Abstract

本发明涉及蒸发器中的正方形风扇箱固定系统。更具体而言,本发明涉及一种系统,通过该系统,以更牢固的方式锁紧风扇的正方形箱。
背景技术
冷冻器包括配置在其室中的蒸发器、在此期间使制冷剂移动通过其的与所述蒸发器流体地连接的压缩机、和将使空气移动越过蒸发器的蒸发器风扇。
已广泛地实践具有正方形箱(风扇本身配置于其中)的蒸发器风扇的应用。这通常需要将所述风扇固定在蒸发器上的风扇槽中。其中,本发明的技术领域中的专利公开可作为US2007/095089而被参考,其公开了一种蒸发器组件,该蒸发器组件具有位于冷冻器的冷藏室中的蒸发器。
发明内容
根据本发明的蒸发器组件以更安静地作用的风扇为特色,因为其消除了与刚硬元件有关的实体接触。这是因为本发明的风扇以显著增强的方式固连,使得其在所有边缘和转角处被均匀地锁紧。此外,显著地简化了系统的安装,并且使得在机械部分的数量和对在该影响中需要工具的需求方面更容易。
本发明提供如在权利要求1的特征部分中限定的蒸发器组件。
本发明的首要目标为提供具有更安静地作用的风扇的用于冷冻器的蒸发器组件。
本发明提出用于冷冻器的风扇组件。所述组件具有风扇箱中的风扇,所述箱具有处于外壁形式的两个端部部分,它们各自面对所述风扇的操作平面。所述风扇组件具有壁元件,所述壁元件用于在所述冷冻器中为蒸发器定界。因此所述壁元件提供所述冷冻器的外壁。其具有风扇安装开口,该开口具有面对所述风扇的向内弯曲边缘。
提供隔离件和风扇锁紧元件以实现所述风扇的牢固安装。所述隔离件具有内部腔,所述风扇箱的外壁可紧贴地装配在该内部腔中。在该构造中,所述外壁由所述隔离件以接触的关系在其两个表面上被支撑,并且尤其其所有转角被侧向地包封。
锁紧器件与所述突出边缘互锁,使得所述隔离件提供在所述外壁与其他部分(即,所述壁元件和所述锁紧器件)之间的实体屏障。
所述风扇具有正方形箱,并且所述隔离件和所述突出边缘也同样地定形。沿径向方向绕所述风扇的轴线的所述隔离件的外表面由所述壁元件的所述突出边缘完全地覆盖。
所述突出边缘中的各个在中部具有锁紧开口,所述锁紧元件的锁紧端部与该锁紧开口互锁。在该位置,所述锁紧元件至少部分地包封所述突出边缘,后者又包封所述隔离件。

本发明提出一种用于冷冻器的风扇组件,所述组件包括风扇箱(1),风扇箱(1)具有第一和第二外壁(8),该第一和第二外壁(8)沿所述风扇的轴向方向在两个端部处且与其垂直。所述外壁(8)设计为具有特定厚度的薄板的形式。
所述风扇组件包括壁元件(4),壁元件(4)用于在所述冷冻器中为蒸发器定界。所述壁元件(4)具有适合用于安装所述风扇的安装开口(5)。其还具有沿所述风扇的方向的突出边缘(14),所述突出边缘(14)部分地包封所述风扇。
根据本发明的所述风扇组件还包括隔离件(3)和用于牢固地固定所述风扇的锁紧元件(2),因此致使所述风扇的操作显著地更安静。
所述隔离件(3)包括第一支座器件,所述风扇的所述第一外壁(8)能够倚靠该第一支座器件,使得所述隔离件(3)的第二支座器件将所述第一外壁(8)限制在所述隔离件(3)内。这使得所述风扇箱的所述第一外壁(8)与所述壁元件(4)实体地分离,从而消除刚硬部分的物理接触。
此外,根据本发明的所述锁紧元件(2)能够与所述突出边缘(14)接合,使得获得均匀的锁紧,在此实体部分以相互的方式彼此接合。
所述风扇箱(1)具有正方形形式,并且所述锁紧元件(2)以及所述隔离件(3)具有用于牢固地固定所述风扇的对应形状。
根据本发明的所述第一支座器件为圆形支座(7),该圆形支座(7)以接触关系支撑所述第一外壁(8)的外表面。这使得获得遍及所述圆形支座(7)的表面的大的接触区域,所述圆形支座(7)倚靠所述风扇,并且因此振动均匀地分布并且获得更少噪音操作。
此外,所述第二支座器件为转角支撑件(6),该转角支撑件(6)以接触关系支撑所述第一外壁(8)的内表面转角。这使得具有特定厚度的所述第一外壁的转角部分被挤压并被限制在所述圆形支座(7)与所述转角支撑件(6)之间,使得由所述风扇产生的任何振动均匀地分散在所述第一外壁(8)的四个转角处。
与所述风扇的轴向方向平行地延伸的所述隔离件(3)的外表面由所述壁元件(4)的所述突出边缘(14)完全地包封。这使得提供完全的包封,由此将所述隔离件(13)保持在其位置中。这是重要的,因为所述隔离件(3)的原始位置保证在操作期间以平衡的方式支撑所述风扇。
根据本发明,所述壁元件(4)的所述突出边缘(14)包括锁紧开口(12),所述锁紧元件(2)的锁紧端部(9)能够与该锁紧开口(12)接合,使得所述突出边缘(14)由所述锁紧元件(2)至少部分地包封。因此,所述锁紧元件(2)以对称地互锁在多个位置处的方式被压在所述突出边缘(14)上。
为此,所述突出边缘(14)被设计为具有正方形外形,其中各边缘具有能够由所述锁紧元件(2)的锁紧端部(9)锁紧的锁紧开口(12)。所述风扇的所述第二外壁(8)能够由聚苯乙烯部件包封。
另一外壁(8),即所述风扇的面对所述冷冻器的内空间的第二外壁(8),由聚苯乙烯部件完全地包封。所述壁元件(4)的安装开口(5)由风扇盖(13)覆盖,该风扇盖(13)具有紧固部件(13)以用于与所述壁元件(4)上的相应部件接合。

Claims (8)
1.一种用于冷冻器的风扇组件,所述组件包括具有第一和第二外壁(8)的风扇箱(1),所述第一和第二外壁(8)在沿所述风扇的轴向方向的两个端部处且垂直于其,所述风扇组件包括用于在所述冷冻器中为蒸发器定界的壁元件(4),所述壁元件(4)具有适合用于安装所述风扇的安装开口(5)和朝所述风扇的方向的突出边缘(14),所述风扇组件还包括隔离件(3)和锁紧元件(2),其特征在于:
所述隔离件(3)包括第一支座器件,所述风扇的所述第一外壁(8)能够倚靠所述第一支座器件,使得所述隔离件(3)的第二支座器件将所述第一外壁(8)限制在所述隔离件(3)内,并且,所述锁紧元件(2)能够与所述突出边缘(14)接合,使得所述隔离件(3)使所述第一外壁(8)与所述壁元件(4)和所述锁紧元件(2)实体地分离。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于冷冻器的风扇组件,其特征在于,所述风扇箱(1)具有正方形形式。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的用于冷冻器的风扇组件,其特征在于,所述第一支座器件为以接触关系支撑所述第一外壁(8)的外表面的圆形支座(7)。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的用于冷冻器的风扇组件,其特征在于,所述第二支座器件为以接触关系支撑所述第一外壁(8)的内表面转角的转角支撑件(6)。
5.根据权利要求3或4所述的用于冷冻器的风扇组件,其特征在于,与所述风扇的轴向方向平行地延伸的所述隔离件(3)的外表面由所述壁元件(4)的所述突出边缘(14)完全地包封。
6.根据权利要求1、4或5所述的用于冷冻器的风扇组件,其特征在于,所述突出边缘(14)包括锁紧开口(12),所述锁紧元件(2)的锁紧端部(9)能够与所述锁紧开口(12)接合,使得所述突出边缘(14)由所述锁紧元件(2)至少部分地包封。
7.根据权利要求6所述的用于冷冻器的风扇组件,其特征在于,所述突出边缘(14)被设计为正方形形式,其中各边缘具有能够由所述锁紧元件(2)的锁紧端部(9)锁紧的锁紧开口(12)。
