本发明涉及一种预作用式阀门,包括:主体,在内侧形成连通孔;座环,设置于主体的连通孔;圆盘,一侧铰链结合于上述主体,另一侧形成自由端并与上述座环接触,且选择性地开闭连通孔;圆盘衬垫,与圆盘的一侧面接触设置并与上述座环接触而维持气密性;圆盘垫圈,与圆盘衬垫的一侧面接触并螺丝固定于圆盘;其中,在上述圆盘衬垫的周围延长形成围绕上述圆盘垫圈的边缘的弯曲部,而在上述圆盘上向下部突出形成围绕上述圆盘衬垫的弯曲部的增强部;在上述圆盘垫圈上,在边缘部形成插入上述圆盘衬垫的弯曲部的段差;在上述圆盘的自由端,向下部突出形成限制圆盘向座环旋转的位置的限制器。

Description

预作用式阀门
技术领域
本发明涉及预作用式阀门,尤其涉及先限制性地阻断有一定压力作用的流体,然后根据外部条件解除阻断状态以允许流体通过的预作用式阀门。
背景技术
一般而言,流水检查装置分为湿式、干式及预作用式阀门,其中,湿式流水检查装置首先在流体(加压水)流入的第一侧和排出的第二侧维持上述流体共存的状态,然后因火灾喷水头(密闭型)的密封部分受热融化或脱离,则通过喷水头的开放放出第二侧的加压水,而且,因第二侧压力的降低,从压力开关向警报装置传送信号并启动消防泵,从而继续供应灭火水的方式;干式流水检查装置首先将氮气或压缩空气主日阀门内以与第一侧加压水维持平衡,然后因火灾喷水头被开放,则随着压力的降低打开阀门内腔,供应第一侧加压水的系统。
另外,预作用式阀门首先在第二侧没有气体或压缩空气,而维持大气压状态,然后当发生火灾时,在通过检测仪的启动运行而预作用时,通过运行流水检测装置向闭合型喷水头输送灭活用水,而闭合型喷水头受热开放。
上述三种虽然都是各自不同的方法,但干式和预作用式因有平时第二侧未被水充满的共同点,因此,在停车场等因存在冻裂的危险,法律规定采用除需要加压水的湿式之外的两种方式。
图1为现有的预作用式阀门的结构示意图。如图所示,现有的预作用式阀门包括具有入口和出口的主体10。将入口定义为流体流入的第一侧,而将出口定义为流体排出的第二侧。在入口和出口之间形成连通孔12,而在连通孔12设置圆筒形的座环14。上述连通孔12通过作用于座环14的轴方向一侧面的圆盘20选择性地被密闭。圆盘20的一侧可旋转地铰链22结合于主体10,而另一端为自由端,从而通过旋转开闭上述连通孔12。在圆盘20的一侧面,通过圆盘垫圈40及固定螺丝80固定有与上述座环14接触以实际上维持气密性的圆盘衬垫30。
另外,在主体10的一侧具备被盖子52密闭且设置有膜片50的第三侧运行部,膜片50上固定有致动器60,该致动器60通过加压铰链72结合于主体10进行旋转的锁定杆70,限制上述圆盘20始终位于密闭位置。将设置有上述致动器的一侧定义为存在另一压力作用的第三侧。
但是,上述结构的现有的预作用式阀门因圆盘衬垫形成为平面,采用通过锁定杆70强制强压圆盘20的自由端部翘起,以此抑制第一侧水压的方式,因此,存在圆盘衬垫30上生成座环14的压痕的问题。
另外,因在圆盘衬垫30的固定端和自由端施加于座环14的力不同,圆盘衬垫30不能下压为稳定的状态。因此,在开放一次之后重新关闭时,被座环14下压的痕迹产生于圆盘衬垫30的不同位置,不能恢复至原位,从而发生漏水现象,而且,随着时间的推移,因橡胶的老化及硬化,圆盘衬垫30的弹力将消失,大部分发生座环漏水。
另外,在加工主体时,座环14的上端高度和圆盘20的旋转中心因与铰链22的公差小,从而加工起来相当困难。即,若铰链22部分低,则再怎么用锁定杆70下压也不能压住圆盘20的自由端而发生漏水,而与此相反,若铰链22部分高,则在圆盘的固定端发生漏水问题。
另外,因被锁定杆70下压的圆盘20无其他阻碍部件而无限被下压,向圆盘衬垫持续施加过大的力,因此,当随着时间的推移,发生第三侧压力变化(减少),将因圆盘衬垫的变形导致漏水现象。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术之不足而提供一种可通过均匀分布圆盘对座环下压的力确保稳定的气密性的预作用式阀门。
本发明的另一目的在于,提供一种在适当的位置限制从圆盘施加于座环的压力,以预先防止过大加压导致的圆盘衬垫的变形及随着时间的推移导致的漏水现象的预作用式阀门。
为达到上述目的,本发明提供一种预作用式阀门,包括:主体,在内侧形成连通孔;座环,设置于主体的连通孔;圆盘,一侧铰链结合于上述主体,另一侧形成自由端并与上述座环接触,且选择性地开闭连通孔;圆盘衬垫,与圆盘的一侧面接触设置并与上述座环接触而维持气密性;圆盘垫圈,与圆盘衬垫的一侧面接触并螺丝固定于圆盘;其中,在上述圆盘衬垫的周围延长形成围绕上述圆盘垫圈的边缘的弯曲部,而在上述圆盘上向下部突出形成围绕上述圆盘衬垫的弯曲部的增强部。
在上述圆盘垫圈上,在边缘部形成段差,而上述段差部插入上述圆盘衬垫的弯曲部。
在上述圆盘的自由端,向下部突出形成限制圆盘向座环旋转的位置的限制器。
上述限制器的下端面接触于连通孔周边的主体。
如上所述,本发明的预作用式阀门将圆盘衬垫的边缘形成为U字形以围绕圆盘垫圈的边缘,从而均匀分布对座环的圆盘的下压力,确保稳定的气密性。
在不强制下压圆盘而设置于座环上的状态下,通过第一侧的水压使U字形圆盘衬垫自然张开贴紧,另外,即使根据第一侧水压贴紧强度发生变化,从而导致第一侧压力的强度发生变化也不发生漏水。
不受圆盘衬垫的硬度及老化的影响,另外,不产生座环压痕,因此,开闭后圆盘不恢复到原位也不会发生漏水。
因为采用圆盘衬垫字形下压的形式,在机械加工时,即使圆盘衬垫和座环的高度尺寸公差变大也不会发生漏水,因此,加工相当容易。
另外,因在圆盘上具备限制器,即使向第三侧施加很大的压力,只要锁定杆达到一定位置就不在继续下压圆盘,从而可防止圆盘衬垫的变形,整体上可在几乎无误差的按一定间隔与座环均匀接触的状态下,通过第一侧压力使圆盘衬垫贴紧。

具体实施方式
下面,结合附图对本发明的较佳实施例进行详细说明。图2及图3表示本发明的预作用式阀门的结构,图2表示闭合状态,而图3表示开放状态。与现有技术对应的结构赋予相同的附图标记并省去具体的说明。较之现有技术,本发明的改善事项是圆盘组装体的结构。
本发明公开在内侧形成连通孔12的主体10、设置于主体10的连通孔12的座环14、选择性地开闭上述连通孔12的圆盘20。
上述圆盘20呈圆盘形状,一侧可旋转地铰链22结合于主体10,而另一端为自由端,从而通过旋转开闭上述连通孔12。在圆盘20的一侧面,通过圆盘垫圈40及固定螺丝80固定有与上述座环14接触以实际上维持气密性的圆盘衬垫30。
上述圆盘衬垫30由橡胶材料构成,接触于圆盘20的一侧面而设,并与上述座环接触14为维持气密性。
上述圆盘衬垫40为金属材料,与圆盘衬垫30的一侧面接触并螺丝80固定于圆盘20。
另外,如图4详细所示,在上述圆盘衬垫30的周围延长形成围绕上述圆盘衬垫40的边缘的弯曲部32,而在上述圆盘20上向下部突出形成围绕上述圆盘衬垫30的弯曲部32的增强部24。
在上述圆盘垫圈40上,在边缘部形成段差42,而上述段差42部插入上述圆盘衬垫30的弯曲部32。
另外,在上述圆盘20的自由端,向下部突出形成限制圆盘20向座环15旋转的位置的限制器26。限制器26的下端面接触于连通孔12周边的主体10。此时,限制器的下端面和与之接触的主体的上面通过平面加工最大限度地减少反复接触导致的高度变化为宜。
上述结构的本发明的预作用式阀门,在通过施加于第三侧的压力启动致动器60推锁定杆70,则锁定杆70以铰链72为中心进行旋转加压圆盘20的上面,而圆盘20以铰链22为中心向闭合座环14的方向进行旋转。圆盘20在从自由端下部突出形成的限制器26的下端与主体10接触的位置被限制继续旋转。限制圆盘20旋转的时间设置为圆盘衬垫30的弯曲部32放置于座环14上的瞬间,即接触的时间为宜。因此,在闭合状态下,圆盘衬垫30和座环14的接触距离始终保持一定的间距,而圆盘衬垫30在通过锁定杆70的加压进行旋转时,不与座环14发生强烈的接触,而只维持接触的状态。这完全可以在设计时通过公差管理来实现。尤其是,因具备限制器26,即使在第三侧的压力瞬间变大时,也因圆盘20不再被继续下压,从而防止在圆盘衬垫30上形成压痕或导致损伤。
另外,在上述状态下,从第一侧流入的流体的高水压将作用于圆盘垫圈40的表面。上述作用力将通过圆盘垫圈40向圆盘衬垫30加压。此时,橡胶材料的圆盘衬垫30在圆盘20之间被压缩,最终向半径方向的外侧扩张。因此,沿半径方向向外侧扩张的圆盘衬垫30被圆盘20的增强部24抵顶,并在填充增强部24的内侧空间的同时,加压接触于座环14的上面。
因此,在第一侧被阻断的流入的流体可维持气密性,且随着压力的的增大,作用于上述圆盘衬垫30的力也变大,而圆盘衬垫30和座环14的接触力也相应增加,从而进一步提高气密性。
上述实施例仅用以说明本发明而非限制,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解,可以对本发明进行修改、变形或者等同替换。而在不脱离本发明的精神和范围之内,其均应涵盖在本发明的权利要求范围当中。

Claims (2)

1.一种预作用式阀门,包括:主体,在内侧形成连通孔;座环,设置于主体的连通孔;圆盘,一侧铰链结合于上述主体,另一侧形成自由端并与上述座环接触,且选择性地开闭连通孔;圆盘衬垫,与圆盘的一侧面接触设置并与上述座环接触而维持气密性;圆盘垫圈,与圆盘衬垫的一侧面接触并螺丝固定于圆盘;其中,在上述圆盘衬垫的周围延长形成围绕上述圆盘垫圈的边缘的弯曲部,而在上述圆盘上向下部突出形成围绕上述圆盘衬垫的弯曲部的增强部;在上述圆盘垫圈上,在边缘部形成插入上述圆盘衬垫的弯曲部的段差;在上述圆盘的自由端,向下部突出形成限制圆盘向座环旋转的位置的限制器。
2.根据权利要求1所述的预作用式阀门,其特征在于:上述限制器的下端面接触于连通孔周边的主体。
