技术领域
本发明涉及一种具有壳体的、尤其用于门关闭器的液压阻尼器。
背景技术
门关闭器通常具有液压阻尼器,所述液压阻尼器集成到门关闭器中。在此,阻尼器的壳体用作为缸体,所述缸体包含用于液压阻尼器的控制孔、液压通道等。这使壳体昂贵,因为其制造是耗费的。此外,关闭区域和功能部设置在固定的位置处,因为其为壳体中的控制孔。对于不同的构造变型方案而言必须提供不同的阻尼器,这又牵涉到多种不同的壳体类型。
发明内容
本发明的目的是,提供一种具有壳体的、尤其是用于门关闭器的液压阻尼器,所述液压阻尼器能够简单且成本适宜地制造。
根据本发明,所述目的借助一种具有壳体的、尤其用于门关闭器的液压阻尼器通过下述方式来实现,壳体没有控制孔和液压通道,并且将中间部件装入到壳体中,所述中间部件具有控制孔和液压通道。
由于该设计方案,根据本发明的液压阻尼器能够容易且成本适宜地制造,因为没有液压通道和/或控制孔必须被引入到壳体中。更确切地说,所述液压通道和/或控制孔能够从外部引入到中间部件中。这简化了根据本发明的阻尼器的制造,因为目前液压通道必须被引入到壳体壁部中。随后,控制孔要么必须从内部打孔,要么其必须从外部打孔,并且随后又必须被封闭。现在,这由于根据本发明的设计方案而不再必要。
从属权利要求的内容涉及本发明的有利的改进形式。
有利地,壳体构成为圆形的管部段。这简化了壳体的制造,因为管部段不需要被进一步再加工。
根据一个优选的设计方案,液压通道构成为向外敞开的槽,所述槽引入到中间部件的外环周中。这种槽能够容易地制造。随后,在组装的状态下,向外敞开的槽通过构成为管部段的壳体覆盖,使得在管部段和中间部件的共同作用的情况下形成闭合的液压通道。
控制孔有利地同样从外部引入到中间部件中。这有助于成本适宜地制造根据本发明的阻尼器,因为目前控制孔必须从内部打孔。替选地,尽管其可以从外部打孔,但是又必须以高的耗费来封闭。这在根据本发明的阻尼器中省去,因为从外部引入的控制孔在组装的状态下通过管部段来覆盖。
如果在构造时应注意既不需要内部孔也不需要底切部,那么中间部件要么可以是铸造部件、优选由铝、由锌压铸件或由塑料构成,要么可以是车削件。
根据一个有利的改进形式,在中间部件中设置有空心活塞。由此,得到杆和活塞侧的相同的面积,由此空心活塞可以构成为闭合的系统,因为渗出的油量可以总是在另一侧上接收。
中间部件有利地在其从中间部件中伸出的侧上构成用于容纳压紧辊。
替选地,中间部件可以在其从中间部件中伸出的侧上也具有螺纹杆等。这进一步简化根据本发明的阻尼器的制造。
空心活塞也可以是铸造部件、优选由铝、由锌压铸件或由塑料构成,或可以是车削件。
根据本发明的一个有利的改进形式,在空心活塞中设置有内部部件,所述内部部件包含控制阀和/或止回阀。
如果在构造时应注意既不需要内部孔也不需要底切部,那么内部部件同样要么可以是铸造部件、优选由铝、由锌压铸件或由塑料构成,要么可以是切削件。

具体实施方式
在图1中示出根据本发明的阻尼器1的分解图,所述分解图示出其主要组成部件。
根据本发明的阻尼器1基本上由壳体2、中间部件3、空心活塞4和内部部件5构成。
壳体2形成阻尼器1的外套并且吸收在其内部中主导的压力的绝大部分。因为壳体2根据本发明没有控制孔和液压通道,所以其能够由简单圆形的管部段形成,所述管部段不需要进一步被再加工。
基本上罐形构成的中间部件3装入到壳体2中。因为壳体2或管部段可以吸收压力的绝大部分,所以中间件3可以是铸造部件、优选由铝、由锌压铸件或由塑料构成,或者可以是车削件。中间部件3在其外表面上设有纵向伸展的槽,所述槽与构成为管部段的壳体2共同作用地形成液压通道3a(图2)。从液压通道3a中分支出径向伸展的控制孔3b(图2),所述控制孔由于根据本发明的设计方案而能够从外侧起引入到中间件3中。因此,一旦将中间部件3装入到壳体2中,壳体2就将控制孔3b对外密封。
将空心活塞4装入到中间部件3中,所述空心活塞同样可以是铸造部件、优选由铝、由锌压铸件或由塑料构成,或者可以是车削件。
空心活塞4部分地穿过罐形的中间部件3的底部中的开口伸出并且在其从中间部件3中伸出的侧上构成用于容纳压紧辊4a,所述空心活塞借助所述压紧辊可以与门关闭器7的转矩产生单元6处于作用连接(图4)。替选地,空心活塞4也在其从中间部件3中伸出的侧上具有螺纹杆4b等。
空心活塞4在其背离压紧辊4a的端部处设有径向环绕的且向外突出的凸缘4c,所述空心活塞借助所述凸缘贴靠中间部件3的内壁部。
同样可以是铸造部件、优选由铝、由锌压铸件或由塑料构成的或者可以是切削件的内部部件5具有柱形的基本体5a,所述基本体部分地伸入到空心活塞4中。在所述基本体的背离空心活塞4的端部处,将盘形的盖5b模制在基本体5a上,所述盖覆盖盆状的中间件3。盖5b的外径在此对应于壳体2的内径,使得盖5b可以装入到壳体2中。此外,基本体5a以距盖5b有间距的方式设有径向环绕的且向外突出的凸缘5c,所述凸缘贴靠中间部件3的内壁部。
在内部部件5中还设置有控制和止回阀5d(图2)。
由于液压通道3a和控制孔3b设置在中间部件3中而控制和止回阀5d设置在内部部件5中,所以能够通过使内部部件5相对于中间部件3旋转而能够遮盖或露出不同的液压通道3a或控制孔3b,由此在相同的部件的情况下可以激活不同的功能或不同的结构级。
在组装的状态下(图2),在内部部件5的基本体5a和空心活塞4之间形成第一压力腔8并且在空心活塞4和中间部件3之间形成第二压力腔9。此外,在空心活塞4的凸缘4c和内部部件5的凸缘5c之间构成自由空间10,所述自由空间在其外侧由中间部件3限界并且所述自由空间实现空心活塞4的运动。此外,在盖5b和凸缘5c之间可以构成液罐腔11,所述液罐腔在其外部同样由中间部件3限界。然而,液罐腔11并不一定是必需的,因为在所示出的实施例中在空心活塞4中存在相同的面积比。
图4示出根据本发明的阻尼器1连同门关闭器7。门关闭器7在此仅示意地借助在本文中所需的元件示出。单侧由弹簧12加载的转矩产生装置6在两侧上具有根据本发明的阻尼器1,其中一个阻尼器作用为打开阻尼器而另一阻尼器1用作为关闭阻尼器。该一个阻尼器1(在图4左侧)设有压紧辊4a,所述压紧辊作用于转矩产生单元6,而另一阻尼器1(在图4中右侧)具有螺纹杆4b。
根据本发明的液压阻尼器1在两侧起作用并且不仅能够在门关闭时而且也能够在门驱动时使用。所述阻尼器能够用作为打开阻尼器和关闭阻尼器。此外,所述阻尼器实现具有两个关闭范围的关闭和关闭延迟。所述阻尼器也可以用作为末端止挡件。最后,根据本发明的液压阻尼器1也可以使用在不同的门关闭变型形式中,因为其设计为模块化的构件。本发明的上面的描述仅用于阐述目的而非意图限制本发明。在本发明的范围内,可以进行不同的改变和修改,而不离开本发明的范围以及其等同形式。

Claims (14)

1.一种具有壳体的液压阻尼器,所述液压阻尼器尤其用于门关闭器阻尼器,其特征在于,所述壳体(2)没有控制孔和液压通道,并且中间部件(3)被装入到所述壳体(2)中,所述中间部件具有所述控制孔(3b)和所述液压通道(3a)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的液压阻尼器,其特征在于,所述壳体(2)构成为圆形的管部段。
3.根据上述权利要求中的任一项所述的液压阻尼器,其特征在于,所述液压通道(3a)构成为向外敞开的槽,所述槽引入到所述中间部件(3)的外环周中。

8.根据权利要求7所述的液压阻尼器,其特征在于,所述空心活塞(4)在其从所述中间部件(3)中伸出的侧上构成用于容纳压紧辊(4a)。
9.根据权利要求7所述的液压阻尼器,其特征在于,所述空心活塞(4)在其从所述中间部件(3)中伸出的侧上具有螺纹杆(4b)等。
10.根据权利要求7至9中任一项所述的液压阻尼器,其特征在于,所述空心活塞(4)是铸造部件、优选由铝、由锌压铸件或由塑料构成。
