本发明涉及一种耐高温固砂剂及其制备。包括烷基或苯基三烷氧基硅烷或其线状、环状缩合物为有效成份A,偶氮化合物或有机过氧化物作引发剂B,加以非极性有机溶剂,以氢氧化钙、碳酸钙、氧化钙其中之一或其组合为载体C,并加入分散剂D,各组份重量百分比为A∶B∶溶剂∶C∶D=1~20∶0.1~3∶2~15∶10~80∶0.5~8;制备方法在常温常压下按比例进行复配即可;本发明的固砂剂耐高温,有效期长,制备工艺简单,使用方便。
Description
本发明涉及一种耐高温固砂剂及其制备,更具体地说涉及一种以有机硅化合物为有效成份的组合物。
世界各国石油资源中稠油蕴藏量相当高,而稠油的开采中通常采用高温蒸汽吞吐进行热采。由于地层砂颗粒细小,在进行高温热采时,地层砂很容易随稠油一起被携带到井筒,从而经常引起卡泵、砂埋油层,导致停机、停产,严重影响了油井正常生产。防止地层砂流入到井筒的方法有机械方法和化学方法。CN1073468A和CN1084205A文献公开的固砂剂、油砂胶结剂即是化学方法的例子。这两份文献中,固砂剂的有效成份都是正硅酸酯类化合物,其主要缺点是,需用有机硅胺催化剂,而这类催化剂价格昂贵,一般在15万元/吨左右;另外,正硅酸酯类Si(OR)4含有4个可被水解的官能团,在地层水解为:结构单元,与地层砂胶结后,在井下高温高压和复杂的地质油质条件下,因最终逐渐分解为硅酸(H4SiO4)而失去固砂能力,缩短了有效期。
本发明的目的是克服已有技术的缺点,提供一种新的固砂剂和制备方法。
本发明固砂剂包括固砂有效成份A、引发剂B、溶剂、载体C和分散剂D。其中,
A:是一种有机硅化合物,烷基或苯基三烷氧基硅烷,或者为烷基或苯基三烷氧基硅烷线状或环状缩合物;通常为液体,而其通式为:或
环状物,式中,R为烷基或芳基,如:甲基CH3-,乙基CH3CH2-,丙基C3H7-,…,苯基C6H5-等;R’为烷基,如:甲基CH3-、乙基CH3CH2-、丙基C3H7-,…,等;n=0~30,m=3~6;在地层中,烷氧基OR’被水解掉,以高分子形式与地层砂结合成类如:的结构单元,其中,K为有机硅化合物的硅原子或地层砂表面的硅原子。因含有硅-碳键(Si-C),在复杂的地质条件下难以被分解为硅酸(H4SiO4),因而可延长使用有效期。
B:是偶氮化合物或有机过氧化物。如:偶氮二异丁腈(ABN),过氧化苯甲酰,过氧化苯甲酰叔丁酯(TPB),过氧化氢二异丙苯,过氧化二碳酸二异丙酯(IPP),过氧化二碳酸二(2-乙基已基)酯(EHP),过氧化二碳酸双(2-苯基乙氧基)酯(BPPD),过氧化二碳酸二环已酯(DCPD)等。引发剂的作用是使硅上的烷基进一步聚合成高分子。B多为固体。
B在使用时需配以非极性有机溶剂,所述溶剂是下列之一,或者一种以上的组合:二甲苯,煤油,柴油,邻苯二甲酸二甲酯,液体石蜡,真空泵油。
C:为固体氢氧化钙Ca(OH)2、碳酸钙CaCO3、氧化钙CaO其中之一或一种以上的组合,粒度以250~300目为佳。载体的作用是将固砂剂的各个成份混合均匀成固体颗粒便于运输和使用。
D:分散剂是下列之一或一种以上的组合:亚甲基双甲基萘磺酸钠(MF),脱糖木质素磺酸钠(M-9),亚甲基苄基萘磺酸钠(CNF),脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硅烷(WA),烷基联苯醚的磺酸盐(DAS),亚甲基双萘磺酸钠(MF)。分散剂的作用是有利于有机硅化合物A在溶液中分散,并且在应用时便于迅速扩散到地层砂粒表面。
以上各组份的重量比如下:
A∶B∶溶剂∶C∶D=1~20∶0.1~3∶2~15∶10~80∶0.5~8。
本发明固砂剂的制备方法采用上述A、B、溶剂、C、D各组份,包括如下步骤:1.按比例备好250~300目的载体C,将A按比例喷洒到载体C中,拌匀;2.按比例加入分散剂D,拌匀;3.按比例将溶剂与引发剂B混匀,加入上述混合物中拌匀即可。
以上制备均在常温常压条件下进行。
本发明固砂剂为白色粉末状组合物,工业生产中可过筛为一定颗粒度后密封于塑料袋中,外加一层编织袋入库待用。本发明的固砂剂适用于200℃以上高温热采油井,以及其他需固砂的行业,如翻砂、铺路等,该固砂剂有效期长,各组份均为通用工业品,不含昂贵的催化剂,制备工艺简单,生产过程无污染,使用方便,适用工业化生产。
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步说明。实施例1.
在20℃和常压下,将6克甲基三乙氧基硅烷,滴加到由5克碳酸钙和25克氢氧化钙复合成的固体载体中,搅拌均匀;加入0.8克分散剂亚甲基双甲基萘磺酸钠,搅拌均匀;最后加入3克柴油和0.6克过氧化苯甲酰引发剂的混合液,搅拌均匀,最后得到乳白色粉末状的耐高温固砂剂。实施例2.
步骤如实施例1所述,所不同的是制备条件为30℃、常压下,配方为:A:苯基三乙氧基硅烷8克,C:碳酸钙10克和氢氧化钙20克的组合,D:脱糖木质素磺酸钠0.8克,溶剂:机油3克与邻苯二甲酸二丁酯0.5克的组合,B:过氧化碳酸二环已酯0.7克。实施例3.
步骤及制备条件同实施例1,所不同的是配方如下:A:甲基三乙氧基硅烷低聚物5克,C:碳酸钙5克和氢氧化钙20克的组合,D:亚甲基双萘磺酸钠0.6克,溶剂:煤油2克与柴油0.5克的组合,B:偶氮二异丁腈0.5克。

2.如权利要求1所述的固砂剂组合物,其特征在于,所述引发剂B是下列之一:(a)偶氮二异丁腈,(b)过氧化苯甲酰,(c)过氧化苯甲酰叔丁酯(d)过氧化氢二异丙苯,(e)过氧化二碳酸二异丙酯,(f)过氧化二碳酸二(2-乙基已基)酯,(g)过氧化二碳酸双(2-苯基乙氧基)酯,(h)过氧化二碳酸二环已酯。
3.如权利要求1所述的固砂剂组合物,其特征在于,所述溶剂是下列之一,或者一种以上的组合:(a).二甲苯, (b)煤油, (c)柴油, (d)邻苯二甲酸二甲酯,(e)液体石蜡, (f)真空泵油。
4.一种制备权利要求1所述的固砂剂组合物的方法,其特征在于,固砂有效成份A是一种有机硅化合物,烷基或苯基三烷氧基硅烷,或者为烷基或苯基三烷氧基硅烷线状或环状缩合物;通式为:或
