Abstract

本发明公开了用于纺织的合金钢长丝生产工艺:先将合金钢线材加工成合金钢生丝;然后将制氢炉升温至850℃,进行氨分解,并将分解后的氨气通入纯化炉中,并将纯化炉升温至350℃,把分解炉分解出的氢气进行纯化;同时把高温软化炉升温至1000℃-1020℃,在升温过程中将纯化合格的氢气均匀输送到高温软化炉的炉管中,以确保合金钢丝在高温炉中不被熔化。本发明通过向高温软化炉中通入氢气,确保合金钢丝在高温软化炉中不被熔化;以提高钢丝的合格率,提高生产效率。

技术领域
本发明涉及合金钢长丝的加工技术领域,具体为用于纺织的合金钢长丝生产工艺。
背景技术
目前现有的合金钢纺织丝生产技术生产出的合金钢长丝,虽然达到所需要的纺织品支数(细度),但还是生丝,仍处在钢性状态。还需要作高温软化处理,方具有可纺性,当在高温软化过程中,合金钢丝在高温炉中很容易被熔化,生产效率低下。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种可以避免合金钢丝在高温炉中被熔化的用于纺织的合金钢长丝生产工艺,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
用于纺织的合金钢长丝生产工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)以合金钢线材为原材料,将合金钢线材加工成合金钢生丝;
(2)对步骤(1)所述的合金钢生丝进行高温软化,具体步骤如下:
1)将制氢炉升温至850℃,进行氨分解,并将分解后的氨气通入纯化炉中;
2)将纯化炉升温至350℃,把分解炉分解出的氢气进行纯化;
3)同时把高温软化炉升温至1000℃-1020℃,在升温过程中将纯化合格的氢气均匀输送到高温软化炉的炉管中,以确保合金钢丝在高温炉中不被熔化。
作为优选,所述合金钢线材采用304N合金钢或316L合金钢。
本发明与以往技术相比,具有以下优点:
本发明通过向高温软化炉中通入氢气,确保合金钢丝在高温软化炉中不被熔化;以提高钢丝的合格率,提高生产效率。
具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
用于纺织的合金钢长丝生产工艺,其步骤如下:以304N合金钢线材或316L合金钢线材为原材料,将合金钢线材加工成合金钢生丝,并对合金钢生丝进行高温软化,软化步骤是:先将制氢炉升温至850℃,进行氨分解,并将分解出的氨气通入到纯化炉中;然后再将纯化炉升温至350℃,把分解出的氢气进行纯化;同时把高温软化炉升温至1000℃-1020℃,在升温过程中将纯化合格的氢气均匀输送到高温软化炉的炉管中,以确保合金钢丝在高温炉中不被熔化,这时即可以把合金钢丝通过高温软化炉炉管进行高温软化,软化速度为每分钟0.07mm的合金钢丝是90m,0.03mm的合金钢丝是130m,0.025mm的合金钢丝是150m;在软化过程中,根据成品测试结果,随时调整速度和温度比,以达到最佳的软化效果,确保合金钢长丝的柔软可纺性。
本发明制作的0.07mm的合金钢长丝用于武警公安的防刺、防割手套、护腕、护臂和背心等。0025mm-0.03mm的合金钢长丝用于针织内衣T恤衫等服装类,具有防辐射、防静电、除异味等功能。
对于本领域技术人员而言,显然本发明不限于上述示范性实施例的细节,而且在不背离本发明的精神或基本特征的情况下,能够以其他的具体形式实现本发明。因此,无论从哪一点来看,均应将实施例看作是示范性的,而且是非限制性的,本发明的范围由所附权利要求而不是上述说明限定,因此旨在将落在权利要求的等同要件的含义和范围内的所有变化囊括在本发明内。
此外,应当理解,虽然本说明书按照实施方式加以描述,但并非每个实施方式仅包含一个独立的技术方案,说明书的这种叙述方式仅仅是为清楚起见,本领域技术人员应当将说明书作为一个整体,各实施例中的技术方案也可以经适当组合,形成本领域技术人员可以理解的其他实施方式。

Claims (2)

1.用于纺织的合金钢长丝生产工艺,其特征是,包括以下步骤:
(1)以合金钢线材为原材料,将合金钢线材加工成合金钢生丝;
(2)对步骤(1)所述的合金钢生丝进行高温软化,具体步骤如下:
1)将制氢炉升温至850℃,进行氨分解,并将分解后的氨气通入纯化炉中;
2)将纯化炉升温至350℃,把分解炉分解出的氢气进行纯化;
3)同时把高温软化炉升温至1000℃-1020℃,在升温过程中将纯化合格的氢气均匀输送到高温软化炉的炉管中,以确保合金钢丝在高温炉中不被熔化。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于纺织的合金钢长丝生产工艺,其特征是,所述合金钢线材采用304N合金钢或316L合金钢。
