Abstract

本发明公开了一种金属双向密封阀腔安全泄放装置,包括设于阀上的主腔体,所述的主腔体包括可与阀腔内部相连通的溢流腔体和可与阀腔外部管道相连通的泄放腔体,二腔体之间设有一连接通道;所述的溢流腔体的一端封闭,所述溢流腔体内设有可使其另一端与阀腔内部相连通或分隔的复位机构。本发明结构简单,成本低,直接设置于阀门启闭件内,即将阀腔内异常升高的流体压力泄放回管道内,安全环保。

金属双向密封阀腔安全泄放装置
技术领域
本发明涉及流体控制领域,特别涉及一种金属双向密封阀腔安全泄放装置。
背景技术
现有的金属双向密封阀,当阀门的启闭件关闭时,阀腔内的流体介质便被双向截断在阀腔内。滞留在阀腔内的气体、烃类等介质由于受到管道温度升高等因素的影响,往往会导致阀腔内压异常升高。因此,需要及时泄压,以防止阀门损坏,从而保证阀门工作的稳定性。
为了解决上述问题,目前一般采用在阀门上外接一个内腔泄压装置。但现有的内腔泄压装置存在以下缺陷:(1)须安装于阀门外部,结构复杂,费用高;(2)外接的内腔泄压装置将高温或有毒有害的介质直接排向大气,造成安全隐患,同时产生环境污染问题,无法满足环保要求;(3)内腔泄压装置存在受到人为或非自然因素破坏的风险。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种金属双向密封阀腔安全泄放装置,结构简单,成本低,直接设置于阀门管道内,即将阀腔内的流体压力泄放回管道内,安全环保。
本发明的技术方案是:一种金属双向密封阀腔安全泄放装置,包括设于阀上的主腔体,所述的主腔体包括可与阀腔内部相连通的溢流腔体和可与阀腔外部管道相连通的泄放腔体,二腔体之间设有一连接通道;所述的溢流腔体的一端封闭,所述溢流腔体内设有可使其另一端与阀腔内部相连通或分隔的复位机构。
本发明可以作以下改进,所述的溢流腔体内设有与该腔体形状相适应的溢流壳体,所述的复位机构为弹簧复位机构,该弹簧复位机构设于所述的溢流壳体内。
本发明还可以作以下改进,所述的溢流壳体的外侧一端封闭,内侧一端设有用于与阀腔内部相连通的溢流孔;所述的弹簧复位机构包括一弹簧及位于该弹簧其中一端的可使所述溢流孔封闭的密封钢珠。
本发明可以作以下进一步改进,所述的溢流壳体内还设有一用于调节所述弹簧压力的调节螺塞,所述弹簧的两端分别顶紧于所述的调节螺塞及密封钢珠上。
所述的溢流腔体通过设于所述溢流壳体外端的封盖密封。
本发明还可以作以下改进,所述的泄放腔体内设有与该腔体形状相适应的止回壳体,所述的止回壳体上用于与所述连接通道相连通的内侧一端设有泄放孔,用于与阀腔外部管道相连通的外侧一端设有泄放螺塞。
本发明所述的止回壳体内设有可使所述泄放孔封闭的止回钢珠。
本发明的有益效果是:
(1)本发明结构简单、新颖,成本低,用户无需在阀门上外接内腔泄压装置,大大减少了用户额外配置泄压装置的费用;
(2)本发明真正实现了金属双向密封阀的密封作用,例如市场上现有的闸阀,为保证安全,在闸阀一侧或阀座钻一个泄压孔,将原来的双向密封阀改做成单向密封阀使用。使用本发明后就无需钻泄压孔,即保证了闸阀的双向密封性能。
(3)本发明将阀腔内的流体介质压力泄放回管道内,有效避免了将高温或有毒有害介质直接排向大气造成安全或环境污染的问题,完全符合环保要求;
(4)由于本发明的安全泄放装置设在阀门管道内,从而大大降低了人为或非自然因素破坏的风险;
(5)由于本发明的安全泄放装置设有止回钢珠,即使该泄放装置因使用寿命或其它因素而损坏,仍能保证阀门的进口密封,不会造成安全隐患。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步说明。
实施例1
本发明的具体实施方式之一如图1-图4所示,一种金属双向密封阀腔安全泄放装置,包括设于阀上的主腔体,主腔体包括可与阀腔内部相连通的溢流腔体1和可与阀腔外部管道相连通的泄放腔体2,二腔体之间设有一连接通道3;溢流腔体1的一端封闭,溢流腔体1内设有可使其另一端与阀腔内部相连通或分隔的复位机构。
本实施例中,将本发明应用于双向偏心金属硬密封球阀上,具体为:安全泄放装置设于双向偏心金属硬密封球阀的球体12上,即在球体12侧壁上设有相应的容纳腔,作为安全泄放装置的主腔体及连接通道3。溢流腔体1内设有与该腔体形状相适应的溢流壳体5,复位机构为弹簧复位机构,该弹簧复位机构设于溢流壳体5内。溢流壳体5的外侧一端封闭,内侧一端设有用于与阀腔内部相连通的溢流孔51;弹簧复位机构包括一弹簧6及位于该弹簧6其中一端的可使溢流孔51封闭的密封钢珠7。溢流壳体5内还设有一用于调节弹簧6压力的调节螺塞8,调节螺塞8旋紧固定于溢流壳体5的内壁上,弹簧6的两端分别顶紧于调节螺塞8及密封钢珠7上。可以通过旋进或旋出调节螺塞8,灵活调节弹簧6的起跳压力。溢流腔体1通过设于溢流壳体5外侧的封盖9密封,即封盖9密封固定于溢流腔体1的外端开口处,防止因阀后管道内介质压力高低不确定性而无法准确设定弹簧6的起跳压力。泄放腔体2内设有与该腔体形状相适应的止回壳体10,止回壳体10上用于与连接通道3相连通的内侧一端设有泄放孔,用于与阀腔外部管道相连通的外侧一端设有泄放螺塞11。止回壳体10的外侧一端与泄放腔体2的内壁之间密封固定。止回壳体10内设有可使泄放孔封闭的止回钢珠4。泄放螺塞11既可以限定止回钢珠4,又能泄放异常升压。止回壳体10上的泄放孔内侧壁上设有一段可容纳止回钢珠4并将该泄放孔封闭的外窄内宽式锥面。
本发明的工作原理如下:
常态时,球体12被夹置于阀体16内,阀体16上密封安装有阀盖17,球体12与阀座18上对应设有硬质合金层,二者密封,即球阀处于关闭状态。密封钢珠7在弹簧6的压力作用下将溢流孔51密封,即将阀腔内外相隔离。止回钢珠4顶紧于泄放孔内的锥面上,即将泄放孔也封闭,从而将泄放腔体2与连接通道3相隔离。
当阀腔压力上升至1.1-1.3倍的额定压力时,泄压装置内设置的弹簧6起跳,阀腔内的流体介质冲开密封钢珠7及止回钢珠4,泄放内压。即流体介质从阀腔内流出至溢流壳体5及止回壳体10,最终泄放至阀门管道中。
当阀腔内压又低于密封钢珠7的回座压力时,弹簧6复位并重新将溢流孔51封闭。止回钢珠4也重新将泄放孔封闭。由于设置了止回钢珠4,有效避免了用于泄压的弹簧6因为受到管道介质压力的影响而不能准确跳起的现象。
实施例2
本发明的具体实施方式之二如图5、图6所示,与上一个实施例所不同的是,将本发明应用于钢制闸阀上。本实施例中,安全泄放装置设于闸板13上,即在闸板13上设有容纳腔,作为安全泄放装置的主腔体及连接通道3。主腔体包括可与阀腔内部相连通的溢流腔体1和可与阀腔外部管道相连通的泄放腔体2。具体为:在闸板13上设有安全泄放装置的一侧钻有可连通溢流腔体1和阀腔的泄压孔14a。本实施例的工作原理同实施例1。
实施例3
本发明的具体实施方式之三如图7所示,与实施例1所不同的是,将本发明应用于金属密封旋塞阀上。本实施例中,安全泄放装置设于旋塞阀的旋塞体15上,即在旋塞体15上设有容纳腔,作为安全泄放装置的主腔体及连接通道3。主腔体包括可与阀腔内部相连通的溢流腔体1和可与阀腔外部管道相连通的泄放腔体2。该旋塞体15上设有可连通溢流腔体1和阀腔的泄压孔14b。本实施例的工作原理同实施例1。
上述的实施例仅为本发明的优选实施例,不能以此来限定本发明的权利范围,因此,依本发明申请专利范围所作的等同变化,仍属本发明所涵盖的范围。

Claims (5)

1. 一种金属双向密封阀腔安全泄放装置,其特征在于包括设于阀上的主腔体,所述的主腔体包括可与阀腔内部相连通的溢流腔体(1)和可与阀腔外部管道相连通的泄放腔体(2),二腔体之间设有一连接通道(3);所述的溢流腔体(1)的一端封闭,所述溢流腔体(1)内设有可使其另一端与阀腔内部相连通或分隔的复位机构;
所述的溢流腔体(1)内设有与该腔体形状相适应的溢流壳体(5),所述的复位机构为弹簧复位机构,该弹簧复位机构设于所述的溢流壳体(5)内;
所述的泄放腔体(2)内设有与该腔体形状相适应的止回壳体(10),所述的止回壳体(10)上用于与所述连接通道(3)相连通的内侧一端设有泄放孔,用于与阀腔外部管道相连通的外侧一端设有泄放螺塞(11); 所述的止回壳体(10)内设有可使所述泄放孔封闭的止回钢珠(4)。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的金属双向密封阀腔安全泄放装置,其特征在于所述的溢流壳体(5)的外侧一端封闭,内侧一端设有用于与阀腔内部相连通的溢流孔(51);所述的弹簧复位机构包括一弹簧(6)及位于该弹簧(6)其中一端的可使所述溢流孔(51)封闭的密封钢珠(7)。
3. 根据权利要求2所述的金属双向密封阀腔安全泄放装置,其特征在于所述的溢流壳体(5)内还设有一用于调节所述弹簧(6)压力的调节螺塞(8),所述弹簧(6)的两端分别顶紧于所述的调节螺塞(8)及密封钢珠(7)上。
4. 根据权利要求3所述的金属双向密封阀腔安全泄放装置,其特征在于所述的溢流腔体(1)通过设于所述溢流壳体(5)外侧的封盖(9)密封。
5. 根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的金属双向密封阀腔安全泄放装置,其特征在于所述止回壳体(10)上的泄放孔内侧壁上设有一段可容纳所述的止回钢珠(4)并将该泄放孔封闭的外窄内宽式锥面。
