本发明涉及一种全球定位系统地基增强站的观测墩,它包括天线、底部固定法兰盘、顶部安装法兰盘、钢管、外塑料管和内塑料管;天线设置在顶部安装法兰盘的上表面。本发明观测墩施工难度低,可采用标准化的施工工艺、可装可拆的预制件等手段和措施,可减少建站的作业内容。

技术领域
本发明属全球定位系统地基基站,特别是全球定位系统地基增强站的观测墩。
背景技术
目前,无论是GPSCORS站还是北斗地基增强站,其观测墩的建造基本采用现场钢筋混凝土连续浇筑的方式,无论施工工艺、材料、承载强度等都无法实现统一的标准和要求,而且现场浇筑受地理条件、人力等因素影响,成本高,周期长,质量控制困难。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种全球定位系统地基增强站的观测墩,观测墩施工难度低,可采用标准化的施工工艺、可装可拆的预制件等手段和措施,可减少建站的作业内容。
本发明为解决上述提出的问题所采用解决方案为:
一种全球定位系统地基增强站的观测墩,它包括天线、底部固定法兰盘、顶部安装法兰盘、钢管、外塑料管和内塑料管;
底部固定法兰盘的上表面固定设有底部筒体,顶部安装法兰盘的下表面固定设有顶部筒体;天线设置在顶部安装法兰盘的上表面;
钢管紧配合套在外塑料管上,外塑料管的下部紧配合套在底部筒体上,底部筒体紧配合套在内塑料管的下部,顶部安装法兰盘盖在钢管、外塑料管和内塑料管上端,顶部筒体插入外塑料管和内塑料管之间的间隙中。
本发明优点在于:
1、观测墩施工难度低,且采用标准化的施工工艺、可装可拆的预制件等手段和措施,基础建设和观测墩的安装可以分开进行,减小了对基础浇筑作业的依赖,减少了建站的作业内容,降低人力成本。
2、本发明还可以根据需要改变内管规格尺寸,减少现场浇筑量,节省成本。
3、馈线可以从内管穿出,无需再预留预埋穿线管,方便维护检修。
4、由于采用预制和配件组装的方式,可以进行产品系列化、标准化,增强了观测墩的互换性。

具体实施方式
下面通过实施例进一步介绍本发明,但是实施例不会构成对本发明的限制。
如图1所示,本发明观测墩实施例,它包括底部固定法兰盘1、顶部安装法兰盘2、钢管3、外塑料管4、内塑料管5和天线8。
底部固定法兰盘1的上表面固定设有底部筒体6,顶部安装法兰盘2的下表面固定设有顶部筒体7;天线8设置在顶部安装法兰盘2的上表面;
钢管3紧配合套在外塑料管4上,外塑料管4的下部紧配合套在底部筒体6上,底部筒体6紧配合套在内塑料管5的下部,顶部安装法兰盘2盖在钢管3、外塑料管4和内塑料管5上端,顶部筒体7插入外塑料管4和内塑料管5之间的间隙中。
本发明现场施工时,首先通过地脚螺栓将底部法兰盘固定在地基9上,在底部法兰盘上安装钢管3、外塑料管4、内塑料管5,在外塑料管4和内塑料管5之间的间隙中浇筑混凝土砂浆10,再将顶部安装法兰盘2盖在钢管3、外塑料管4和内塑料管5上端,在混凝土固化前调整好顶部安装法兰盘2位置。

1.一种全球定位系统地基增强站的观测墩,它包括天线(8),其特征在于:它还包括底部固定法兰盘(1)、顶部安装法兰盘(2)、钢管(3)、外塑料管(4)和内塑料管(5);
底部固定法兰盘(1)的上表面固定设有底部筒体(6),顶部安装法兰盘(2)的下表面固定设有顶部筒体(7);天线(8)设置在顶部安装法兰盘(2)的上表面;
钢管(3)紧配合套在外塑料管(4)上,外塑料管(4)的下部紧配合套在底部筒体(6)上,底部筒体(6)紧配合套在内塑料管(5)的下部,顶部安装法兰盘(2)盖在钢管(3)、外塑料管(4)和内塑料管(5)上端,顶部筒体(7)插入外塑料管(4)和内塑料管(5)之间的间隙中。
