本发明公开了一种固定划针的装置，包括固定座以及转动头，所述固定座与三维测量装置的水平臂固定连接，所述转动头铰接于所述固定座相对于所述水平臂的一端，所述转动头远离所述固定座的一端开设有安装孔，一划针插入所述安装孔内，于所述转动头上开设有与所述安装孔相连通的螺纹孔，且所述螺纹孔与所述安装孔相垂直设置，一螺钉与所述螺纹孔螺纹连接。本发明所述的固定划针的装置能够实现便捷地更换所述划针，延长水平臂的使用寿命。

技术领域
本发明属于三维测量领域，具体地，涉及一种固定划针的装置。
背景技术
三维测量就是对被测物进行全方位测量进而确定被测物的三维坐标测量数据，主要应用于机械、汽车、航空、军工、家具、工具原型等高精度的几何零部件的测量以及复杂形状的机械零部件的测量。
三维测量装置对被测工件进行测量主要是通过在水平臂的一端固定划针，再通过操纵水平臂在X轴、Y轴以及Z轴三个方向上的移动来实现的。而目前划针通常是直接固定在水平臂的端部的，若发生划针受到损坏等情况时，极易发生由于不易更换划针而造成整个水平臂的报废，浪费极大。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种固定划针的装置，能够便于更换划针。
本发明解决上述问题所采用的技术方案是：
一种固定划针的装置，包括固定座以及转动头，所述固定座与三维测量装置的水平臂固定连接，所述转动头铰接于所述固定座相对于所述水平臂的一端，所述转动头远离所述固定座的一端开设有安装孔，一划针插入所述安装孔内，于所述转动头上开设有与所述安装孔相连通的螺纹孔，且所述螺纹孔与所述安装孔相垂直设置，一螺钉与所述螺纹孔螺纹连接。
综上，本发明的有益效果是：本发明所述的固定划针的装置能够实现便捷地更换所述划针，延长水平臂的使用寿命。

具体实施方式
下面结合实施例，对本发明作进一步的详细说明，但本发明的实施方式不限于此。
实施例1
请参阅图1，本发明较佳实施例所示的固定划针的装置10，包括固定座1以及转动头2。
所述固定座1与三维测量装置的水平臂固定连接，从而将划针3固定于水平臂上。所述转动头2铰接于所述固定座1相对于所述水平臂的一端。所述转动头2远离所述固定座1的一端开设有安装孔4，所述划针3插入所述安装孔4内。为便于实现对所述划针3的更换，于所述转动头2上开设有与所述安装孔4相连通的螺纹孔（图未标），且所述螺纹孔与所述安装孔4相垂直设置。一螺钉6与所述螺纹孔螺纹连接，通过旋进/或旋出所述螺钉6可实现对所述划针3的紧固/或解除紧固，当解除紧固时，所述划针3可非常容易地从所述安装孔4内取出，从而更换新的划针3。
综上，本发明所述的固定划针的装置10能够实现便捷地更换所述划针3，延长水平臂的使用寿命。
