技术领域

背景技术
各种结构被提供用于典型的商业载客飞行器的机身内的储藏、娱乐、饮食服务、休息和机组人员和乘客的舒适性。这些结构或“建造物”由蜂窝夹芯层或复合面板构造,这些面板由玻璃纤维蒙皮和诺梅克斯或凯夫拉尔纸芯制造,或在大多当代飞行器内由铝制造。

发明内容

在当前优选的方面中,牺牲盖被集成到宽凸缘嵌入件主体内。在另一个当前优选的方面中,牺牲盖包括易碎的侧壁。在另一个当前优选的方面中,管状螺母可以是浮动螺母或非浮动螺母。

本发明的宽凸缘嵌入件12(WFI)在图1中以透视图示出,稍微放大的分解透视图在图2中示出,并且完全装配好的截面视图在图3中示出。嵌入件包括宽凸缘主体14。牺牲盖16最初被附连到宽凸缘主体,并且牺牲盖16具有从其延伸的一体的螺纹销18。球端或带凸缘的浮动或非浮动螺母20被设置在宽凸缘嵌入件主体的内部,其中球端或带凸缘的浮动或非浮动螺母的宽端21被定位在或被支撑在嵌入件的后部处的埋头孔(counter bore hole)22中,该螺母通过集成到嵌入件凸缘本身的粘合或焊接的保持帽24被保持在宽凸缘嵌入件主体内。保持帽可以延伸跨过图1-3中图示说明的凸缘的整个宽度,或仅有足够的尺寸以允许从后部插入宽凸缘嵌入件主体。该嵌入件可以由工程级塑料注模而成或由适合的金属或非金属材料加工而成。
牺牲盖16被集成到宽凸缘嵌入件主体内,并且具有缩减的截面面积(薄壁),如在图3中可见,以利于在处理之后移除以便允许使用螺母。螺纹销18是宽凸缘嵌入件安装过程的整体部分,并且被用于在固化期间通过使用如图7所示的螺帽工具将嵌入件固定在适当位置。
本发明另外提供在复合或夹层面板26中安装或锚定该嵌入件的方法。锥口导向孔(countersunk pilot hole)28被钻入夹层或复合面板的第一表面或第一面29,如图4中所示。防护薄板30被放置在位于在锥口孔(countersunk hole)的相对远侧上的相对的第二侧面薄板或载荷面31上,在这之后,用粘合材料32填充锥口孔,如图5中所示。凸缘的下侧33可以额外地用粘合剂涂覆。
随后的步骤在图6中示出,其中宽凸缘嵌入件12被推入填充粘合剂的或涂覆粘合剂的盲孔28内,以使防护薄板30被螺纹销18和关联的牺牲盖16刺穿,同时嵌入件凸缘达到倚靠在夹层或复合面板蒙皮26的第一或内表面29上。螺纹销通常用包含穿刺尖端的可移除的防护套保护,以防止粘合剂污染螺纹。
一旦宽凸缘嵌入件12在复合面板26内形成的锥口孔28内就位,螺纹销上的防护套就被移除,并且螺钉固定装置34被紧固到螺纹销(图7),以将宽凸缘嵌入件12固定在适当位置,同时允许粘合剂固化(图8)。在粘合剂固化周期被完成之后,螺钉固定装置34被松开(图9)并且可以被再次用于安装另一个宽凸缘嵌入件。
如图10所示,牺牲盖16和螺纹销18然后被折断或切断,并且可以在使用或不使用工具的情况下,打磨和清理夹层或复合面板26。图11说明过程的最后阶段,其中锥口孔远侧面薄板或载荷面被清理,以移除任何粘合剂残余。然后打磨由于分解牺牲盖造成的任何锋利边缘。
本发明的宽凸缘嵌入件配置和安装方法消除了对于面板芯部中大粘合腔的需要,改善了夹层或复合面板中的载荷分布,减少了对粘合剂的需要,消除了潜在冷桥,包括了清理过程,并且显著减少了制造过程的时间。
虽然本发明的特定形式已经被说明和描述,但是对本领域的技术人员来说显而易见的是,可以做出各种修改而不脱离本发明的精神和范围。特别是,宽凸缘嵌入件和粘合过程可以适用于以各种尺寸和各种材料形成的复合面板,并且可以应用于各种飞行器内部结构,包括但不限制于厨房、座位等。因此,除了所附权利要求,不意图限制本发明。
Claims (17)
1.一种宽凸缘嵌入件,其用于提供将部件附连和锚定到面板的附着点,所述宽凸缘嵌入件包括:
管状宽凸缘主体,其包括具有第一外直径的管状轴部分、具有内直径的内孔、第一端和第二端、在所述管状宽凸缘主体的所述第一端处形成的增大的凸缘和在所述管状宽凸缘主体的所述内孔的第一端处形成的埋头孔,其中所述增大的凸缘具有比所述第一外直径更大的第二外直径;
大体圆柱形的牺牲盖,其具有第一端和第二端,所述牺牲盖的所述第一端被连接到所述管状宽凸缘主体的所述第二端;
螺纹销,其被连接到所述牺牲盖的所述第二端,并且从所述牺牲盖的所述第二端延伸;
管状螺母,其包括具有比所述管状宽凸缘主体的所述内直径更小的外直径的管状轴部分,和在所述管状螺母的端部处形成的增大的凸缘,所述管状螺母被设置在所述管状宽凸缘主体内,其中所述管状螺母的所述增大的凸缘被设置于在所述管状宽凸缘主体的所述内孔的所述第一端处形成的所述埋头孔内;和
保持帽,其被固定地附连到在所述管状宽凸缘主体的所述第一端处形成的所述增大的凸缘上,所述保持帽被配置为使所述管状螺母保持在所述管状宽凸缘主体的所述内孔内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的宽凸缘嵌入件,其中所述牺牲盖被集成到所述宽凸缘嵌入件主体内。
3.根据权利要求1所述的宽凸缘嵌入件,其中所述牺牲盖包括易碎的侧壁。
4.根据权利要求1所述的宽凸缘嵌入件,其中所述管状螺母包含浮动螺母。
5.根据权利要求1所述的宽凸缘嵌入件,其中所述管状螺母包含非浮动螺母。
6.一种将宽凸缘嵌入件锚定在具有第一面和第二面的面板中的方法,以便提供将部件附连和锚定到所述面板的附着点,所述方法包括:
提供宽凸缘嵌入件,以便提供将部件附连和锚定到所述面板的附着点,所述宽凸缘嵌入件包括:
管状宽凸缘主体,其包括具有第一外直径的管状轴部分、具有内直径的内孔、第一端和第二端、在所述管状宽凸缘主体的所述第一端处形成的增大的凸缘和在所述管状宽凸缘主体的所述内孔的第一端处形成的埋头孔,其中所述增大的凸缘具有比所述第一外直径更大的第二外直径;
大体圆柱形的牺牲盖,其具有第一端和第二端,所述牺牲盖的所述第一端被连接到所述管状宽凸缘主体的所述第二端;
螺纹销,其被连接到所述牺牲盖的所述第二端,并且从所述牺牲盖的所述第二端延伸;
管状螺母,其包括具有比所述管状宽凸缘主体的所述内直径更小的外直径的管状轴部分,和在所述管状螺母的端部处形成的增大的凸缘,所述管状螺母被设置在所述管状宽凸缘主体内,其中所述管状螺母的所述增大的凸缘被设置于在所述管状宽凸缘主体的所述内孔的第一端处形成的埋头孔内;和
保持帽,其被固定地附连到在所述管状宽凸缘主体的所述第一端处形成的所述增大的凸缘上,所述保持帽被配置为使所述管状螺母保持在所述管状宽凸缘主体的所述内孔内;
将锥口导向孔钻入所述面板的第一面;
在所述面板的相对的第二面上的所述锥口导向孔上放置防护薄板;
用粘合材料填充所述锥口导向孔;并且
充分地把所述宽凸缘嵌入件推入填充粘合剂的锥口导向孔内,以使所述螺纹销和牺牲盖刺穿所述防护薄板,并且使所述管状宽凸缘主体的所述增大的凸缘与所述面板的所述第一面接触;
将内螺纹固定装置紧固到所述螺纹销,以将所述宽凸缘嵌入件固定在适当位置;
允许所述粘合剂固化;
从所述螺纹销移除所述内螺纹固定装置;并且
从所述管状宽凸缘主体移除所述牺牲盖和螺纹销。
7.根据权利要求6所述的方法,其中所述面板包括复合面板。
8.根据权利要求6所述的方法,其中所述用粘合材料填充所述锥口导向孔的步骤进一步包括用粘合材料涂覆所述管状宽凸缘主体的所述增大的凸缘的下侧。
9.根据权利要求6所述的方法,进一步包括用具有穿刺尖端的可移除的防护套覆盖所述螺纹销的步骤,以在把所述宽凸缘嵌入件推入所述填充粘合剂的锥口导向孔内的步骤期间,保护所述螺纹销。
10.根据权利要求6所述的方法,进一步包括用具有穿刺尖端的可移除的防护套覆盖所述螺纹销的步骤,以在把所述宽凸缘嵌入件推入所述填充粘合剂的锥口导向孔内的步骤期间,防止粘合剂污染螺纹。
11.根据权利要求9所述的方法,进一步包括在把所述宽凸缘嵌入件推入填充粘合剂的锥口导向孔内的步骤之后,移除在所述螺纹销上的所述防护套的步骤。
12.根据权利要求10所述的方法,进一步包括在把所述宽凸缘嵌入件推入所述填充粘合剂的锥口导向孔内的步骤之后,移除在所述螺纹销上的所述防护套的步骤。
13.根据权利要求6所述的方法,其中所述移除所述牺牲盖和螺纹销的步骤包括折断所述牺牲盖和螺纹销。
14.根据权利要求6所述的方法,其中所述移除所述牺牲盖和螺纹销的步骤包括切断所述牺牲盖和螺纹销。
15.根据权利要求6所述的方法,进一步包括在从所述管状宽凸缘主体移除所述牺牲盖和螺纹销的步骤之后,从所述面板的所述第二面移除所述面板的所述第二面上的任何残留的粘合材料的步骤。
16.根据权利要求13所述的方法,进一步包括移除由于折断所述牺牲盖和螺纹销造成的任何锋利边缘的步骤。
17.根据权利要求14所述的方法,进一步包括移除由于切断所述牺牲盖和螺纹销造成的任何锋利边缘的步骤。
