[0001] 本发明属于大气污染控制技术领域,特别涉及一种用于烧结机机头烟气终端处理的净化系统。
背景技术
[0002] 随着国家对环境保护越来越重视,微细烟尘、SO3酸雾、汞等以气溶胶形式存在的污染物的减排已被提到了议事日程。传统的干式电除尘器对于微细烟尘、SO3酸雾、汞等以气溶胶形式存在的污染物基本没有去除能力。国家新的《环境空气质量标准》对原有排放标准要求大幅提高,同时将汞、PM2.5纳入环境空气质量标准。同时,最新的《钢铁烧结、球团工业大气污染物排放标准》(GB28662)进一步提高了钢铁、烧结等领域对粉尘排放的要求。新标准提出后,目前国内绝大部分烧结机配套的环保设备技术参数无法达到新标准的要求,这就必然要对现有设备进行改造。
[0003] 烧结烟气脱硫与火电行业燃煤烟气脱硫类似,但由于钢铁行业的特殊性,其烧结机机头脱硫后烟气具有金属粉尘、灰分含量较高,烟气腐蚀性较大的特点。虽然目前国内部分烧结机机头烟气采用湿法脱硫工艺,但是对于上述问题治理效果并不明显。湿式电除尘器对于微细烟尘、SO3酸雾、汞等以气溶胶形式存在的污染物拥有良好的去除能力,但目前湿式电除尘器很少应用于烧结机脱硫后烟气处理,且已运行的在使用过程中也出现除尘效率低、可靠性较差、腐蚀严重等问题。

[0004] 本发明的目的是,克服现有技术的缺点,提供一种用于烧结机机头烟气终端处理的净化系统及处理方法。在烟气中含高金属粉尘、灰分及腐蚀性成分条件下,仍能高效、协同除去烟气中的so2、PM2.5等微细颗粒物、重金属(如汞)、气溶胶以及湿法脱硫所产生的SO3酸雾等多种污染物,达到环保要求。
[0005] 为了达到上述目的,釆用的技术方案是:一种用于烧结机机头烟气终端处理的净化系统,包括:湿式电除尘器(2)及配套的碱液和水供给、收集、循环及处理装置,所述湿式电除尘器(2)包含安置在烟气进口处的烟气均布装置(3),包括喷雾冲洗层(4)、喷淋冲洗层(5)和包括在烟气面积均布布置的放电极¢)、收尘极(7)的电除尘器,所述放电极(6)为空心近圆形金属放电杆,放电极即金属放电杆的直径5〜35mm,放电杆两侧各有一道M型加固槽,放电极的放电尖端呈三角形,放电尖端位于加固槽内;所述放电杆两侧加固槽内的放电尖端可呈平行或交错布置,即同齿或错齿布置;所述收尘极(7)底端设置有导流槽
(8),导流槽(8)与收尘极(7)间留有空隙;所述净化系统在脱硫吸收塔(I)塔内布置或塔外布置,或置于专门塔形容器内;喷雾冲洗层(4)和喷淋冲洗层(5)设有配套的碱液和水供给收集、循环及处理装置。

[0008] 一种用于烧结机机头烟气终端处理的净化方法,依次包括如下步骤:
[0009] I)烟气均布降速:烟气经脱硫处理后,烟气经过烟气均布装置均布降速;
[0010] 2)烟气调质:烟气经过喷雾冲洗层时,带有碱性液滴的水雾与烟气混合将烟气中的含酸物质进行中和,且雾化水增加了烟气的湿度,促使烟气中细微颗粒碰撞、凝并,使细微颗粒的粒径增大;
[0011] 3)污染物脱除:经步骤2)处理后的烟气经过湿式电除尘器中放电极和收尘极形成的均匀电场,烟气中的污染物在电场力作用下吸附于收尘极上,达到对烟气中的多种污染物进行脱除处理的作用;
[0012] 4)烟气排放;经步骤3)后,烟气经由烟气出口排出,完成烟气的净化。
[0013] 在步骤3)中,通过湿式电除尘器对烟气进行污染物脱除处理的方法为:通过电控装置控制放电极放电,使烟气中的污染物在电场的作用下吸附在收尘极上,喷淋冲洗层上的喷嘴向收尘极喷洒冲洗水,将吸附在收尘极上的污染物及冲洗水通过导流槽经过滤器将混合液中的固体物质过滤后,清洁滤液进入冲洗水收集罐;冲洗水收集罐中的水一部分进入喷雾水调质罐对喷雾水进行调质,一部分无法再利用的水经废水罐收集后进行无害化处理。
[0014] 所述湿式电除尘装置可依据实际情况布置于脱硫吸收塔顶或脱硫吸收塔外。布置于脱硫吸收塔顶时需对脱硫吸收塔增加支撑及补强结构。
[0015] 本发明的有益效果是:本发明提供的一种用于烧结机机头烟气终端处理的净化系统,针对钢铁行业其烧结机机头脱硫后烟气具有金属粉尘、灰分含量较高,烟气腐蚀性较大的特殊性对现有湿式电除尘设备及工艺进行改进,降低了烟气中金属粉尘、灰分及腐蚀性成分对湿式电除尘器收尘效率的影响,对烟气中多种污染物如so2、PM2.5等颗粒物、重金属(比如汞)以及SO3酸雾、气溶胶、逸氨等均能有效除去,提高了对烟气的净化效率,减少了占地面积。采用冲洗水收集及循环使用方式可大幅度减少冲洗水的使用量,提高整个净化系统的运行稳定性。

[0037] 105m2烧结机机头原烟气(17)经脱硫吸收塔(I)脱硫后,产生的烟气量为45〜55 万 Nm3/h,502含量 150 〜250mg/Nm 3,含有铁粉 10 〜20mg/Nm3,含 HCl、HF 20mg/Nm3,烟气经烟道由下方烟气入口进入湿式电除尘器(2),进口温度为50°C〜65°C。如图9所示,烟气通过烟气均布器(3)均布后,与喷雾冲洗层(4)形成的碱性水雾混合先将烟气中的酸性物质中和,并对烟气中的粉尘、重金属(如汞等)、微细颗粒物(PM2.5/PM1CI)等进行湿润调质及初步吸收,烟气中水蒸气达到饱和,为后续的放电极(6)对各种污染物颗粒荷电进行了烟气调质。经调质后的烟气继续上升放电极(6)放电,使烟气中的粉尘、金属氧化物(汞等)、细微颗粒物(PM2.5/PM1CI)及水分子带荷电,在电场的作用下,带有荷电的污染物沉附在收尘极(7)上,并由喷淋冲洗层(5)对收尘极(7)进行冲洗将污染物带入导流槽(8)。经过滤器(9)将混合液中的固体物质过滤后,清洁滤液进入冲洗水收集罐(13);冲洗水收集罐(13)中的水一部分进入喷雾水调质罐(12)对喷雾水进行调质,一部分无法再利用的水经废水罐(14)收集后进行无害化处理。

[0044] 本发明提供的一种用于烧结机机头烟气终端处理的净化系统,针对钢铁行业其烧结机机头脱硫后烟气的特殊性对现有湿式电除尘设备及工艺进行改进,降低了烟气中金属粉尘、灰分及腐蚀性成分对湿式电除尘器收尘效率的影响,对烟气中多种污染物如so2、PM2.5等颗粒物、重金属(比如汞)以及SO3酸雾、气溶胶、逸氨等均能有效除去,提高了对烟气的净化效率,减少了占地面积。采用冲洗水收集及循环使用方式可大幅度减少冲洗水的使用量,提高整个净化系统的运行稳定性。
