Abstract
一种聚四氟乙烯玻璃纤维背衬板。它包括衬板本体,其特征在于所述的衬板本体由聚四氟乙烯衬板和玻璃纤维机织布层所形成,且所述的聚四氟乙烯衬板的背面与所述的玻璃纤维机织布层经高温高压热熔复合为一体。所述的聚四氟乙烯衬板的厚度为1.5-5mm、宽度为1.5m。所述的玻璃纤维机织布层由直径为3-5μm的玻璃纤维通过机织加工而成。本发明的聚四氟乙烯玻璃纤维背衬板具有优良的耐高低温性、耐腐蚀性、耐候性及良好的力学性能,作为烟囱内衬板且可保护烟囱内壁不受含有大量的腐蚀性硫化物等的工业燃料的尾气接触和侵蚀,大大延长烟囱的使用寿命。本发明的聚四氟乙烯玻璃纤维背衬板可适用于作为烟囱内衬板。
Description
技术领域:
本发明涉及一种聚四氟乙烯衬板,特别是涉及一种聚四氟乙烯玻璃纤维背衬板。
背景技术:
工业燃料的尾气通常经烟囱排放,工业燃料的尾气中大都含有大量的腐蚀性硫化物等,原先即使用进口的钛合金制成的烟囱,也因长时间接触H2SO3、H2SO4 等腐蚀性酸,特别是在温度超过100℃时,腐蚀更加严重,由于长时间的接触腐蚀性硫化物,导致毛细管中渗入这种硫化物,使得烟囱产生裂缝,需要维修修复,然而,这种钛合金材料做成的烟囱高度一般在120-200m,因而使得维修时,存在焊接比较困难及维修成本较大的问题。另外,这种钛合金几乎都是从国外进口,且价格非常昂贵,实际使用年限也只是一至二年左右。为此,有待于解决工业燃料的腐蚀性尾气排放的烟囱的使用寿命。
发明内容:
本发明的目的是要提供一种聚四氟乙烯玻璃纤维背衬板,它不但能有效地使用于工业燃料的腐蚀性尾气排放的烟囱的使用寿命得到显著的提高,而且,大大降低了制造成本及使用成本。
为了达到上述的目的本发明的解决方案是:本发明的聚四氟乙烯玻璃纤维背衬板 包括衬板本体,所述的衬板本体由聚四氟乙烯衬板和玻璃纤维机织布层所形成,且所述的聚四氟乙烯衬板的背面与所述的玻璃纤维机织布层经高温高压热熔复合为一体。
所述的聚四氟乙烯衬板的厚度为1.5-5mm、宽度为1.5m。
所述的玻璃纤维机织布层由直径为3-5μm 的玻璃纤维通过机织加工而成。
本发明推出了一种聚四氟乙烯玻璃纤维背衬板,其由所述的聚四氟乙烯衬板和所 述的玻璃纤维机织布层所形成,且所述的聚四氟乙烯衬板的背面与所述的玻璃纤维机织布层经高温高压热熔复合为一体。
聚四氟乙烯衬板由聚四氟乙烯材料制成,聚四氟乙烯由四氟乙烯经聚合而成的高 分子化合物,具有优良的耐高低温性、耐腐蚀性、耐候性及良好的力学性能。
聚四氟乙烯能在-196 ~ 260℃的较广温度下长期工作,且在该范围内均保持优良 的力学性能,在260℃的温度下不熔化,在低温也不变脆。
聚四氟乙烯耐化学腐蚀和除熔融的碱金属外,聚四氟乙烯几乎不受任何化学试剂 腐蚀,例如在浓硫酸、硝酸、盐酸,甚至在王水中煮沸,其重量及性能均无变化,也几乎不溶于所有的溶剂,它能在任何种类化学介质长期使用。
聚四氟乙烯不吸潮,不燃,对氧、紫外线均极稳定,所以具有优异的耐候性及良好
的抗老化耐力。
由此可见,聚四氟乙烯衬板作为烟囱的内衬板足以应对工业燃料的尾气中含有大 量的腐蚀性硫化物等,并起到保护烟囱内壁不受含有大量的腐蚀性硫化物等的工业燃料的尾气接触和侵蚀。另外,聚四氟乙烯衬板因表面较为光滑难以与其他材料粘接在一起,因此,经过特殊的加工并采用高温高压热熔复合的方法使聚四氟乙烯衬板的背面复合一玻璃纤维机织布层,其目的主要便于聚四氟乙烯衬板通过玻璃纤维机织布层与烟囱的内壁实现良好的连接而成一体。
采用本发明的聚四氟乙烯玻璃纤维背衬板做成的烟囱内衬板,不但可以延长烟囱 的使用寿命,经实验结果且至少能使用十年,并大大降低了使用成本及维修成本。利用聚四
氟乙烯玻璃纤维背衬板作为烟囱内衬板而制成的烟囱且可替代原有的钛合金制作的烟囱,
这样也使烟囱的制造成本大为下降,减少了企业的资金投入,减轻了企业的负担。
本发明的聚四氟乙烯玻璃纤维背衬板可适用于烟囱的内衬板,还可用于管道的内 衬板或其他需防腐蚀的场合。

参看图1,该发明的聚四氟乙烯玻璃纤维背衬板包含有一聚四氟乙烯衬板1 及玻 璃纤维机织布层2。
所述的玻璃纤维机织布层2 经高温高压热熔复合在所述的聚四氟乙烯衬板1 的背 面上且制成一体。
所述的聚四氟乙烯衬板1 的厚度为1.5-5mm、宽度为1.5m,所述的玻璃纤维机织布 层2 由直径为3-5μm 的玻璃纤维通过机织加工而成。

1.一种聚四氟乙烯玻璃纤维背衬板,它包括衬板本体,其特征在于所述的衬板本体由聚四氟乙烯衬板(1) 和玻璃纤维机织布层(2) 所形成,且所述的聚四氟乙烯衬板(1) 的背面与所述的玻璃纤维机织布层(2) 经高温高压热熔复合为一体。
2.根据权利要求1 所述的聚四氟乙烯玻璃纤维背衬板,其特征在于所述的聚四氟乙烯衬板(1) 的厚度为1.5-5mm、宽度为1.5m。
3.根据权利要求1 所述的聚四氟乙烯玻璃纤维背衬板,其特征在于所述的玻璃纤维机织布层(2) 由直径为3-5μm 的玻璃纤维通过机织加工而成。
