,耐磨、耐高温性能好,安全可靠,使用寿命长。

技术领域
本发明涉及阀门,具体涉及一种三偏心双向硬密封碟阀。
背景技术
碟阀作为一种用来实现管路系统通断及流量控制的部件,已在石油、化工、冶金和水电等许多领域中得到极为广泛地应用。在传统的碟阀结构中,其密封结构材料为橡胶、聚四氟乙烯等,由于材料性能的限制,不适应耐高温、高压及耐腐蚀、抗磨损等工况,既影响生产的正常运行,又增加了设备维护成本。
发明内容
针对现有碟阀的缺点,本发明提供一种新型的三偏心双向硬密封碟阀。
为了实现上述目的,本发明所采取的措施:
一种三偏心双向硬密封碟阀,包括阀体,阀体内设置与阀杆连接的碟板,碟板的回转中心与阀板密封截面及阀体中心线形成双偏置尺寸,阀杆通过设置在顶端的涡轮装置与手轮连接,阀座上堆焊耐磨金属层,碟板上设有与耐磨金属层相配合的密封圈,阀体密封面中心线与阀座中心线形成一个角偏置,在阀杆与阀体顶部密封连接处设有填料和O型圈组合的双重密封装置。
阀杆与碟板采用过膛销连接。
密封圈采用螺钉和压圈紧固连接。
密封圈材料为304不锈钢和石墨。
耐磨金属层材料选用304不锈钢。
填料为柔性石墨。
本发明的有益效果:采用双向硬密封结构,耐磨、耐高温性能好,安全可靠,使用寿命长。

具体实施方式
一种三偏心双向硬密封碟阀,包括阀体3,阀体3内设置与阀杆7连接的碟板6,碟板6的回转中心与阀板密封截面及阀体中心线形成双偏置尺寸,阀杆7通过设置在顶端的涡轮装置16与手轮17连接,阀座18上堆焊耐磨金属层10,碟板6上设有与耐磨金属层10相配合的密封圈4,阀体密封面中心线与阀座中心线形成一个角偏置,在阀杆7与阀体3顶部密封连接处设有填料和O型圈组合的双重密封装置。阀杆7与碟板6采用过膛销连接;密封圈4采用螺钉和压圈紧固连接;密封圈4材料为304不锈钢和石墨;耐磨金属层10材料选用304不锈钢;填料为柔性石墨。本发明的有益效果:采用双向硬密封结构,耐磨、耐高温性能好,安全可靠,使用寿命长。

1.一种三偏心双向硬密封碟阀,包括阀体(3),阀体(3)内设置与阀杆(7)连接的碟板(6),碟板(6)的回转中心与阀板密封截面及阀体中心线形成双偏置尺寸,阀杆(7)通过设置在顶端的涡轮装置(16)与手轮(17)连接,其特征在于,阀座(18)上堆焊耐磨金属层(10),碟板(6)上设有与耐磨金属层(10)相配合的密封圈(4),阀体密封面中心线与阀座中心线形成一个角偏置,在阀杆(7)与阀体(3)顶部密封连接处设有填料和O型圈组合的双重密封装置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种三偏心双向硬密封碟阀,其特征在于,阀杆(7)与碟板(6)采用过膛销连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种三偏心双向硬密封碟阀,其特征在于,密封圈(4)采用螺钉和压圈紧固连接。
4.根据权利要求1或3所述的一种三偏心双向硬密封碟阀,其特征在于,密封圈(4)材料为304不锈钢和石墨。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种三偏心双向硬密封碟阀,其特征在于,耐磨金属层(10)材料选用304不锈钢。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种三偏心双向硬密封碟阀,其特征在于,填料为柔性石墨。
