Abstract

本发明涉及一种根据权利要求1的前序部分所述的保持组件,其用于将固定在制动设备上的法兰件固定在机动车的前围板/车厢前壁(Spritzwand)上。
背景技术
例如DE 44 03 466 A1公开了一种用于将设置在制动设备上的法兰件固定在机动车的前围板上的保持组件,该前围板将发动机舱与车辆内室分隔开。保持组件具有两个定位螺栓,这些定位螺栓必须从制动设备的法兰件通过前围板引入车辆内室,并且从车辆内室旋紧。由于车辆内室中的前围板的可触及性差,因此安装和拆卸制动设备的耗费很高。此外,发动机舱中的制动设备必须同时被支撑,以防止倾斜和脱落。
发明内容
本发明的任务在于,如此改良给定方式的保持组件,以保证利用尽可能低的构造上的和功能上的成本将制动设备简单且迅速地安装到前围板上,其中制动设备的导入、对准和固定应该借助简单的装置仅在前围板的面向发动机舱的一侧进行。
根据本发明,该任务就所述方式的保持组件而言通过权利要求1的特征而实现。

具体实施方式
图1以立体图的方式示出了一种用于将设置在制动设备14上的法兰件4固定在机动车的前围板1上的保持组件的细节图,该前围板将发动机舱与车辆内室分隔开。根据附图,在前围板1的面向发动机舱的一侧上固定有保持板2,该保持板具有形状配合连接结构3的元件,该形状配合连接结构与通过两个螺栓16固定在制动设备14上的法兰件4接合。保持板2在前围板1上的固定还借助于两个沿径向对置的保持螺栓16实现,为此在车辆内室内在前围板1上设置有踏板支座19,两个螺栓16从发动机舱侧旋入该踏板支座中。为了防止湿气和尘垢侵入,在保持板2和前围板1之间以及在保持板2和法兰件4之间分别布置有密封件17。
由图2的整个保持组件的俯视图可见,相对于形状配合连接结构3的元件沿径向对置地在保持组件上设置有力配合连接结构5的其他元件,从而在所示图中法兰件4与保持板2处于端部固定的接合中。
为了使本发明的主要特征更加一目了然,在所选俯视图中没有示出与法兰件4固定连接的制动设备14。由于两个保持螺栓16和端部紧固螺栓13需要自由的安装通道,保持板2的外周是不对称的、在每个螺栓接纳部的区域内分别根据径向向外延伸的接片的方式而成形,并且被环绕的框架6限定,其中通过保持板2的塑性成形而低成本生产的框架6为了构成形状配合连接结构3而能塑性地成形为钩部7,在不对称成形的法兰件4的外周上构造的径向的突出部8与该钩部接合。
为了将法兰件4在保持板2上精确地对准和接纳,框架6另外具有支撑边缘9,该支撑边缘在法兰件4插入到框架6中之后(相当于箭头方向)被设置在法兰件4的外围上的另一突出部10接触,从而通过该另一突出部10将法兰件4精确引导到保持板2上。支撑边缘9设置在钩部7下面、接近框架6的最深位置处,从而为了便于将制动设备14安装到前围板1上,一旦法兰件4在突出部10上方借助其面向钩部7的突出部8倾斜到钩部7后面,那么预安装在制动设备14上的法兰件4借助其舌形突出部10贴靠在框架6的支撑边缘9上。
在框架6的与钩部7沿径向对置的区段上设置有漏斗形扩大的贴靠面11,在法兰件4的突出部8与钩部7形状匹配地接合之后,板形法兰件4借助其构造在周面上的楔子21贴靠在该贴靠面上,其中为了生产力配合连接结构5,法兰件4在端部紧固螺栓13径向预紧的情况下压在保持板2上。
作为力配合连接结构5的主要元件,在保持板2中与钩部7沿径向对置的结构中设有内螺纹12,作为力配合连接结构5的另一元件,穿过法兰件4的端部紧固螺栓13从发动机舱/制动设备14的方向旋入该内螺纹中。
在图3中以纵向剖面图的形式示出了整个完成的保持组件,根据该图,内螺纹12被设置在垂直地布置在保持板2上的套筒18中,该套筒借助其凸缘贴靠在保持板2上,并且借助与此背离的套筒端部局部地伸入法兰件4的通孔中。借助套筒18,与设置在保持板2上的支撑边缘9相连接,法兰件4借助制动设备14精确的在保持板2上定向,从而相对较短的端部紧固螺栓13可以以在制动设备14和法兰件4之间能良好触及的方式被旋入内螺纹12中。
如图3所示,法兰件4实施为与保持板2的内轮廓相匹配的实心板,该实心板为了穿过踏板杆而具有管形凸台15,该凸台通过在保持板2中的大尺寸的开口20而伸入车辆内室中。
保持板2优选通过冲压金属板制成,同时为在保持板2中冲压开口20、用于内螺纹12和套筒18所需的开口和用于另外两个保持螺栓16所需的孔创造良好的条件。框架6和框架相对于钩部7的、用于形状配合连接结构3所需的特殊的设计在保持板2上优选通过模压或深冲简单且低成本地生产。
相反,法兰件4与为了形成形状配合连接结构3所需的径向突出部8相结合,优选作为压铸部件由轻金属合金或在必要情况下通过对纤维加强的塑料进行注塑而低成本地生产。
由此,根据本发明的所示特征提供了一种保持组件,其允许仅从发动机舱出发将制动设备14简单且迅速地安装到前围板1上和从其上拆卸,其中制动设备14的安装通过将设置在法兰件4上的突出部8挂到保持板2的钩部7上以及接下来借助端部紧固螺栓13将法兰件4拧紧到保持板2上在最短的时间内实现。

Claims (9)

1.一种用于将设置在制动设备上的法兰件固定在机动车的前围板上的保持组件,所述前围板将发动机舱与车辆内室分隔开,在前围板(1)的面向发动机舱的一侧上固定有保持板(2),所述保持板具有形状配合连接结构(3),所述形状配合连接结构与法兰件(4)相接合;
其特征在于,
保持板(2)具有不对称的形状,以接纳两个保持螺栓(16)和一个端部紧固螺栓(13);
相对于形状配合连接结构(3)沿径向对置地在保持板(2)上设置有包括所述端部紧固螺栓(13)的力配合连接结构(5),所述力配合连接结构与法兰件(4)相接合;
保持板(2)的外周被环绕的框架(6)界定,所述框架为了构成形状配合连接结构(3),通过保持板(2)的塑性成形而成形为钩部(7),设置在具有不对称的形状的法兰件(4)的外周上的径向的第一突出部(8)与该钩部接合;
为了使法兰件(4)在保持板(2)上精确地定向,所述框架(6)具有支撑边缘(9),该支撑边缘设置在钩部(7)下方,并且在法兰件(4)插入框架(6)内后,一旦法兰件(4)在设置于法兰件(4)的外周上的舌形的第二突出部(10)上方借助其面向钩部(7)的第一突出部(8)倾斜到钩部(7)后面,支撑边缘被所述第二突出部(10)接触。

3.根据权利要求1所述的保持组件,其特征在于,在框架(6)的与钩部(7)沿径向对置地定向的区段上设置有漏斗形扩大的贴靠面(11),法兰件(4)由于在贴靠面(11)的区域中设置的力配合连接结构(5)而以其局部的楔形构造的周面在径向预紧的情况下贴靠在该贴靠面上。
4.根据权利要求1所述的保持组件,其特征在于,作为力配合连接结构的组成部分,在保持板(2)中设置有内螺纹(12),作为所述力配合连接结构(5)的另一组成部分,穿过所述法兰件(4)的端部紧固螺栓(13)从所述制动设备(14)的方向旋入所述内螺纹中。
5.根据权利要求4所述的保持组件,其特征在于,所述内螺纹(12)形成于固定在保持板(2)上的套筒(18)中,所述套筒局部地伸入法兰件(4)的通孔中,其中,借助保持板(2)上的支撑边缘(9)和所述钩部(7)以及套筒(18),法兰件(4)连同固定在其上的制动设备(14)精确地在保持板(2)上定向。
6.根据权利要求1所述的保持组件,其特征在于,法兰件(4)实施为局部地与所述保持板(2)的轮廓相匹配的板件,所述板件为了供踏板杆穿过而具有管形的凸台(15),所述凸台穿过保持板(2)中的大尺寸开口(20)。
