Abstract

本发明公开了一种液压升降机的动力设备,此动 力设备的电动机,由电动机驱动的液压泵和安装在所 述电动机轴端部检测电动机转数的油密型检测器均 浸没在油箱内的液压油中,其特征还在于具有形成在 所述检测器外壳底面上的漏油口及与此漏油口相连 的漏油容器。

Description

本发明涉及液压升降机的动力设备,更具体地说涉及将电动机及由此电动机驱动的液压泵浸没在油箱内的液压油中的液压升降机的动力设备。
日本专利公开昭62-275986及昭64-34881号公报公开了把电动机及液压泵浸没在油箱内的液压油中的所谓浸没式动力设备,但在这种动力设备中,检测电动机转数的检测器也一并浸没在液压油中。如图4所示,油箱(1)内的液压油(2)中浸有电动机(3)和液压泵(4),此外还有连结在电动机(3)轴端部的检测器(10)。
液压泵(4)通过排出管(5)与油箱(1)外部的液压阀(6)相接,液压阀(6)靠管路(8)与液压千斤顶7连接在一起。升降机的厢体(9)连接在液压千斤顶(7)上。
按照上述结构,厢体(9)上升时,由液压泵(4)通过液压阀(6)把液压油(2)送入液压千斤顶(7);
厢体(9)下降时,上述液压油经过液压阀(6)和液压泵(4)返回油箱(1)。
由检测器(10)检测电动机(3)的转数来进行厢体(9)的运行控制。
如上所述,由于现有技术的液压升降机的动力设备中把检测器浸没在液压油内,所以使用油封或O型环来防止液压油侵入检测器。但由于电动机轴的转动,还是有微量的液压油从油封等处侵入检测器内。这样,一旦侵入的液压油的量多了,就会有把检测部分也被液压油浸没的危险,从而导致检测器动作失误等问题。
本发明即是为解决上述问题而提出的。其目的是提供一种能防止液压油侵入到检测器的检测部分的液压升降机的动力设备。
本发明的液压升降机的动力设备把检测电动机转动的检测器作成油密型,把接在检测器下部的漏油口接到漏油容器上。
由于本发明的设备中侵入检测器的液压油从漏油口被排出,所以能防止检测部分被液压油浸渍。
下面结合附图说明本发明。

图1和2说明本发明的一个实施例,连结在电动机(3)的轴端部(3a)处的检测器(10)在转动部件(10a)处加有油封(11),外壳(10b)和轴承部件(10c)之间夹有O型环(12),以形成油密型。检测部分(13)与转动部件(10a)连结在一起。在轴承部件(10c)处形成有油通路(14)。此外,外壳(10b)的底部设有漏油口(15),漏油口(15)由连接管(15a)与漏油容器(16)相连接。
按以上的结构,厢体(9)的上升、下降所伴随的液压油(2)的送出、回流动作与图4所示的现有技术的装置一样,因此将说明省略了。
在本实施例中,因为侵入的液压油从外壳(10b)的底面处被排出,即使侵入检测器(10)的液压油(2)的量多起来也不会浸没检测部分(13),所以能防止其产生误动作。此外,漏油容器(16)的容积比检测器(10)要大,即使液压油的侵入量较大也能应付。
图3示出本发明的又一实施例,其中,设在油箱(1)上的排出口(1a)与漏油口(15)用挠性管(17)连接起来,把侵入的液压油导入设在油箱(1)外部的漏油容器(18)。
其它的结构与图1和图2所示的相同。
按照这个实施例,由于把侵入检测器(10)的液压油(2)收集到油箱(1)的外面,其优点是即使是收集起来的液压油的量突然增加,也能适用。
本发明象如上所述的那样,由于把浸没在液压油中、安装在电动机轴端部的检测器做成油密型浸入液压油中,把设置在检测器外壳底面处的漏油口与漏油容器连接起来,所以不会使检测器的检测部分被侵入检测器的液压油浸渍,从而能防止检测器的误动作。

Claims (1)

1、一种液压升降机的动力设备,其中,电动机、由此电动机驱动的液压泵和安装在所述电动机的轴端部检测电动机转数的油密型检测器浸没在油箱内的液压油中,其特征在于具有:
形成在所述检测器外壳底面上的漏油口及与此漏油口相连的漏油容器。
