本发明公开了一种可调节式汽车板材类零件边缘夹紧装置,包括工作台,工作台的侧壁上设有滑槽并滑动安装压力杆,压力杆整体为C形,其上端端面设有沉孔并滑动安装有滑杆,滑杆上设有螺孔并螺合有调节杆,调节杆的上端设有手柄、下端铰接有压盘。本发明结构设计合理、巧妙,通过简单、合理的结构,不用时压力杆自然下滑置于工作台上,节约空间资源,使用过程中可以调节伸缩杆来确定压紧板材的位置,可以保证方便的固定安装板材以方便生产加工,同时也提高了产品的质量。

本发明涉及汽车零部件的生产夹具领域,具体的是一种可调节式汽车板材类零件边缘夹紧装置。
背景技术
汽车的零部件中很多都是由板材加工而成,板材在加工过程中需要固定后才能更好完成钻孔、打磨等工作,而这个对板材进行装夹固定的工具将直接影响其生产的效率。
发明内容
为解决现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种结构设计简单而巧妙、制造使用方便的可调节式汽车板材类零件边缘夹紧装置。
本发明采用的技术方案为:
可调节式汽车板材类零件边缘夹紧装置,包括工作台,其特征在于:所述的工作台的侧壁上设有滑槽并滑动安装压力杆,压力杆整体为C形,其上端端面设有沉孔并滑动安装有滑杆,滑杆上设有螺孔并螺合有调节杆,调节杆的上端设有手柄、下端铰接有压盘。
所述的可调节式汽车板材类零件边缘夹紧装置,其特征在于:所述的压力杆与滑杆之间为滑动的套接连接。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果在于:
本发明结构设计合理、巧妙,通过简单、合理的结构,不用时压力杆自然下滑置于工作台上,节约空间资源,使用过程中可以调节伸缩杆来确定压紧板材的位置,可以保证方便的固定安装板材以方便生产加工,同时也提高了产品的质量。
