技术领域
秆类蔬菜削皮机的生产制造涉及到机械制造技术领域。
背景技术
秆类蔬菜是人们最爱吃的食品之一,有些秆类蔬菜还是人类药食两用食品,由于一些秆类蔬菜有着较高的药用价值和营养价值,食用秆类蔬菜的人群越来越大,导致市场需求量的增大,自然种植面积也不断扩大,加工技术也随之出现短板,远远不适应市场的需求,尤其是干类蔬菜的削皮技术显得十分尴尬,几乎没有此项技术可寻,尤其是莴笋和苔秆的用量太大,一些加工企业为寻求其削皮技术苦于无门,只是长期用手工削皮,不但人工成本高,效率低,时间长影响种植户的收获进度和加工进度-----,当然就影响了该产业的发展。为此我们发明了可以自动进料、自动调整大小头、不论形状各异、都能快速削皮,效率高质量好的秆类蔬菜削皮机。
发明内容
目的是提供一种由机架、进料斗、削皮辊等构成、设计合理、结构简单、生产制造快,成本低、自动进料,蔬菜秆大小头自动调整,自动巧扶蔬菜秆,自动削皮,速度快效率高,小时可削皮加工蔬菜1000公斤以上,市场前景广阔的秆类蔬菜削皮机,其特征在于:进料斗(1)装在机架(6)上部,削皮控制杆(2)装在进料斗(1)下中部,削皮刀(3)装在削皮辊(5)上,推削片(4)装在削皮刀(3)上部和下部,电动机(7)装在机架(6)右侧中部,对转齿轮(8)装在削皮辊(5)上顶端,调整口(15)焊接在支杆(19)上,调整梁(16)焊接在调整口(15)中间,弹性合页(14)装在调整梁(16)两侧,支杆(19)装在进料斗(1)上,调拨电机(17)装在支杆(19)中部,调拨齿(18)装在调拨电机(17)两侧。削皮控制斜杆(9)焊接在压杆(11)之间,弹簧(10)装在压杆(11)外部,巧扶器(12)焊接在压杆(11)下端,锥形压轮(13)装在巧扶器(12)两端。调整梁(16)、弹性合页(14)中间装一个弹簧。巧扶器(12)左端长为3mm,右端长为2mm。

具体实施方式:进料斗(1)装在机架(6)上部,削皮控制杆(2)装在进料斗(1)下中部,削皮刀(3)装在削皮辊(5)上,推削片(4)装在削皮刀(3)上部和下部,电动机(7)装在机架(6)右侧中部,对转齿轮(8)装在削皮辊(5)上顶端由上述结构系统构成了秆类蔬菜削皮机。调整口(15)焊接在支杆(19)上,调整梁(16)焊接在调整口(15)中间,弹性合页(14)装在调整梁(16)两侧,支杆(19)装在进料斗(1)上,调拨电机(17)装在支杆(19)中部,调拨齿(18)装在调拨电机(17)两侧,由于秆类蔬菜大多都是一头大一头小,由输送系统把其横向送到调拨口落到弹性合页(14)上,由于弹性合页(14)是弹性的,遇到有质量的物件会发生失重,和偏重,大头会自然先落入机内,自然进入相向而转的削皮辊(5)上,削皮刀(3)快速削皮,推削片(4)渐进式的将被削物向下推进,同时将其削掉的皮从削皮辊(5)的夹缝中排出。削皮控制斜杆(9)焊接在压杆(11)之间,弹簧(10)装在压杆(11)外部,巧扶器(12)焊接在压杆(11)下端,锥形压轮(13)装在巧扶器(12)两端,以此借助于上述弹性作用和锥形压轮(13)将被削物恰到好处的接收到其所需要的力度,削掉所要削掉的皮。调整梁(16)、弹性合页(14)中间装一个弹簧,以此增加合页(14)的使用寿命和使用效果。实施方式5、巧扶器(12)左端长为3mm,右端长为2mm,在没有接收切削物状态下,巧扶器(12)始终保持左端闭合,右端张开状态,以利被切削物的进入。外加一个输送装置,将原料送入即可实现全自动化作业。

1.秆类蔬菜削皮机,其特征在于:进料斗(1)装在机架(6)上部,削皮控制杆(2)装在进料斗(1)下中部,削皮刀(3)装在削皮辊(5)上,推削片(4)装在削皮刀(3)上部和下部,电动机(7)装在机架(6)右侧中部,对转齿轮(8)装在削皮辊(5)上顶端,调整口(15)焊接在支杆(19)上,调整梁(16)焊接在调整口(15)中间,弹性合页(14)装在调整梁(16)两侧,支杆(19)装在进料斗(1)上,调拨电机(17)装在支杆(19)中部,调拨齿(18)装在调拨电机(17)两侧;削皮控制斜杆(9)焊接在压杆(11)之间,弹簧(10)装在压杆(11)外部,巧扶器(12)焊接在压杆(11)下端,锥形压轮(13)装在巧扶器(12)两端。
2.根据权利要求1所述的秆类蔬菜削皮机,其特征在于:调整梁(16)、弹性合页(14)中间装一个弹簧。
