Abstract

本发明涉及一种可调式钢卷夹持焊接装置,该装置包括旋转台、旋转台上借助夹持支架夹持固定的钢卷、于钢卷一侧的所述旋转台上倾斜装置的导向板,所述导向板的底端带有滑动装置于旋转台的滑槽中的滑块,滑块通过螺钉于滑槽中固定;所述导向板上滑动装置夹持板,夹持板的端部夹持有焊条;该装置还包括可伸入钢卷中的导杆,所述导杆通过电机驱动装置于机架上,导杆上滑动装置有横杆,横杆的端部固接超声波检测探头。本发明采用旋转导向结构辅助对钢卷进行焊接,提高了焊接效率及效果;设置的导向结构可相对钢卷径向调节位置,其适应范围广;采用内置式超声波检测方式,实现对焊接处的实时检测,避免焊接缺陷。

可调式钢卷夹持焊接装置
技术领域
本发明涉及钣金加工技术领域,尤其是钢卷的焊接装置。
背景技术
目前,对弧形钢板或钢桶焊接如点焊时,由于需要对其多个点位进行焊接,因此需要对钢板或钢桶进行旋转移动,而现有方式是通过手动搬运操作,由于钢板或钢桶较重,手动操作较为费劲,导致焊接效率较低。
发明内容
本申请人针对上述弧形钢板或钢桶焊接时存在的上述缺点,提供一种可调式钢卷夹持焊接装置,其具有结构简单、操作简便的特点,有效地提高了焊接效率及效果。
本发明所采用的技术方案如下:
一种可调式钢卷夹持焊接装置,该装置包括旋转台、旋转台上借助夹持支架夹持固定的钢卷、于钢卷一侧的所述旋转台上倾斜装置的导向板,所述导向板的底端带有滑动装置于旋转台的滑槽中的滑块,滑块通过螺钉于滑槽中固定;所述导向板上滑动装置夹持板,夹持板的端部夹持有焊条;
该装置还包括可伸入钢卷中的导杆,所述导杆通过电机驱动装置于机架上,导杆上滑动装置有横杆,横杆的端部固接超声波检测探头。
本发明的有益效果如下:
本发明采用旋转导向结构辅助对钢卷进行焊接,提高了焊接效率及效果;设置的导向结构可相对钢卷径向调节位置,其适应范围广;采用内置式超声波检测方式,实现对焊接处的实时检测,避免焊接缺陷。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图,说明本发明的具体实施方式。
如图1所示,本实施例的可调式钢卷夹持焊接装置,该装置包括旋转台1、旋转台1上借助夹持支架5夹持固定的钢卷4、于钢卷4一侧的旋转台1上倾斜装置的导向板2,导向板2通过其下端的滑块21滑动装置于旋转台1上的滑槽11中并通过螺钉22固定位置;导向板2上滑动装置夹持板3,夹持板3的端部夹持有焊条9,夹持板3可于导向板2上沿其滑槽滑动调节焊接时焊条9的高度,导向板2倾斜设置,其倾角根据焊条9的消耗速度决定;
该装置还包括可伸入钢卷4中的导杆6,导杆6通过电机(未画出)驱动装置于机架(未画出)上,导杆6上滑动装置有横杆7,横杆7的端部固接超声波检测探头8;导杆6通过电机驱动旋转、横杆7与导杆6上调节上下位置,对焊接的位置通过超声波检测探头8检测。
本发明中,超声波检测探头8属于现有技术,故其结构及连接方式均未作详述。

1.一种可调式钢卷夹持焊接装置,其特征在于:该装置包括旋转台(1)、旋转台(1)上借助夹持支架(5)夹持固定的钢卷(4)、于钢卷(4)一侧的所述旋转台(1)上倾斜装置的导向板(2),所述导向板(2)的底端带有滑动装置于旋转台(1)的滑槽(11)中的滑块(21),滑块(21)通过螺钉(22)于滑槽(11)中固定;所述导向板(2)上滑动装置夹持板(3),夹持板(3)的端部夹持有焊条(9);
该装置还包括可伸入钢卷(4)中的导杆(6),所述导杆(6)通过电机驱动装置于机架上,导杆(6)上滑动装置有横杆(7),横杆(7)的端部固接超声波检测探头(8)。
