Abstract
本发明涉及一种治疗慢性胃炎的中药丸剂及其制备方法。主要由下列原料药制备而成,均为重量份:金银花4-20,石菖蒲8-16,甘草10-15,白术6-26,红枣2-22,麦冬3-25,蒲公英8-25,茵陈10-25,元胡5-9,川楝子2-7,鸡内金5-20,藿香6-23,砂仁4-10,莱菔子3-15和枇杷蜜83-283。本发明的中药丸剂对慢性胃炎效果显著,不仅可以避免长期服用西药使机体产生抗药性和对药物依赖性的情况,而且有清热解毒的功效。本发明中药丸剂具有易操作制备、携带方便、疗效显著的特点,并且它以天然中草药为原料药,无毒副作用,基本不会对人体造成不良影响。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于中药技术领域,尤其是涉及一种治疗慢性胃炎的中药丸剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
慢性胃炎是由各种病因导致的胃黏膜慢性炎症。慢性胃炎分为非萎缩性胃炎及萎缩性胃炎两大基本类型和一些特殊类型胃炎。
慢性非萎缩性胃炎病因有幽门螺杆菌感染(简称Hp感染)、胆汁和其他碱性肠液反流、饮酒、吃辛辣等刺激性食物、服用非甾体抗炎药等,其中Hp感染是其最主要的原因,其他因素可与Hp感染协同作用而加重胃黏膜慢性炎症。
慢性萎缩性胃炎分为两种类型。第一种类型又称自身免疫性胃炎,以胃体萎缩为主,患者体内存在自身抗体(包括壁细胞抗体和内因子抗体),表现为胃酸分泌减少或者缺乏、恶性贫血等自身免疫性疾病。第二种类型是以胃窦萎缩为主,少数可发展为胃癌,主要与Hp感染、胆汁和其他碱性肠液反流、饮酒有关。
多数慢性胃炎症状的轻重与胃黏膜的病变程度并非一致。大多数病人常无症状或有程度不同的消化不良症状如上腹隐痛、食欲减退、餐后饱胀、反酸等。慢性萎缩性胃炎患者可有贫血、消瘦、舌炎、腹泻等症状,个别病人伴黏膜糜烂者上腹痛较明显,并可有出血、呕血、黑便等症状。症状常常反复发作,无规律性腹痛,疼痛经常出现于进食过程中或餐后,多数位于上腹部、脐周、部分患者部位不固定,轻者间歇性隐痛或钝痛、严重者为剧烈绞痛。
当患者感到胃部不适时,通常会服用西药治疗,一般不同症状服用不同西药,如疼痛发作时服用阿托品、普鲁本辛、颠茄合剂等,感到胃酸时服用雷贝拉唑、兰索拉唑、奥美拉唑等,胃酸缺乏或无酸者服用胰酶片、多酶片等助消化药。服用西药一般只能暂时缓解症状,无法从根源上治疗病症,而且会有恶心、呕吐、腹泻等副作用,另外长期服用西药还会使机体产生抗药性和对药物依赖性。
发明内容
针对现有慢性胃炎治疗手段不足的现状,本发明的目的之一在于提供一种治疗慢性胃炎的中药丸剂。其具有易操作制备、携带方便、疗效显著的特点,并且以天然中草药为原料药,基本无毒副作用。
本发明的另一目的就是提供上述中药丸剂的制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案来实现的:
一种治疗慢性胃炎的中药丸剂,由下列原料药制备而成,均为重量份:金银花4-20,石菖蒲8-16,甘草10-15,白术6-26,红枣2-22,麦冬3-25,蒲公英8-25,茵陈10-25,元胡5-9,川楝子2-7,鸡内金5-20,藿香6-23,砂仁4-10,莱菔子3-15和枇杷蜜83-283。
上述治疗慢性胃炎的中药丸剂中,优选的方案为,由下列原料药制备而成,均为重量份:金银花10-18,石菖蒲10-15,甘草11-13,白术10-20,红枣8-16,麦冬5-18,蒲公英10-20,茵陈15-19,元胡6-8,川楝子4-6,鸡内金8-18,藿香10-22,砂仁6-9,莱菔子5-12和枇杷蜜129-235。
上述治疗慢性胃炎的中药丸剂中,更加优选的方案为,由下列原料药制备而成,均为重量份:金银花14,石菖蒲13,甘草12,白术12,红枣15,麦冬9,蒲公英11,茵陈17,元胡7,川楝子5,鸡内金12,藿香16,砂仁8,莱菔子9和枇杷蜜176。
上述的中药丸剂中,制备步骤如下:
A、按重量份配比称取各组分原料,备用;
B、加入金银花,石菖蒲,甘草,白术,红枣,麦冬,蒲公英,茵陈,元胡,川楝子,鸡内金,藿香,砂仁和莱菔子总质量1.5倍的清水进行浸泡,浸泡时间为30-60分钟;
C、将步骤B中浸泡的原料药放入小型干燥机中进行干燥,干燥后粉碎,过100-140目滤网过滤;
D、将枇杷蜜与步骤C中的原料药搅拌均匀,置于不锈钢糖衣机中,启动糖衣机,获得丸剂。丸剂的粒径为2.0-2.5cm。
上述中药丸剂的制备方法中,优选的是,步骤B中浸泡时间为40-50分钟(更加优选45分钟)。
上述中药丸剂的制备方法中,优选的是,步骤C中使用小型干燥机进行干燥,干燥后原料药含水量不高于6%。
为使本发明达到最佳治疗效果,本发明中药丸剂,每日两次,每次2丸,温水送服,10天一个疗程。忌烟、酒及辛辣、生冷、油腻等刺激性食物。
本发明中药丸剂对慢性胃炎效果显著,不仅可以避免长期服用西药使机体产生抗药性和对药物依赖性,而且有清热解毒的功效。
下面对各原料药的药理功效进行说明。
金银花:又名忍冬。性寒,味甘,入肺、心、胃经。具有清热解毒、抗炎、补虚疗风的功效,主治胀满下疾、温病发热,热毒痈疡和肿瘤等症。对于头昏头晕、口干作渴、多汗烦闷、肠炎、菌痢、麻疹、肺炎、乙脑、流脑、急性乳腺炎、败血症、阑尾炎、皮肤感染、痈疽疔疮、丹毒、腮腺炎、化脓性扁桃体炎等症均有一定疗效。
石菖蒲:又名九节菖蒲、山菖蒲、药菖蒲、金钱蒲、菖蒲叶、水剑草、香菖蒲等。有化湿开胃,开窍豁痰,醒神益智的功效。主治癫痫,痰厥,热病神昏,健忘,气闭耳聋,心胸烦闷,胃痛,腹痛,风寒湿痹,痈疽肿毒,跌打损伤,脘痞不饥,噤口下痢,神昏癫痫和健忘耳聋等症。
甘草:别名国老、甜草、乌拉尔甘草、甜根子。有补脾益气,清热解毒,祛痰止咳,缓急止痛,调和诸药的作用。用于脾胃虚弱,倦怠乏力,心悸气短,咳嗽痰多,脘腹、四肢挛急疼痛,痈肿疮毒等症。还有缓解药物毒性、烈性的效果。
白术:别名桴蓟、于术、冬白术、淅术、杨桴、吴术、片术、苍术等。味苦,甘,性温。归脾、胃经。白术具有健脾益气,燥湿利水,止汗,安胎的功效,用于脾虚食少,腹胀泄泻,痰饮眩悸,水肿,自汗,胎动不安等症。《医学启源》记载:“除湿益燥,和中益气,温中,去脾胃中湿,除胃热,强脾胃,进饮食,安胎。”
红枣:又名大枣。《本草纲目》中记载:“枣味甘、性温,能补中益气、养血生津,用于治疗脾虚弱、食少便溏、气血亏虚等疾病。”常食大枣可治疗身体虚弱、神经衰弱、脾胃不和、消化不良、劳伤咳嗽、贫血消瘦,养肝防癌功能尤为突出,有“日食三颗枣,百岁不显老”之说。
麦冬:又名沿阶草、书带草、麦门冬、寸冬。味甘、微苦,微寒。归心、肺、胃经。有养阴生津,润肺清心的功效。适用于肺燥干咳,阴虚痨嗽,喉痹咽痛,津伤口渴,内热消渴,心烦失眠,肠燥便秘等症。
蒲公英:别名黄花地丁、婆婆丁、华花郎等。味苦、甘,性寒。入肝、胃经。有清热解毒,利尿散结的功效。主治急性乳腺炎,淋巴腺炎,瘰疬,疔毒疮肿,急性结膜炎,感冒发热,急性扁桃体炎,急性支气管炎,胃炎,肝炎,胆囊炎,尿路感染等症。《本草经疏》注:蒲公英昧甘平,其性无毒。当是入肝入胃,解热凉血之要药。乳痈属肝经,妇人经行后,肝经主事,故主妇人乳痈肿乳毒,并宜生暖之良。
茵陈:别名牛至、田耐里、因尘、马先、绵茵陈、绒蒿、白蒿、细叶青蒿、安吕草。性味苦、辛,微寒。归脾、胃、肝、胆经。可预防流感,治中暑、感冒、头痛身重、腹痛、呕吐、胸膈胀满、气阻食滞、小儿食积腹胀、腹泻、月经过多、崩漏带下、皮肤搔痒及水肿等症。
元胡:又名延胡索、玄胡。性温,味辛苦,入心、脾、肝、肺经。有活血散瘀,理气止痛的作用,主治胃痛、痛经、跌打损伤等症。
川楝子:又名金铃子、川楝实、楝实。味苦,性寒。归肝、小肠、膀胱经。有疏肝泄热,行气止痛的功效,主治肝郁化火,胸胁、脘腹胀痛,疝气疼痛,虫积腹痛等症。
鸡内金:又名鸡黄皮、鸡食皮、鸡嗉子。味甘,性平。归脾、胃、小肠、膀胱经。有健胃消食,涩精止遗,通淋化石的功效,主治食积不消,呕吐泻痢,小儿疳积,遗尿,遗精,石淋涩痛,胆胀胁痛等症。
藿香:别名合香、苍告、山茴香等。味辛,微温。归脾、胃、肺经。有杀菌、芳香化浊、和中止呕、发表解暑的功效。主要用于湿浊中阻、脘痞呕吐、暑湿表证、湿温初起、发热倦怠、胸闷不舒、寒湿闭暑、腹痛吐泻、鼻渊头痛、暑湿重症,脾胃湿阻,脘腹胀满,肢体重困,恶心呕吐等症。
砂仁:又名小豆蔻。味辛,性温。入脾、胃经。有行气调中,和胃,醒脾的作用。主治腹痛痞胀,胃呆食滞,噎膈呕吐,寒泻冷痢,妊娠胎动等症。《药性论》中有记载:砂仁,主冷气腹痛,止休息气痢,劳损,消化水谷,温暖脾胃。
莱菔子:别名萝卜子、芦菔子、萝白子、菜头子。味辛、甘,性平。归肺、脾、胃经。有消食除胀,降气化痰的功效。主治饮食停滞,脘腹胀痛,大便秘结,积滞泻痢,痰壅喘咳等症。
枇杷蜜:有润肠通便,润肺止咳,解毒,医疮,止痛,众中益气,调和诸药,提高药性的作用。适合老人,小孩、孕妇、伤风感冒、咳嗽痰多,肠胃虚弱及经常饮酒人群。
具体实施方式:
下面结合实施例对本发明进行详细说明。
实施例1:一种治疗慢性胃炎的中药丸剂,包括金银花4份,石菖蒲8份,甘草10份,白术6份,红枣2份,麦冬3份,蒲公英8份,茵陈10份,元胡5份,川楝子2份,鸡内金5份,藿香6份,砂仁4份,莱菔子3份和枇杷蜜83份。每份2.5g。
上述的中药丸剂中,制备步骤如下:
A、按重量份配比称取各组分原料,备用;
B、加入金银花,石菖蒲,甘草,白术,红枣,麦冬,蒲公英,茵陈,元胡,川楝子,鸡内金,藿香,砂仁和莱菔子总质量1.5倍的清水进行浸泡,浸泡时间为30分钟;
C、将步骤B中浸泡的原料药放入小型干燥机中进行干燥,干燥后粉碎,过100目滤网过滤;
D、将枇杷蜜与步骤C中的原料药搅拌均匀,置于不锈钢糖衣机中,启动糖衣机,获得丸剂。丸剂的粒径为2.0-2.5cm。
同时,步骤C中使用小型干燥机进行干燥,干燥后原料药含水量不高于6%。
本实施例所提供的中药丸剂,每日两次,每次2丸,温水送服,8天一个疗程。忌烟、酒及辛辣、生冷、油腻等刺激性食物。
典型案例一:杜某,男,52岁,有长期饮酒及吸烟史,患者反复上腹隐痛不适3余年,伴反酸,餐后明显。 2014年6月患者饮酒较前增多,上腹隐痛症状加重,去医院检查,胃镜显示:胃体黏膜充血、水肿,胃窦黏膜粗糙不平、可见多个隆起状糜烂,Hp检测呈阳性,临床诊断为慢性非萎缩性胃炎。以前服用过阿莫西林和普鲁本辛,服用后上腹隐痛症状有所减轻,但伴有恶心、腹泻的副作用,遂停药。服用本发明实施例所得中药丸剂7天后,餐后反酸症状减轻,继续服用15天后,上腹隐痛、反酸的症状基本消失。去医院复诊,Hp值基本恢复正常。
实施例2:一种治疗慢性胃炎的中药丸剂,包括:金银花20份,石菖蒲16份,甘草15份,白术26份,红枣22份,麦冬25份,蒲公英25份,茵陈25份,元胡份9,川楝子份7,鸡内金20份,藿香23份,砂仁10份,莱菔子15份和枇杷蜜283份。每份1.5g。
上述的中药丸剂中,制备步骤如下:
A、按重量份配比称取各组分原料,备用;
B、加入金银花,石菖蒲,甘草,白术,红枣,麦冬,蒲公英,茵陈,元胡,川楝子,鸡内金,藿香,砂仁和莱菔子总质量1.5倍的清水进行浸泡,浸泡时间为60分钟;
C、将步骤B中浸泡的原料药放入小型干燥机中进行干燥,干燥后粉碎,过120目滤网过滤;
D、将枇杷蜜与步骤C中的原料药搅拌均匀,置于不锈钢糖衣机中,启动糖衣机,获得丸剂。丸剂的粒径为2.0-2.5cm。
同时,步骤C中使用小型干燥机进行干燥,干燥后原料药含水量不高于6%。
本实施例所提供的中药丸剂,每日两次,每次2丸,温水送服,10天一个疗程。忌烟、酒及辛辣、生冷、油腻等刺激性食物。
典型案例二:刘某,女,学生,患者间断上腹肿胀1年余,并伴反酸、胃灼热,平素嗳气,餐后明显,2015年1月份出现上腹隐痛,恶心、呕吐,呕吐后感口苦。去医院检查,胃镜显示:粘液湖量中等,含绿色液体,胃窦黏膜充血、水肿,可见多处糜烂,幽门口可见黄绿色胆汁涌入胃腔,Hp检测呈阴性,临床诊断为慢性非萎缩性胃炎伴胆汁反流。服用本发明实施例所得中药丸剂6天后,胃灼热、恶心、呕吐的症状有所改善,继续服用20天后,上腹隐痛症状基本消失,一周后去医院复诊,检查显示刘某基本痊愈。
实施例3:一种治疗慢性胃炎的中药丸剂,包括:金银花10份,石菖蒲10份,甘草11份,白术10份,红枣8份,麦冬5份,蒲公英10份,茵陈15份,元胡6份,川楝子4份,鸡内金8份,藿香10份,砂仁6份,莱菔子5份和枇杷蜜129份。每份2.5g。
上述的中药丸剂中,制备步骤如下:
A、按重量份配比称取各组分原料,备用;

上述的中药丸剂中,制备步骤如下:
A、按重量份配比称取各组分原料,备用;
B、加入金银花,石菖蒲,甘草,白术,红枣,麦冬,蒲公英,茵陈,元胡,川楝子,鸡内金,藿香,砂仁和莱菔子总质量1.5倍的清水进行浸泡,浸泡时间为50分钟;

典型案例三:李某某,女,65岁,退休干部,3年前出现上腹不适症状,曾与门诊行胃镜检查,诊断为慢性浅表性胃炎,患者未在意,2014年上半年患者出现上腹疼痛及反酸、食欲减退的症状,去医院检查,胃镜显示:胃窦粘膜红白相间,以白相为主,部分皱襞消失,黏膜血管显露,可见黏膜颗粒样及结节状不平,散在片段糜烂,Hp检测呈阳性,临床诊断为慢性萎缩性胃炎。服用本发明实施例所得中药丸剂8天后反酸症状有所缓解,食欲增强,继续服用16天后症状基本消失,继续服用10天后去医院复诊,Hp值恢复正常,患者基本痊愈。
经上述病例证明,本发明中药丸剂对慢性胃炎效果显著。不仅可以避免长期服用西药使机体产生抗药性和对药物依赖性的情况,而且有清热解毒的功效。本发明中药丸剂具有易操作制备、携带方便、疗效显著的特点,并且它以天然中草药为原料药,基本无毒副作用。

1.一种治疗慢性胃炎的中药丸剂,其特征在于,由下列原料药制备而成,均为重量份:金银花4-20,石菖蒲8-16,甘草10-15,白术6-26,红枣2-22,麦冬3-25,蒲公英8-25,茵陈10-25,元胡5-9,川楝子2-7,鸡内金5-20,藿香6-23,砂仁4-10,莱菔子3-15和枇杷蜜83-283。
2.根据权利要求1所述的中药丸剂,其特征在于,金银花10-18,石菖蒲10-15,甘草11-13,白术10-20,红枣8-16,麦冬5-18,蒲公英10-20,茵陈15-19,元胡6-8,川楝子4-6,鸡内金8-18,藿香10-22,砂仁6-9,莱菔子5-12和枇杷蜜129-235。

4.一种制备权利要求 1-3 任一所述的中药丸剂的方法,其特征在于,制备步骤如下:
A、按重量份配比称取各组分原料,备用;
B、加入金银花,石菖蒲,甘草,白术,红枣,麦冬,蒲公英,茵陈,元胡,川楝子,鸡内金,藿香,砂仁和莱菔子总质量1.5倍的清水进行浸泡,浸泡时间为30-60分钟;
C、将步骤B中浸泡的原料药放入小型干燥机中进行干燥,干燥后粉碎,过100-140目滤网过滤;
D、将枇杷蜜与步骤C中的原料药搅拌均匀,置于不锈钢糖衣机中,启动糖衣机,获得丸剂。
5.根据权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于,步骤B中浸泡时间为40-50分钟(更加优选45分钟)。
