本发明公开了一种避免抽油机减速箱漏油的方法,解决了抽油机减速箱的漏油问题。把抽油机减速箱内的轴承与齿轮传动部分用密封隔板隔开,齿轮传动仍采用润滑油润滑,轴承从润滑油润滑改为润滑脂润滑;润滑脂采用锂基润滑脂;本发明能从根本上解决抽油机减速箱的漏油问题。

技术领域
本发明涉及解决变速箱漏油问题的方法,属于用于油田上的一种避免抽油机减速箱漏油的方法。
背景技术
目前,各油田普遍存在着抽油机减速箱漏油现象,减速箱漏油给油田管理带来了很大困难,影响规格化,污染环境。润滑油漏出后遮盖住机油观察窗口,无法检查机油量是否够用,若检查不及时,势必造成缺机油,引起烧轴承、减速器打齿等事故发生,造成经济损失。近年来,在油田上试用了不少解决减速箱漏油的方法,如使用金属密封圈,使用几天后仍出现漏油现象,原因是在运转过程中加速了对轴头的磨损;另一种方法是在机油中放添加剂,加大机油粘度,只能对箱体结合处起些作用,对轴面渗漏严重地根本不起作用。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术中存在的上述不足,提供了一种避免抽油机减速箱漏油的方法:
一种避免抽油机减速箱漏油的方法,把抽油机减速箱内的轴承与齿轮传动部分用密封隔板隔开,轴承从润滑油润滑改为润滑脂润滑;润滑脂采用锂基润滑脂;滚动轴承润滑脂填充量可用下式计算:
G=d2.5/k(g)
式中G:润滑脂填充量(g);
d:轴承内径(mm);
k:轴承系数。
本发明与现有技术相比可具有如下优点:由于采用密封隔板把齿轮润滑和轴承润滑分开,这样,机油不会飞溅到轴头处,轴头处就不会出现机油渗漏,而轴承润滑采用润滑脂润滑,润滑脂又不会渗漏,所以就从根本上避免了抽油机减速箱漏油。

d:轴承内径(mm);
k:轴承系数,球轴承k=900,滚子轴承k=350。
