背景技术
现有技术中卷烟制品大都是以烟叶为主要原料,经使用不同烟叶再经过加香加料等工艺处理制成不同风格的卷烟制品,该制品通过燃烧抽吸使吸烟者获得满足感。但是,这种烟制品存在如下问题:1、烟草本身含有的有害物质对吸烟者健康造成的危害,如焦油、苯并芘、亚硝胺等物质,吸烟者在吸烟过程中还会产生二手烟的危害,对被动吸烟者造成伤害;2、烟灰、烟蒂等吸烟后产生的残留物影响环境卫生;3、需用明火点燃,从而造成火灾隐患。

本发明提供一种混悬型气雾保健烟及其制备方法,不含焦油及其他烟草有害物质,不经过燃烧产生二手烟的危害,又能使消费者获得满足感,是一种健康的卷烟替代产品。
一种混悬型气雾保健烟,由天然松针提取物、天然银杏叶提取物、植物萃取尼古丁、桂花香精油或柑橘皮香精油、以及抛射剂制成气雾剂,其中各组分按照重量份配比为:天然松针提取物10-15mg,天然银杏叶提取物10-12mg,植物萃取尼古丁0.8-1.0mg,桂花香精油或柑橘皮香精油1-2mg,抛射剂2g,所述植物萃取尼古丁由土豆皮、枸杞萃取制成。
一种混悬型气雾保健烟的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
原料的准备:取天然松针提取物、天然银杏叶提取物、植物萃取尼古丁、桂花香精油或柑橘皮香精油以及抛射剂按照如下重量份配比:天然松针提取物10-15mg,天然银杏叶提取物10-12mg,植物萃取尼古丁0.8-1.0mg,桂花香精油或柑橘皮香精油1-2mg,抛射剂2g,其中水分控制在0.03%以下,原料粒径控制在10um以下;
制成气雾剂:将配料与抛射剂直接按配方重量混合灌装制成混悬型气雾保健烟,具体的,将上述混合液灌装至耐压容器,耐压容器由容器、阀门、喷嘴系统组成。

取天然松针提取物12mg,天然银杏叶提取物12mg,植物萃取尼古丁1mg,柑橘皮香精油1mg,抛射剂四氟乙烷2g,其中水分控制在0.03%以下,原料粒径控制在10um以下;
将上述组分混合灌装至耐压容器,形成有由抛射剂以及溶于或悬浮于液化抛射剂的天然松针提取物、天然银杏叶提取物、植物萃取尼古丁、柑橘皮香精油组成的混合物,耐压容器由容器、阀门、喷嘴系统组成。
将配料与抛射剂直接按配方重量混合灌装制成混悬型气雾保健烟,具体的,将上述混合液灌装至耐压容器,耐压容器由容器、阀门、喷嘴系统组成。
实施例4:
取天然松针提取物12mg,天然银杏叶提取物12mg,植物萃取尼古丁0.9mg,柑橘皮香精油2mg,抛射剂四氟乙烷2g,其中水分控制在0.03%以下,原料粒径控制在10um以下;
将上述组分混合灌装至耐压容器,形成有由抛射剂以及溶于或悬浮于液化抛射剂的天然松针提取物、天然银杏叶提取物、植物萃取尼古丁、柑橘皮香精油组成的混合物,耐压容器由容器、阀门、喷嘴系统组成。
将配料与抛射剂直接按配方重量混合灌装制成混悬型气雾保健烟,具体的,将上述混合液灌装至耐压容器,耐压容器由容器、阀门、喷嘴系统组成。
上述实施例中,各组分的制备方法如下:
天然松针提取物的制备方法:将松针切成长度1-2cm后,经沸水浸渍提取两次过滤,两次滤液合并,蒸发浓缩至浸膏状,置4摄氏度温度下静置48小时除去下层沉淀物,取上清液置真空干燥器中真空干燥24小时得棕色精细粉末。
天然银杏叶提取物的制备方法:取银杏叶粉碎,用稀乙醇加热回流提取,合并提取液,回收乙醇并浓缩,加于已处理好的大孔吸附树脂柱,依次用水及不同浓度的乙醇洗脱,收集相应的洗脱液,回收乙醇喷雾干燥或回收乙醇浓缩成稠膏,真空干燥粉碎即得。
使用土豆皮制备植物萃取尼古丁的方法:将土豆皮烘干后粉碎,采用乙醇和水的混合液加热回流法提取,过滤分别得烟碱提取液和滤渣,将烟碱提取液真空浓缩得烟碱膏(即所述植物萃取尼古丁)。
使用枸杞子制备植物萃取尼古丁的方法:将枸杞子晾至皮皱原后铰碎,用石灰乳直接中和清水浸泡枸杞后得到碱性有机酸盐水溶液,过滤后的清液为游离烟碱溶液,对枸杞进行过滤挤压以挤出碱提取液,将碱提取液与碱溶液合并,再用有机溶剂氯仿萃取,再用20%硫酸水溶反萃该有机相所得的硫酸烟碱水溶液经浓缩得硫酸烟碱,以硫酸烟碱为原料,用碱中和后常压下蒸出多余水分即得烟碱。
桂花香精油或柑橘皮香精油的制备方法:先将果皮原料(柑橘皮)粉碎成细粒,花瓣(桂花)不需粉碎,然后用有机溶剂(例如乙醇)在密封容器内浸渍,浸渍3—12小时然后放出浸渍液,同时轻轻压出原料中的浸渍液,浸渍液可浸新料,如此反复三次,最后得到较浓的带有原料色素的酒精浸提液,过滤后将带酒精的浸提液进一步用蒸馏装置在45℃温度下将有机溶剂回收,即得到香精油。
以上所述,仅为本发明的具体实施方式,但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此,任何属于本技术领域的技术人员在本发明揭露的技术范围内,可轻易想到的变化或替换,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。因此,本发明的保护范围应该以权利要求的保护范围为准。
Claims (5)
1.一种混悬型气雾保健烟的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
原料的准备:取天然松针提取物、天然银杏叶提取物、植物萃取尼古丁、桂花香精油或柑橘皮香精油以及抛射剂按照如下重量份配比:天然松针提取物10-15mg,天然银杏叶提取物10-12mg,植物萃取尼古丁0.8-1.0mg,桂花香精油或柑橘皮香精油1-2mg,抛射剂2g,其中水分控制在0.03%以下,原料粒径控制在10μm以下,所述植物萃取尼古丁由土豆皮或枸杞子萃取制成;
制成气雾剂:将原料与抛射剂直接按配方重量混合灌装制成混悬型气雾保健烟;
所述天然松针提取物的制备方法为:将松针切成长度1-2cm后,经沸水浸渍提取两次过滤,两次滤液合并,蒸发浓缩至浸膏状,置4摄氏度温度下静置48小时除去下层沉淀物,取上清液置真空干燥器中真空干燥24小时得棕色精细粉末。

3.如权利要求1所述的混悬型气雾保健烟的制备方法,其特征在于:

使用枸杞子制备植物萃取尼古丁的方法为:将枸杞子晾至皮皱然后绞碎,清水浸泡枸杞后,用石灰乳直接中和,得到碱性有机酸盐水溶液,过滤后的清液为游离烟碱溶液,对枸杞进行过滤挤压以挤出烟碱提取液,将烟碱提取液与游离烟碱溶液合并,再用有机溶剂氯仿萃取,再用20%硫酸水溶液反萃该有机相,所得的硫酸烟碱水溶液经浓缩得硫酸烟碱,以硫酸烟碱为原料,用碱中和后常压下蒸出多余水分即得烟碱。
4.如权利要求1所述的混悬型气雾保健烟的制备方法,其特征在于:桂花香精油或柑橘皮香精油的制备方法为:先将柑橘皮粉碎成细粒,桂花不需粉碎,然后用有机溶剂在密封容器内浸渍,浸渍3—12小时然后放出浸渍液,同时轻轻压出原料中的浸渍液,浸渍液可浸新料,如此反复三次,最后得到较浓的带有原料色素的酒精浸提液,过滤后将带酒精的浸提液进一步用蒸馏装置在45℃温度下将有机溶剂回收,即得到香精油。
