技术领域
本发明提供的是电力领域所使用的工具,具体地说是一种输电线路部件无人机起吊装置。
背景技术
在发明提出以前,输电线路部件是否正常完好,只能通过人工上杆进行目测,由于距离远近不同,所以观察容易出现误差,导致输电线路部件目测不准确,直接影响安全性,而且由于人工上杆,容易造成人身伤亡事故,因此如何采用无线信号传输的方式,是解决问题的关键。
发明内容
为了实现无人机对输电线路部件进行吊运,本发明提供了一种输电线路部件无人机起吊装置。该装置通过在无人机上安装吊钩,将输电线路部件吊运到指定位置。解决输电线路部件无人机吊运的技术问题。
本发明解决技术问题所采用的方案是:
在机身上两侧安装有旋杆,旋杆上安装有螺旋桨,旋杆的电机与电池电路连接,在机身下部安装有起落架,在机身上安装有无线信号接收器,在机身下部装有吊钩。
积极效果,使用本发明能够对输电线路部件进行吊运,与人工直接吊取相比,具有快速、安全和准确的优点。适宜作为输电线路部件无人机吊运的装置应用。

具体实施方式
据图所示,在机身1上两侧安装有旋杆2,旋杆上安装有螺旋桨3,旋杆的电机与电池4电路连接,在机身下部安装有起落架5,在机身上安装有无线信号接收器6,在机身下部装有吊钩7。
技术原理:
通过地面遥控器发射无人机运行信号,使无人机上升或下降,将输电线路部件挂在吊钩上,驱使遥控器对无人机的无线信号接收器接收无人机运行信号,使无人机将吊钩上所挂的输电线路部件吊运到指定位置,由人工接收,用于输电线路部件的安装或者维修更换。机身上所安装有旋杆和螺旋桨,螺旋桨旋转方向相反,使无人机动态平衡,通过地面遥控信号调节螺旋桨的角度,实现机身的上升或下降,以及起落。

1.一种输电线路部件无人机起吊装置,其特征是:在机身(1)上两侧安装有旋杆(2),旋杆上安装有螺旋桨(3),旋杆的电机与电池(4)电路连接,在机身下部安装有起落架(5),在机身上安装有无线信号接收器(6),在机身下部装有吊钩(7)。
