技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种阀门，尤其涉及一种用于消防系统上的报警阀。
背景技术
在消防系统中，报警阀后管网充有压力气体，水源至报警阀前端的管段内充有压力水。干式自动喷水灭火系统在火灾发生时，火源处温度上升，使火源上方喷头开启，首先排出管网中的压缩空气，于是报警阀后管网压力下降，干式报警阀阀前压力大于阀后压力，干式报警阀开启，水流向配水管网，并通过已开启的喷头喷水灭火。因而，控制阀前和阀后的阀瓣组件起着非常重要的作用，必须保证阀瓣组件密封性良好，否则一旦泄漏量大，极有可能导致误报警和误喷水，从而造成损失。按照国家标准GB 5135.4-20034.10.7干湿报警阀在任何压力下的渗漏都不得超过3mL/min，但由于阀瓣为两偏心密封，密封件由于所受压力的不均匀、密封面的不平整等导致渗漏超过3mL/min，从而使密封失效，即使不造成上述严重后果，也会因长期滴漏造成阀上腔水流光，使密封圈因干燥而与阀座发生粘连，导致破损泄漏；而且长期滴漏造成场地潮湿，也影响周围电气设备的正常运行。

本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种密封性好、安全可靠的消防系统用报警阀。
为了解决上述技术问题，本实用新型是通过以下技术方案来实现的：
本实用新型包括阀体、设于阀体内的阀座、与阀座活动连接的阀瓣、设于阀瓣上的密封圈，所述密封圈带有两密封面，所述两密封面中心不相同，所述密封圈上两密封面周边分别设有唇形突起。
作为优选，所述密封圈上连接有大压板与小压板，通过固定螺钉与定位螺钉使密封圈与阀瓣固定连接。
本实用新型与现有技术相比，具有以下明显优点与有益效果：
1、密封性好。由于本实用新型中的密封圈采用唇形突起设计，介质压力越大，密封圈径向涨力越大，向平面密合力就越大，从而提高密封性能；同时采用大压板与小压板，使密封圈受压均匀，从而避免密封面因鼓凸而产生泄漏。
2、安全可靠。由于本实用新型采用密封性能良好的密封圈，避免了因受压不均、密封面不平整等产生的泄漏，提高了可靠性。

如图1、2所示：本实用新型包括阀体1、设于阀体1内的阀座2、与阀座2活动连接的阀瓣3、设于阀瓣3上的密封圈5，密封圈5带有两密封面，两密封面中心不相同，密封圈5上两密封面周边分别设有唇形突起6、7，密封圈5上连接有大压板8与小压板9，通过固定螺钉10、12与定位螺钉13使密封圈5与阀瓣3固定连接。

1.一种消防系统用报警阀，包括阀体、设于阀体内的阀座、与阀座活动连接的阀瓣、设于阀瓣上的密封圈，所述密封圈带有两密封面，所述两密封面中心不相同，其特征在于所述密封圈上两密封面周边分别设有唇形突起。
2.根据权利要求1所述的消防系统用报警阀，其特征在于所述密封圈上连接有大压板与小压板，通过固定螺钉与定位螺钉使密封圈与阀瓣固定连接。
