Abstract
本发明公开了一种电烤箱的烘烤工作方法,应用于电机驱动烧烤叉转轴旋转烘烤食物的烤箱,包括以下步骤:S1、测量烧烤叉空载时周期T0;S2、将食物固定于烧烤叉上,测量烧烤叉带载时周期T1;S3、计算烧烤叉上食物质量M1,M1=(T1/T0)2 *M0,其中,M0为空载时默认质量;S4、根据食物质量M1设置烘烤时间和/或温度。本发明电烤箱通过设置栅格转盘与红外发射接收装置,检测烧烤叉转轴空载时与带载时的周期,来计算出所带载的食物重量,安装简单的同时实现食物的称重,以此合理的设置烘烤时间与温度,更好地自适应不同重量食物,实现食物自动化烹调。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及烤箱控制系统,尤其是一种电烤箱的烘烤工作方法。
背景技术
一般市场上有关烹调食物的产品,如烤箱在烧烤比较大件肉类食物比如全鸡、全鸭时,用户会使用烤箱配备烧烤叉搭在烤箱电动马达上,模拟炭火烧烤旋转动作进行烹调食物。用户只需设置好食物的类型,重量或时间等一些关键参数就可以完成食物烹调整个过程。但参数设置多了对于使用者来说操作上会造成一定的障碍,所以最近也有些高档的产品可能会在内胆搭载压力传感器来对食物进行称重,用户只要对食物的种类进行选定,机器就可以自动完成食物烹调了。
但是在烧烤叉安装压力传感器的话,对生产工艺要求高、间接影响产能。其次增加的压力传感器的成本最终也会随着产品转嫁到用户上,使产品降低了市场竞争力。最后如果是单纯采取转动方式,食物还有可能出现部份烤焦而部份没烤熟的情况出现。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的目的是提供一种采用时间计算食物重量的烤箱烘烤工作方法。
本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种电烤箱的烘烤工作方法,应用于电机驱动烧烤叉转轴旋转烘烤食物的烤箱,包括以下步骤:S1、测量烧烤叉空载时周期T0;S2、将食物固定于烧烤叉上,测量烧烤叉带载时周期T1;S3、计算烧烤叉上食物质量M1,M1=(T1/T0)2*M0,其中,M0为空载时默认质量;S4、根据食物质量M1设置烘烤时间和/或温度。
进一步,所述T0与T1的测量通过以下方法实现:在烧烤叉转轴上设置同步转动且具有栅格的转盘,转盘外设置有红外发射接收装置,红外发射接收装置包括发射器和接收器,发射器从转盘一侧发射信号,信号穿过栅格时由转盘另一侧的接收器接收,接收器连续两次接收到信号的间隔即为烧烤叉转动周期。
进一步,所述步骤S4中质量M1大时增加烘烤时间,旋转减慢;质量M1小时减少烘烤时间,旋转加快。
进一步,所述步骤S4中质量M1大时增加烘烤温度,旋转减慢;质量M1小时减小烘烤温度,旋转加快。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明电烤箱通过设置栅格转盘与红外发射接收装置,检测烧烤叉转轴空载时与带载时的周期,来计算出所带载的食物重量,安装简单的同时实现食物的称重,以此合理的设置烘烤时间与温度,更好地自适应不同重量食物,实现食物自动化烹调。

具体实施方式
如图1-图3所述,为实施本发明烤箱10的食物重量检测,在烧烤叉转轴20上设置同步转动且具有栅格301的转盘30,转盘30外设置有红外发射接收装置40,红外发射接收装置40包括发射器401和接收器402,发射器401从转盘30一侧发射信号,信号穿过栅格301时由转盘30另一侧的接收器402接收,接收器402连续两次接收到信号的间隔即为烧烤叉转动周期。
本发明的烘烤工作方法包括以下步骤:
S1、测量烧烤叉空载时周期T0;
S2、将食物固定于烧烤叉上,测量烧烤叉带载时周期T1;
S3、计算烧烤叉上食物质量M1,M1=(T1/T0)2*M0,其中,M0为空载时默认质量;
S4、根据食物质量M1设置烘烤时间和/或温度。步骤S4中质量M1大时增加烘烤时间,旋转减慢;质量M1小时减少烘烤时间,旋转加快。步骤S4中质量M1大时增加烘烤温度,旋转减慢;质量M1小时减小烘烤温度,旋转加快。
如图4所示,J1为图3中接收器接口,J1-1为GND接地,J1-2为红外接收信号,J1-3为5V电源控制,LED_SW为单片机控制发射开关,防止长时间开通造成LED老化,SIGNAL_GRID为装置信号源,接入单片机进行信号采集。
由图5与图6得出烧烤叉在空载时与带载时产生的波形周期是不一样的。图5得出的周期为T0,图6为T1。
由于图2的转盘直径大小是一样的所以周长是一样的,所以周长记作S。假定整个圆周转动是个匀加速过程:距离S= *a*t2,则加速度a=2S/ t2,牵引力F=M*a。
当电机牵引力不变的情况下得:M0*2S/ T0 2=M1*2S/ T1 2,最后得出M1=(T1 2/ T0 2)*M0,其中:M0为空载时默认质量,可当作是“去皮”前的质量,T0为烧烤叉转轴空载时转动周期,T1为烧烤叉转轴带载时转动周期,M1为即为计算得出的食物质量。
所以SIGNAL_GRID信号只要在MCU的外部中断接口上,结合定时器得出的周期变化是可以得到食物的质量变化。进而得出食物在烧烤叉上的重量。当转动越慢表示烧烤叉转轴上的食物越重,转动越快烧烤叉转轴上的食物越轻。
以上所述仅为本发明的优先实施方式,本发明并不限定于上述实施方式,只要以基本相同手段实现本发明目的的技术方案都属于本发明的保护范围之内。

1. 一种电烤箱的烘烤工作方法,应用于电机驱动烧烤叉转轴旋转烘烤食物的烤箱,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:S1、测量烧烤叉空载时周期T0;S2、将食物固定于烧烤叉上,测量烧烤叉带载时周期T1;S3、计算烧烤叉上食物质量M1,M1=(T1/T0)2*M0,其中,M0为空载时默认质量;S4、根据食物质量M1设置烘烤时间和/或温度。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种电烤箱的烘烤工作方法,其特征在于,所述T0与T1的测量通过以下方法实现:在烧烤叉转轴上设置同步转动且具有栅格的转盘,转盘外设置有红外发射接收装置,红外发射接收装置包括发射器和接收器,发射器从转盘一侧发射信号,信号穿过栅格时由转盘另一侧的接收器接收,接收器连续两次接收到信号的间隔即为烧烤叉转动周期。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种电烤箱的烘烤工作方法,其特征在于:所述步骤S4中质量M1大时增加烘烤时间,旋转减慢;质量M1小时减少烘烤时间,旋转加快。
