本发明公开一种抗紫外线片状纤维素材料,其特征在于:所述纤维素材料的微观形貌为片状,其粒径大小为5-200微米,厚度0.01-10微米,所述片状纤维素材料能够阻断UVA(320-400nm)、UVB(280-320nm)范围紫外线的透过。同时本发明还提供了制备该片状纤维素材料的方法及其用途。

抗紫外线片状纤维素材料及其制备方法和应用
技术领域
本发明涉及天然高分子材料技术领域,更具体地,涉及一种具有抗紫外线功能的片状纤维素材料及其制备方法和应用。
背景技术
近年来,随着臭氧层的破坏和太阳黑子活动的加剧,辐射到地球表面的紫外线剂量加大,为免遭紫外线照射造成伤害,防晒产品如防晒化妆品、防晒纺织品等越来越受到人们的重视。化妆品的防晒作用,主要是因为化妆品中添加的紫外吸收剂对阳光中的紫外线具有吸收作用。但是,紫外线吸收剂具有防晒作用的同时,也会对人体健康如皮肤损伤等构成潜在危害。如,人们所共知的纳米二氧化钛,是目前防晒化妆品的主要添加剂。二氧化钛防晒的同时,在紫外线与可见光照射下,可能与防晒化妆品配料激发出自由基单电子结构,该结构氧化能力强,能够造成对人体皮肤细胞的伤害。
纤维素是自然界中储量最丰富的天然高分子,主要来源于植物,是一种环境友好纯天然材料,对人体无毒无害,经常被用作食品、药品的添加剂。常见的纤维素材料的微观形貌有颗粒状、纤维状、针状或棒状,目前,尚无片状纤维素的报道,更无片状纤维素用于抗紫外的报道。
发明内容
本发明要解决的第一个技术问题是提供一种抗紫外线的片状纤维素材料,该材料能够阻断UVA(320-400nm)、UVB(280-320nm)范围紫外线的透过。
本发明要解决的第二个技术问题是提供所述抗紫外线的片状纤维素材料的制备方法。
本发明所要解决的第三个技术问题是提供所述抗紫外线的片状纤维素材料的应用。
为解决上述第一个技术问题,本发明采用下述技术方案:
一种抗紫外线的片状纤维素材料,所述纤维素材料的微观形貌为片状,其粒径大小为5-200微米,厚度0.01-10微米,所述纤维素材料因其特殊的片状形貌而能够阻断UVA(320-400nm)、UVB(280-320nm)范围紫外线的透过。
优选地,所述纤维素材料的粒径大小为30-50微米,厚度0.01-10微米。
优选地,所述纤维素选自天然纤维素或再生纤维素。
优选地,所述天然纤维素选自天然草本植物或天然木本植物,所述再生纤维素选自粘胶纤维、铜氨纤维、天丝和碱尿素溶液纤维中的一种或几种。
为解决上述第二个技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案如下:
1)将纤维素材料和固态高分子研磨材料混合研磨;经研磨,纤维素微观形貌呈片状,得到片状纤维素材料;
2)将步骤1)得到的片状纤维素材料与固态高分子研磨材料分离,得到抗紫外线的片状纤维素材料。
优选地,步骤1)所述的混合为固态高分子研磨材料与纤维素原料按重量比100-180:100混合,所述研磨在球磨机或研磨仪中进行,所述研磨速度为200-500rpm,研磨时间为2-30h。
优选地,步骤1)所述固态高分子研磨材料选自聚烯烃及其衍生物、共聚物,优选地,所述固态高分子研磨材料选自聚乙烯(PE)、聚丙烯(PP)、聚氯乙烯(PVC)、聚苯乙烯(PS)、聚丙烯腈、聚甲醛、环氧树脂、聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)、聚丁二酸丁二醇酯(PBS)、聚碳酸酯(PC)、聚ε-己内酯(PCL)、聚乳酸(PLA)、聚酰胺、尼龙1010、聚砜、酚醛塑料、硅橡胶和氟代烷基硅烷(FAS)中的一种或多种。
优选地,步骤1)中所述的纤维素材料选自天然纤维素或再生纤维素,所述天然纤维素选自天然草本植物或天然木本植物,所述再生纤维素选自粘胶纤维、铜氨纤维、天丝和碱尿素溶液纤维中的一种或几种。
优选地,步骤3)所述将片状纤维素与固态高分子研磨材料分离指用筛网将研磨后的纤维素和固态高分子研磨材料分离,并使所述的抗紫外线的片状纤维素材料的粒径为30-50微米。
为解决上述第三个技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案如下:
具有抗紫外线功能的片状纤维素材料在抗紫外化妆品、抗紫外涂料、抗紫外膜和抗紫外织物等方面的应用。
本发明的有益效果如下:
本发明通过将纤维素粉末和固态高分子研磨材料经过机械研磨,得到了以前没有发现的微观形貌为片状的纤维素新材料。所述片状纤维素材料具有阻断紫外线透过的功能。

具体实施方式
为了更清楚地说明本发明,下面结合优选实施例和附图对本发明做进一步的说明。本领域技术人员应当理解,下面所具体描述的内容是说明性的而非限制性的,不应以此限制本发明的保护范围。
实施例1
取50g干燥的由木质桨板来源的纤维素,与50g聚乙烯(PE)研磨共混,机械研磨16h,研磨球为直径16mm的不锈钢球,研磨速度300r/min。研磨完成后,用不锈钢筛将纤维素粉末与PE进行分离,得到纤维素粉末。所得纤维素粉末的微观结构为片状,如图1所示,尺寸为40-80微米,片厚度为50-100纳米。
实施例2
取50g干燥的由木质桨板来源的纤维素,与50g PE共混,机械研磨4h,研磨球为直径16mm的不锈钢球,研磨速度500r/min。研磨完成后,用不锈钢筛将纤维素粉末与PE进行分离,得到纤维素粉末。所得纤维素粉末的微观结构为片状,尺寸为80-200微米,片厚度为1-5微米。
实施例3
取50g干燥的由木质桨板来源的纤维素,与50g聚丙烯(PP)共混,机械研磨28h,研磨球为直径16mm的不锈钢球,研磨速度500r/min。研磨完成后,用不锈钢筛将纤维素粉末与PP进行分离,得到纤维素粉末。所得纤维素粉末的微观结构为片状,尺寸为5-10微米,片厚度为0.05-0.1微米。
实施例4
取30g干燥的由棉桨板来源的纤维素,与50g PP共混,机械研磨16h,研磨球为直径16mm的不锈钢球,研磨速度300r/min。研磨完成后,用不锈钢筛将纤维素粉末与PP进行分离,得到纤维素粉末。所得纤维素粉末的微观结构为片状,尺寸为30-50微米,片厚度为80-100纳米。
实施例5
取20g干燥的铜氨再生纤维素,与30g聚氯乙烯(PVC)共混,机械研磨16h,研磨球为直径16mm的不锈钢球,研磨速度300r/min。研磨完成后,用不锈钢筛将纤维素粉末与PVC进行分离,得到纤维素粉末。所得纤维素粉末的微观结构为片状,尺寸为5-20微米,片厚度为60-90纳米。
实施例6
取30g干燥的微晶纤维素,与50g PVC共混,机械研磨16h,研磨球为直径16mm的不锈钢球,研磨速度500r/min。研磨完成后,用不锈钢筛将纤维素粉末与PVC进行分离,得到纤维素粉末。所得纤维素粉末的微观结构为片状,尺寸为2-6微米,片厚度为0.02-0.06微米。
实施例7
实施例1-6所得片状纤维素对UVA(320-400nm)、UVB(280-320nm)具有很好的防护作用,图2是实施例1的片状纤维素的反射光谱图,其对紫外线UVA的反射率可达到85%,对UVB的反射高于50%,对可见光几乎全反射。将该片状纤维素50g,代替常用的防晒添加剂如纳米二氧化钛以及甲氧基肉桂酸辛酯、二苯甲酮-3等,添加到化妆品软膏基质配方:白凡士林100g,液状石蜡250g,薄荷1g,环甲基硅氧烷、二甲基硅氧烷各50g,甘油100g,亚硫酸氢钠、山梨酸各2g,乳化剂140g,蒸馏水加至1000g。纤维素的加入量是5%。配制成的化妆品的防晒指数SPF值高于30,该防晒化妆品的防晒性来源于片状纤维素对紫外线的反射,属物理防晒机理,并且因为在可见光范围的全反射而具有非常好的遮盖皮肤瑕疵能力。另外作为化妆品的添加剂,因为微观形貌呈片状,所以使用过程中手感非常细腻光滑,优于其他粒状化妆品。将此片状纤维素按重量比10%添加到涂料中可以制备防晒涂料,制成膜可以制备防晒膜,添加到织物中,可以制得防晒服装、纺织品。
图3是实施例2、实施例6与二氧化钛纳米颗粒对比的反射光谱。图4为实施例5的片状纤维素的反射光谱图。综合几个图可以看出,尽管纤维素的原料不同、所得片状纤维素的尺寸不同,材料对UVA、UVB以及可见光的反射略有差异,但是实施例1-6所制备得到的片状纤维素的紫外反射率远远高于二氧化钛纳米颗粒的反射率,如图3中所示。
显然,本发明的上述实施例仅仅是为清楚地说明本发明所作的举例,而并非是对本发明的实施方式的限定,对于所属领域的普通技术人员来说,在上述说明的基础上还可以做出其它不同形式的变化或变动,这里无法对所有的实施方式予以穷举,凡是属于本发明的技术方案所引伸出的显而易见的变化或变动仍处于本发明的保护范围之列。

1.一种抗紫外线的片状纤维素材料,其特征在于:所述纤维素材料的微观形貌为片状,其粒径大小为5-200微米,厚度0.01-10微米,所述纤维素材料能够阻断UVA(320-400nm)、UVB(280-320nm)范围紫外线的透过。
2.根据权利要求1所述的抗紫外线的片状纤维素材料,其特征在于:所述纤维素材料的粒径大小为30-50微米。
3.根据权利要求1所述的抗紫外线的片状纤维素材料,其特征在于:所述纤维素选自天然纤维素或再生纤维素。
4.根据权利要求3所述的抗紫外线的片状纤维素材料,其特征在于:所述天然纤维素选自天然草本植物或天然木本植物,所述再生纤维素选自粘胶纤维、铜氨纤维、天丝和碱尿素溶液纤维中的一种或几种。
5.如权利要求1所述的抗紫外线的片状纤维素材料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
1)将纤维素材料和固态高分子研磨材料混合研磨;经研磨,纤维素微观形貌呈片状,得到片状纤维素材料;
2)将步骤1)得到的片状纤维素材料与固态高分子研磨材料分离,得到抗紫外线的片状纤维素材料。
6.根据权利要求5所述的方法,其特征在于:步骤1)中所述的混合为固态高分子研磨材料与纤维素材料按重量比100-180:100混合,所述研磨在球磨机或研磨仪中进行,所述研磨速度为200-500rpm,研磨时间为2-30h。
7.根据权利要求5所述的方法,其特征在于:步骤1)中所述的固态高分子研磨材料选自聚烯烃及其衍生物、共聚物;优选地,所述固态高分子研磨材料选自聚乙烯、聚丙烯、聚氯乙烯、聚苯乙烯、聚丙烯腈、聚甲醛、环氧树脂、聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯、聚丁二酸丁二醇酯、聚碳酸酯、聚ε-己内酯、聚乳酸、聚酰胺、尼龙1010、聚砜、酚醛塑料、硅橡胶、氟代烷基硅烷中的一种或多种。
8.根据权利要求5所述的方法,其特征在于:步骤1)中所述的纤维素材料选自天然纤维素或再生纤维素,所述天然纤维素选自天然草本植物或天然木本植物,所述再生纤维素选自粘胶纤维、铜氨纤维、天丝和碱尿素溶液纤维中的一种或几种。
