本发明公开了暖风机阀内组件,包括线圈和阀杆,线圈设于阀杆顶端,线圈内孔设有动铁芯和静铁芯,动铁芯和静铁芯之间设有弹簧,静铁芯底部与阀盖板固定连接,线圈与阀盖板之间的位置相对固定,动铁芯活动设于静铁芯上方并与阀杆顶端固定连接,阀杆位于阀盖板以下的中间段从上往下依次装配有密封垫、压圈和密封圈,密封垫贴设在阀盖板底部与阀盖板之间的位置相对固定,压圈和密封圈套设在阀杆外圆随阀杆一起上下动作,其特征在于:所述密封垫让阀杆从中间穿过的内孔设置在碗型折叠上,碗型折叠与密封垫为一体结构,密封垫的内孔与阀杆外圆之间固定连接。本发明结构紧凑、装配方便、密封性能好、使用寿命长。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种汽车暖风机阀,具体涉及一种汽车暖风机阀内组件。
背景技术
汽车暖风机阀是用来控制汽车发动机过来的热水水量,再在暖风机的鼓风作用下,将热水的热量吹散到汽车驾驶舱内。暖风机阀内组件是暖风机阀的控制部件,现有暖风机阀内组件主要存在以下缺点:工作时阀杆与密封垫内孔之间有相对运动,所以阀杆会与密封垫内孔产生相对摩擦,这种摩擦非常容易导致密封垫磨损,从而使密封垫失去密封作用,使汽车暖风机阀的密封性能较差、使用寿命较短;另外,暖风机阀内组件还存在结构不紧凑、装配欠方便的不足。
发明内容
鉴于现有技术的不足,本发明的目的是在于提供一种结构紧凑、装配方便、密封性能好、使用寿命长的暖风机阀内组件。
本发明是采取如下技术方案来完成的:
暖风机阀内组件,包括线圈和阀杆,线圈设于阀杆顶端,线圈内孔设有动铁芯和静铁芯,动铁芯和静铁芯之间设有弹簧,静铁芯底部与阀盖板固定连接,线圈与阀盖板之间的位置相对固定,动铁芯活动设于静铁芯上方并与阀杆顶端固定连接,阀杆位于阀盖板以下的中间段从上往下依次装配有密封垫、压圈和密封圈,密封垫贴设在阀盖板底部与阀盖板之间的位置相对固定,压圈和密封圈套设在阀杆外圆随阀杆一起上下动作,其特征在于:所述密封垫让阀杆从中间穿过的内孔设置在碗型折叠上,碗型折叠与密封垫为一体结构,密封垫的内孔与阀杆外圆之间固定连接。
动铁芯的顶部固定设有薄壁套筒,薄壁套筒的侧壁经冲压凹口与阀杆固定连接。
动铁芯和静铁芯相对的端面均为锥面。
本发明提供的暖风机阀内组件,由于密封垫的内孔设置在碗型折叠上,碗型折叠与密封垫为一体结构,并且密封垫的内孔与阀杆外圆之间固定连接,这样一来,工作时阀杆与密封垫内孔之间就不会有相对运动,也就避免了阀杆与密封垫内孔产生的相对摩擦,所以密封性能好、使用寿命长;另外,动铁芯与阀杆之间通过冲压凹口实现固定连接,装配方便;还有,动静铁芯相对的端面均为锥面,使得线圈通电时动静铁芯之间的磁感面积更大、吸力更强,这样动静铁芯的端面尺寸可以减小,使结构紧凑。

如图所示,本发明的暖风机阀内组件,包括线圈7和阀杆14,线圈7设于阀杆14顶端,线圈7内孔设有动铁芯6和静铁芯9,动铁芯6和静铁芯9之间设有弹簧8,动铁芯6和静铁芯9相对的端面均为锥面1,静铁芯9底部与阀盖板10固定连接,线圈7与阀盖板10之间的位置相对固定,动铁芯6活动设于静铁芯9上方并与阀杆14顶端固定连接,动铁芯6的顶部固定设有薄壁套筒4,薄壁套筒4的侧壁经冲压凹口5与阀杆14固定连接,阀杆14位于阀盖板10以下的中间段从上往下依次装配有密封垫11、压圈12和密封圈13,密封垫11贴设在阀盖板10底部与阀盖板10之间的位置相对固定,压圈12和密封圈13套设在阀杆14外圆随阀杆14一起上下动作,所述密封垫11让阀杆14从中间穿过的内孔3设置在碗型折叠2上,碗型折叠2与密封垫11为一体结构,密封垫的内孔3与阀杆14外圆之间通过胶水固定粘接。

1. 暖风机阀内组件,包括线圈和阀杆,线圈设于阀杆顶端,线圈内孔设有动铁芯和静铁芯,动铁芯和静铁芯之间设有弹簧,静铁芯底部与阀盖板固定连接,线圈与阀盖板之间的位置相对固定,动铁芯活动设于静铁芯上方并与阀杆顶端固定连接,阀杆位于阀盖板以下的中间段从上往下依次装配有密封垫、压圈和密封圈,密封垫贴设在阀盖板底部与阀盖板之间的位置相对固定,压圈和密封圈套设在阀杆外圆随阀杆一起上下动作,其特征在于:所述密封垫让阀杆从中间穿过的内孔设置在碗型折叠上,碗型折叠与密封垫为一体结构,密封垫的内孔与阀杆外圆之间固定连接。
2.如权利要求1所述的暖风机阀内组件,其特征在于:动铁芯的顶部固定设有薄壁套筒,薄壁套筒的侧壁经冲压凹口与阀杆固定连接。
3. 如权利要求1所述的暖风机阀内组件,其特征在于:动铁芯和静铁芯相对的端面均为锥面。
