本发明提供一种硫酸钙晶须与聚丙烯混合制备的汽车内饰发泡材料,1、取马来酸酐接枝聚丙烯40~50%、硅烷偶联剂0.1~2%、硫酸钙晶须49.9~58%搅拌10~15分钟;2、放入单杆挤出机挤为条料,切为粒料待用;3、取聚丙烯77~85%、二乙烯基苯1.3~1.8%、过氧化二异丙苯0.01~0.05%、偶氮二甲酰胺3.7~4.7%、炭黑2~3%、乙烯‑醋酸乙烯酯共聚物6~9.5%、α晶型成核剂0.1~0.3%、丙酮溶液0.6~1%,将过氧化二异丙苯溶于丙酮构成丙酮溶液,将物料搅拌均匀,加入丙酮溶液和1.2~2.7%的液体石蜡搅拌10~15分钟;4、放入双螺杆挤出机电热熔化,再加入待用粒料挤出即为汽车内饰发泡材料。有极好的冲击能力和回弹性以及较高的耐热性能。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种汽车内饰发泡材料,具体的说是一种硫酸钙晶须与聚丙烯混合制备的汽车内饰发泡材料
背景技术
在汽车内饰材料中,发泡材料是必不可少的内衬材料,传统的汽车内饰发泡材料都是塑料材料制备的。这种传统的塑料制品,在使用一段时间后,会出现老化现象,同时,单一的塑料材料还存在强度低、抗冲击力弱和不耐高温等诸多问题难以获得高性能的汽车内饰材料。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种硫酸钙晶须与聚丙烯混合制备的汽车内饰发泡材料,采用两者科学混合,使之达到优热互补而获取较好的汽车内饰发泡材料。
本发明包括经挤出机挤出获取发泡材料,所采用的技术方案在于:硫酸钙晶须与聚丙烯混合制备汽车内饰发泡材料分下列步骤进行:
步骤1、按重量比取马来酸酐接枝聚丙烯40~50%、硅烷偶联剂0.1~2%、硫酸钙晶须49.9~58%一起放入搅拌机内搅拌10~15分钟;
步骤2、将上述搅拌后的物料放入单杆挤出机挤为条料水冷,风干后经切粒机切为粒料待用;
步骤3、按重量比取聚丙烯77~85%、二乙烯基苯1.3~1.8%、过氧化二异丙苯0.01~0.05%、偶氮二甲酰胺3.7~4.7%、炭黑2~3%、乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物6~9.5%、α晶型成核剂0.1~0.3%、丙酮溶液0.6~1%,首先将过氧化二异丙苯溶于丙酮构成丙酮溶液中待用,再将上述其它物料混合5~10分钟搅拌均匀,加入待用的丙酮溶液和1.2~2.7%重量比的液体石蜡继续搅拌10~15分钟;
步骤4、将步骤3搅拌后的物料放入双螺杆挤出机经电热熔化,混炼均匀后,再加入步骤2待用粒料再热熔混合后挤出即获取汽车内饰发泡材料,步骤3与粒料的加入混合比例按重量比为:步骤3物料70~80%、粒料20~30%。
上述技术方案中:步骤2的待用粒料直径为1~2mm。
本发明通过上述技术方案,由于将硫酸钙晶须与聚丙烯科学合理的进行混合,加之采用合理的工艺,所获取的汽车内饰发泡材料具有极好的抗冲击能力和抗老化以及良好的回弹性和耐高温效果,且可以回收再次利用,解决了目前塑料发泡材料存在的诸多不利使用问题,可广泛推广使用。
具体实施方式
实施例1:
硫酸钙晶须与聚丙烯混合制备汽车内饰发泡材料分下列步骤进行:
步骤1、按重量比取马来酸酐接枝聚丙烯40%、硅烷偶联剂2%、硫酸钙晶须58%一起放入搅拌机内搅拌10分钟;
步骤2、将上述搅拌后的物料放入单杆挤出机挤为条料水冷,风干后经切粒机切为粒料待用;
步骤3、按重量比取聚丙烯77%、二乙烯基苯1.8%、过氧化二异丙苯0.05%、偶氮二甲酰胺4.65%、炭黑3%、乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物9.5%、α晶型成核剂0.3%、丙酮溶液1%,首先将过氧化二异丙苯溶于丙酮构成丙酮溶液中待用,再将上述其它物料混合5分钟搅拌均匀,加入待用的丙酮溶液和2.7%重量比的液体石蜡继续搅拌10分钟;
步骤4、将步骤3搅拌后的物料放入双螺杆挤出机经电热熔化,混炼均匀后,再加入步骤2待用粒料再热熔混合后挤出即获取汽车内饰发泡材料,步骤3与粒料的加入混合比例按重量比为:步骤3物料70%、粒料30%。
步骤2的待用粒料直径为1mm。
实施例2:
硫酸钙晶须与聚丙烯混合制备汽车内饰发泡材料分下列步骤进行:
步骤1、按重量比取马来酸酐接枝聚丙烯45%、硅烷偶联剂1%、硫酸钙晶须54%一起放入搅拌机内搅拌13分钟;
步骤2、将上述搅拌后的物料放入单杆挤出机挤为条料水冷,风干后经切粒机切为粒料待用;
步骤3、按重量比取聚丙烯80%、二乙烯基苯1.6%、过氧化二异丙苯0.03%、偶氮二甲酰胺4.47%、炭黑2.5%、乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物8%、α晶型成核剂0.2%、丙酮溶液0.8%,首先将过氧化二异丙苯溶于丙酮构成丙酮溶液中待用,再将上述其它物料混合8分钟搅拌均匀,加入待用的丙酮溶液和2.4%重量比的液体石蜡继续搅拌13分钟;
步骤4、将步骤3搅拌后的物料放入双螺杆挤出机经电热熔化,混炼均匀后,再加入步骤2待用粒料再热熔混合后挤出即获取汽车内饰发泡材料,步骤3与粒料的加入混合比例按重量比为:步骤3物料75%、粒料25%。
步骤2的待用粒料直径为1.5mm。
实施例3:
硫酸钙晶须与聚丙烯混合制备汽车内饰发泡材料分下列步骤进行:
步骤1、按重量比取马来酸酐接枝聚丙烯50%、硅烷偶联剂0.1%、硫酸钙晶须49.9%一起放入搅拌机内搅拌15分钟;
步骤2、将上述搅拌后的物料放入单杆挤出机挤为条料水冷,风干后经切粒机切为粒料待用;
步骤3、按重量比取聚丙烯85%、二乙烯基苯1.3%、过氧化二异丙苯0.01%、偶氮二甲酰胺3.7%、炭黑2%、乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物6%、α晶型成核剂0.1%、丙酮溶液0.69%,首先将过氧化二异丙苯溶于丙酮构成丙酮溶液中待用,再将上述其它物料混合10分钟搅拌均匀,加入待用的丙酮溶液和1.2%重量比的液体石蜡继续搅拌15分钟;
步骤4、将步骤3搅拌后的物料放入双螺杆挤出机经电热熔化,混炼均匀后,再加入步骤2待用粒料再热熔混合后挤出即获取汽车内饰发泡材料,步骤3与粒料的加入混合比例按重量比为:步骤3物料80%、粒料20%。
步骤2的待用粒料直径为2mm。

1.一 种硫酸钙晶须与聚丙烯混合制备的汽车内饰发泡材料,包括经挤出机挤出获取发泡材料,其特征在于:硫酸钙晶须与聚丙烯混合制备汽车内饰发泡材料分下列步骤进行:
步骤1、按重量比取马来酸酐接枝聚丙烯40~50%、硅烷偶联剂0.1~2%、硫酸钙晶须49.9~58%一起放入搅拌机内搅拌10~15分钟;
步骤2、将上述搅拌后的物料放入单杆挤出机挤为条料水冷,风干后经切粒机切为粒料待用;
步骤3、按重量比取聚丙烯77~85%、二乙烯基苯1.3~1.8%、过氧化二异丙苯0.01~0.05%、偶氮二甲酰胺3.7~4.7%、炭黑2~3%、乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物6~9.5%、α晶型成核剂0.1~0.3%、丙酮溶液0.6~1%,首先将过氧化二异丙苯溶于丙酮构成丙酮溶液中待用,再将上述其它物料混合5~10分钟搅拌均匀,加入待用的丙酮溶液和1.2~2.7%重量比的液体石蜡继续搅拌10~15分钟;
