Abstract
本发明公开了一种木塑材料配电箱箱体及箱体的制备方法,属于配电箱领域,用以解决现有的配电箱箱体不阻燃、成本较高的缺陷。本发明所述的木塑材料配电箱箱体,包括以下重量份的组份:木粉60‑80份、聚乙烯塑料50‑90份、磷酸胺类阻燃剂5‑15份、马来酸酐接枝聚乙烯3‑15份、硬脂酸钙2‑8份、硬脂酸锌2‑8份、三盐基硫酸铅2‑8份、抗氧剂10102‑10份、稳定剂2‑6份、防霉添加剂2‑10份、抑烟剂3‑8份。本发明所制备的配电箱箱体具有良好的阻燃效果和较高的机械强度,且成本较低。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及配电箱领域,具体地说,涉及一种配电箱壳体材料及其制备方法。
背景技术
配电箱是电力行业中比较重要的设备之一,目前我国的配电箱壳体材料主要有两种:木制和金属制。木制配电箱,存在透气性差、不阻燃的缺陷;金属制配电箱,多采用铁皮或镀锌板加工制作而成,需要经过冲压、焊接、脱脂、除锈、水洗、中和、表调、磷化、烫洗、烘干、喷涂和组装,加工工序多、时间长,而且加工过程中会产生大量的废水等污染物,金属制配电箱普遍存在不绝缘的问题。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明提供一种具有阻燃效果的、成本较低的木塑材料配电箱箱体及箱体的制备方法。
本发明所述的木塑材料配电箱箱体,包括以下重量份的组份:木粉60-80份、聚乙烯塑料50-90份、磷酸胺类阻燃剂5-15份、马来酸酐接聚乙烯3-15份、硬脂酸钙2-8份、硬脂酸锌2-8份、三盐基硫酸铅2-8份、抗氧剂1010 2-10份、稳定剂2-6份、防霉添加剂2-10份、抑烟剂3-8份。
优选的,所述稳定剂为钡锌复合稳定剂,防霉添加剂为纳米Zn0,抑烟剂为氢氧化镁或硼酸锌。
优选的,所述木粉粒度为60-100目。
本发明的另一个目的是提供一种上述木塑材料配电箱体的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将磷酸胺类阻燃剂制成20-30%(W)的溶液;
(2)将(1)中溶液加入高速混合机中,然后向高速混合机中加入木粉混合均匀;
(3)然后加入聚乙烯塑料、马来酸酐接聚乙烯、硬脂酸钙、硬脂酸锌、三盐基硫酸铅、抗氧剂1010、稳定剂、防霉添加剂、抑烟剂,混合均匀;
(4)将(3)中混合物塑化,后制成板状型材;
(5)将板状型材分别加工成配电箱的门、底座、顶盖和后壳体,然后组装成配电箱箱体。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
(1)采用磷酸胺类阻燃剂,阻燃效果好,磷酸胺类阻燃剂为膨胀性阻燃剂,通过酸源、炭源、气源的协同作用,能够在材料表面形成致密的多孔泡沫炭层,进而阻止内层的材料进一步降解和可燃气体的释放,同时能够隔断热量的传递,阻止火焰的蔓延和传播。
(2)所采用的磷酸铵类阻燃剂,含有N、P两种元素,具有无卤、低烟、阻燃的特点,阻燃剂为环保型阻燃剂。
(3)本发明所用的原料为废弃的塑料与木材,提高了废弃资源的利用率。
(4)本发明所制备的材料性质良好,具备较高的硬度和强度。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明做进一步解释。
实施例1
一种木塑材料配电箱箱体,包括以下重量份的组份:木粉80份、聚乙烯塑料90份、磷酸一氢铵10份、马来酸酐接聚乙烯3份、硬脂酸钙2份、硬脂酸锌2份、三盐基硫酸铅2份、2份抗氧剂1010、钡锌复合稳定剂2份、防霉添加剂纳米Zn02份、抑烟剂氢氧化镁3份。
采用下述方法制成:
(1)将磷酸一氢铵制成20-30%(W)的溶液;
(2)将(1)中溶液加入高速混合机中,然后向高速混合机中加入60目木粉混合均匀;
(3)然后加入聚乙烯塑料、马来酸酐接聚乙烯、硬脂酸钙、硬脂酸锌、三盐基硫酸铅、抗氧剂1010、稳定剂、防霉添加剂、抑烟剂,混合均匀;
(4)将(3)中混合物塑化,后制成板状型材;
(5)将板状型材分别加工成配电箱的门、底座、顶盖和后壳体,然后组装成配电箱箱体。
实施例2
本实施例除以下特征外,与实施例1相同:
一种木塑材料配电箱箱体,包括以下重量份的组份:80目木粉60份、聚乙烯塑料50份、磷酸二氢铵5份、马来酸酐接聚乙烯4份、硬脂酸钙6份、硬脂酸锌5份、三盐基硫酸铅6份、6份抗氧剂1010、钡锌复合稳定剂4份、防霉添加剂纳米Zn0 6份、抑烟剂硼酸锌5份。
实施例3
将实施例1、2所制得的箱体板材取样,按照UL-94、GB/T10707-89、GB/T528-1998分别测定阻燃性能和材料强度,结果表1所示。

Claims (5)
1.一种木塑材料配电箱箱体的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将磷酸胺类阻燃剂制成20-30%W的溶液;
(2)将(1)中溶液加入高速混合机中,然后向高速混合机中加入木粉混合均匀;
(3)然后加入聚乙烯塑料、马来酸酐接聚乙烯、硬脂酸钙、硬脂酸锌、三盐基硫酸铅、抗氧剂1010、稳定剂、防霉添加剂、抑烟剂,混合均匀;
(4)将(3)中混合物塑化,后制成板状型材;
(5)将板状型材分别加工成配电箱的门、底座、顶盖和后壳体,然后组装成配电箱箱体,
其中,各物料的用量配比满足以下关系:木粉60-80份、聚乙烯塑料50-90份、磷酸胺类阻燃剂5-15份、马来酸酐接聚乙烯3-15份、硬脂酸钙2-8份、硬脂酸锌2-8份、三盐基硫酸铅2-8份、抗氧剂1010 2-10份、稳定剂2-6份、防霉添加剂2-10份、抑烟剂3-8份,所述份数为重量份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的木塑材料配电箱箱体的制备方法,其特征在于,所述稳定剂为钡锌复合稳定剂。
3.根据权利要求1所述的木塑材料配电箱箱体的制备方法,其特征在于,所述防霉添加剂为纳米Zn0。
4.根据权利要求1所述的木塑材料配电箱箱体的制备方法,其特征在于,所述抑烟剂为氢氧化镁或硼酸锌。
5.根据权利要求1所述的木塑材料配电箱箱体的制备方法,其特征在于,所述木粉粒度为60-100目。
