本发明公开了一种以钢铁为纺织原料制作无缝针织内衣的生产工艺,包括以下步骤:(1)选择合金钢线材再伸线,在精密高速自动拉丝机上进行拉拔,拉拔至针织内衣面料所需的细度即0.023mm-0.025mm,得合金钢长丝;(2)将步骤(1)中的合金钢长丝放在高温纯氢软化炉中软化成柔软的纺织用丝;(3)将步骤(2)中软化好的合金钢长丝放在并线加捻一体机上与纱线合并在一起,得合并线;(4)将步骤(3)中的合并线利用全自动无缝内衣机进行内衣制作,并且采取八路进线,进线的钩、杆、圈、管均更换成氧化铝件。采用本发明织出的内衣具有永久防静电的功能,还具有20DB以上防电磁波辐射的功能,并且能够进行水洗、机洗、任意染色的功能,同时永久抗氧化。

技术领域
本发明涉及纺织技术领域,具体是一种以钢铁为纺织原料制作无缝针织内衣的生产工艺。
背景技术
内衣是指贴身穿的衣物,包括背心、汗衫、短裤、抹胸、胸罩等,通常是直接接触皮肤的,是现代人不可少的服饰之一。内衣有吸汗、矫型、衬托身体、保暖及不受来自身体的污秽的危害的作用,有时会被视为性征。
现在市面上存在的内衣往往功能比较单一,除了传统的作用不具有新的功能,但是,随着现代科技的发展,在生活中人们受到的辐射越来越严重,对人体或多或少的都会造成一定的危害,并且,现有的内衣防静电效果不佳,这些都已经不在适合人们在现有的生活中穿着,内衣制造急需改进。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种以钢铁为纺织原料制作无缝针织内衣的生产工艺,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种以钢铁为纺织原料制作无缝针织内衣的生产工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)选择合金钢线材再伸线,在精密高速自动拉丝机上进行拉拔,拉拔至针织内衣面料所需的细度即0.023mm-0.025mm,得合金钢长丝;
(2)将步骤(1)中的合金钢长丝放在高温纯氢软化炉中软化成柔软的纺织用丝;
(3)将步骤(2)中软化好的合金钢长丝放在并线加捻一体机上与纱线合并在一起,得合并线;
(4)将步骤(3)中的合并线利用全自动无缝内衣机进行内衣制作,并且采取八路进线,进线的钩、杆、圈、管均更换成氧化铝件。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述步骤(1)中的合金钢线材再伸线为合金钢线材316L再伸线。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述步骤(3)中的纱线为莫代尔纱线、托玛琳竹炭纤维纱线、芳纶纱线、海藻纱线或PTT纱线。
与现有技术相比,采用本发明织出的内衣具有永久防静电的功能,还具有20DB以上防电磁波辐射的功能,并且能够进行水洗、机洗、任意染色的功能,同时永久抗氧化,具有杀菌、抑菌、除臭、除异味的功效,阻挡手机对人体的辐射而不屏蔽手机信号,适合所有人群。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施方式对本专利的技术方案作进一步详细地说明。
一种以钢铁为纺织原料制作无缝针织内衣的生产工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)选择合金钢线材再伸线,在精密高速自动拉丝机上进行拉拔,拉拔至针织内衣面料所需的细度即0.023mm-0.025mm,得合金钢长丝;所述的合金钢线材再伸线为合金钢线材316L再伸线;
(2)将步骤(1)中的合金钢长丝放在高温纯氢软化炉中软化成柔软的纺织用丝;
(3)将步骤(2)中软化好的合金钢长丝放在并线加捻一体机上与纱线合并在一起,得合并线;本步骤中的纱线为莫代尔纱线、托玛琳竹炭纤维纱线、芳纶纱线、海藻纱线或PTT纱线;不同的合并得到不同的合并线,制造出来的内衣也会具有众多不同的功能,合金钢长丝与莫代尔纱线合并在一起,织造出的内衣又柔软、又滑爽;合金钢长丝与托玛琳竹炭纤维纱线合并在一起织成的内衣,穿在身上具有产生负离子3000-5000个的效应;合金钢长丝与芳纶纱线合并在一起织成的内衣可防火,在600摄氏度的高温情况下不燃烧、不熔化;合金钢长丝与海藻纱线合并在一起织成的内衣,具有远红外放射效能;合金钢长丝与PTT纱线合并在一起,织成的内衣具有较强的记忆功能;
(4)将步骤(3)中的合并线利用全自动无缝内衣机进行内衣制作,并且采取八路进线,进线的钩、杆、圈、管均更换成氧化铝件;这样能够保证机器正常生产,否则进线的钩、杆、圈、管等部件极易损坏,使织物残次品率较高。在进行织造时,选择合适的电脑软件与全自动无缝内衣机连接,如:高、矮、胖、瘦,男士或女士,或长袖、短袖等不同的尺码,不同的情况适应不同的软件程序,即可织造出不同类型的各式无缝针织内衣,并且是一次成型。
与现有技术相比,采用本发明织出的内衣具有永久防静电的功能,还具有20DB以上防电磁波辐射的功能,并且能够进行水洗、机洗、任意染色的功能,同时永久抗氧化,具有杀菌、抑菌、除臭、除异味的功效,阻挡手机对人体的辐射而不屏蔽手机信号,适合所有人群。
上面对本专利的较佳实施方式作了详细说明,但是本专利并不限于上述实施方式,在本领域的普通技术人员所具备的知识范围内,还可以在不脱离本专利宗旨的前提下做出各种变化。

1.一种以钢铁为纺织原料制作无缝针织内衣的生产工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)选择合金钢线材再伸线,在精密高速自动拉丝机上进行拉拔,拉拔至针织内衣面料所需的细度即0.023mm-0.025mm,得合金钢长丝;
(2)将步骤(1)中的合金钢长丝放在高温纯氢软化炉中软化成柔软的纺织用丝;
(3)将步骤(2)中软化好的合金钢长丝放在并线加捻一体机上与纱线合并在一起,得合并线;
(4)将步骤(3)中的合并线利用全自动无缝内衣机进行内衣制作,并且采取八路进线,进线的钩、杆、圈、管均更换成氧化铝件。
2.根据权利要求1所述的以钢铁为纺织原料制作无缝针织内衣的生产工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤(1)中的合金钢线材再伸线为合金钢线材316L再伸线。
3.根据权利要求1所述的以钢铁为纺织原料制作无缝针织内衣的生产工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤(3)中的纱线为莫代尔纱线、托玛琳竹炭纤维纱线、芳纶纱线、海藻纱线或PTT纱线。
