本发明公开了一种压力容器表面喷漆处理装置,包括底板,底板上设有支撑柱,支撑柱的端部设有喷漆机,喷漆机设有喷管,底板上设有驱动电机,底板上设有支撑块,支撑块的端部之间设有旋板,旋板上设有压力容器,驱动电机连接有驱动轴,驱动轴连接有驱动管,驱动管内套装有升降调节管,升降调节管的上端与旋板连接;喷管的一端与喷漆机连接,喷管的另一端与压力容器对应。本发明方便对旋板上的压力容器进行匀速喷漆处理,喷漆效率大大提高。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种喷漆处理装置,具体涉及一种压力容器表面喷漆处理装置。
背景技术
压力容器制造工序一般可以分为:原材料验收工序、划线工序、切割工序、除锈工序、机加工(含刨边等)工序、滚制工序、组对工序、焊接工序(产品焊接试板)、无损检测工序、开孔划线工序、总检工序、热处理工序、压力试验工序、防腐工序。多腔压力容器(如换热器的管程和壳程、夹套容器等)按照类别高的压力腔作为该容器的类别并且按该类别进行使用管理。但应当按照每个压力腔各自的类别分别提出设计、制造技术要求。对各压力腔进行类别划定时,设计压力取本压力腔的设计压力,容积取本压力腔的几何容积。现有的压力容器不方便实现喷漆,且表面喷漆处理不方便。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明提供了一种可以通过支撑柱安装喷漆机,喷漆机可以通过喷管使金属漆喷射到压力容器的外表面;驱动电机可以通过驱动轴控制旋板实现旋转,从而方便对旋板上的压力容器进行匀速喷漆处理,喷漆效率大大提高的压力容器表面喷漆处理装置。
为了实现上述目的,本发明是通过如下的技术方案来实现:
一种压力容器表面喷漆处理装置,包括底板,底板上设有支撑柱,支撑柱呈竖直布置,支撑柱的端部设有喷漆机,喷漆机设有喷管,喷管设有控制泵;喷管呈水平布置;底板上设有驱动电机,底板上设有第一支撑块与第二支撑块,第一支撑块与第二支撑块的形状大小相同,第一支撑块与第二支撑块呈竖直布置,第一支撑块与第二支撑块分别设置在驱动电机的两侧;第一支撑块与第二支撑块的端部之间设有旋板,旋板呈水平布置,旋板上设有压力容器,旋板上设有第一卡块与第二卡块,第一卡块与第二卡块分别设置在压力容器的两侧;驱动电机连接有驱动轴,驱动轴连接有驱动管,驱动管内套装有升降调节管,升降调节管的上端与旋板连接;喷管的一端与喷漆机连接,喷管的另一端与压力容器对应。
进一步地,所述驱动管的端部设有旋管,旋管套装在升降调节管的外周面,升降调节管与旋管连接。
进一步地,所述旋管的内表面设有内螺纹,升降调节管的外表面设有外螺纹,旋管与升降调节管通过螺纹连接。
进一步地,所述旋管与驱动管通过卡扣连接。
进一步地,所述支撑柱的内部为空腔结构。
本发明的有益效果:可以通过支撑柱安装喷漆机,喷漆机可以通过喷管使金属漆喷射到压力容器的外表面;驱动电机可以通过驱动轴控制旋板实现旋转,从而方便对旋板上的压力容器进行匀速喷漆处理,喷漆效率大大提高。

为使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体实施方式,进一步阐述本发明。
如图1所示,一种压力容器表面喷漆处理装置,包括底板1,底板1上设有支撑柱2,支撑柱2呈竖直布置,支撑柱2的端部设有喷漆机3,喷漆机3设有喷管4,喷管4设有控制泵5;喷管4呈水平布置;底板1上设有驱动电机6,底板1上设有第一支撑块7与第二支撑块8,第一支撑块7与第二支撑块8的形状大小相同,第一支撑块7与第二支撑块8呈竖直布置,第一支撑块7与第二支撑块8分别设置在驱动电机6的两侧;第一支撑块7与第二支撑块8的端部之间设有旋板9,旋板9呈水平布置,旋板9上设有压力容器10,旋板9上设有第一卡块11与第二卡块12,第一卡块11与第二卡块12分别设置在压力容器10的两侧;驱动电机6连接有驱动轴13,驱动轴13连接有驱动管14,驱动管14内套装有升降调节管15,升降调节管15的上端与旋板9连接;喷管4的一端与喷漆机3连接,喷管4的另一端与压力容器10对应;驱动管14的端部设有旋管16,旋管16套装在升降调节管15的外周面,升降调节管15与旋管16连接;旋管16的内表面设有内螺纹,升降调节管15的外表面设有外螺纹,旋管16与升降调节管15通过螺纹连接;旋管16与驱动管14通过卡扣连接,支撑柱2的内部为空腔结构。
本发明压力容器表面喷漆处理装置,可以通过支撑柱2安装喷漆机3,喷漆机3可以通过喷管4使金属漆喷射到压力容器10的外表面;驱动电机6可以通过驱动轴13控制旋板9实现旋转,从而方便对旋板9上的压力容器10进行匀速喷漆处理,喷漆效率大大提高。
其中,驱动管14的端部设有旋管16,旋管16套装在升降调节管15的外周面,升降调节管15与旋管16连接;旋管16的内表面设有内螺纹,升降调节管15的外表面设有外螺纹,旋管16与升降调节管15通过螺纹连接;旋管16与驱动管14通过卡扣连接,所以通过旋管16可以控制升降调节管15沿着驱动管14实现调节,从而方便对旋板9的高度进行调节。
其中,支撑柱2的内部为空腔结构,所以质轻。

1.一种压力容器表面喷漆处理装置,包括底板,其特征在于:底板上设有支撑柱,支撑柱呈竖直布置,支撑柱的端部设有喷漆机,喷漆机设有喷管,喷管设有控制泵;喷管呈水平布置;底板上设有驱动电机,底板上设有第一支撑块与第二支撑块,第一支撑块与第二支撑块的形状大小相同,第一支撑块与第二支撑块呈竖直布置,第一支撑块与第二支撑块分别设置在驱动电机的两侧;第一支撑块与第二支撑块的端部之间设有旋板,旋板呈水平布置,旋板上设有压力容器,旋板上设有第一卡块与第二卡块,第一卡块与第二卡块分别设置在压力容器的两侧;驱动电机连接有驱动轴,驱动轴连接有驱动管,驱动管内套装有升降调节管,升降调节管的上端与旋板连接;喷管的一端与喷漆机连接,喷管的另一端与压力容器对应。
2.根据权利要求1所述的压力容器表面喷漆处理装置,其特征在于:驱动管的端部设有旋管,旋管套装在升降调节管的外周面,升降调节管与旋管连接。
3.根据权利要求2所述的压力容器表面喷漆处理装置,其特征在于:旋管的内表面设有内螺纹,升降调节管的外表面设有外螺纹,旋管与升降调节管通过螺纹连接。
4.根据权利要求2所述的压力容器表面喷漆处理装置,其特征在于:旋管与驱动管通过卡扣连接。
5.根据权利要求1所述的压力容器表面喷漆处理装置,其特征在于:支撑柱的内部为空腔结构。
