本发明公开了一种高效沼气发生装置,包括沼气池,沼气池通过盖体封闭,在沼气池内设有发酵内筒,发酵内筒的中心轴线垂直盖体设置,发酵内筒上均布多个与沼气池连通的通孔,在沼气池一侧的上部设有进料管,进料管伸入沼气池内并进料管落料口位于发酵内筒的开口端上方;在沼气池另一侧的下部设有出料管,出料管伸入沼气池内并通过连接管与发酵内筒连接,发酵内筒上的落料管插入连接管内,连接管上设有控制阀;在沼气池上部设有出气管,在沼气池下部设有排液管。本发明结构简单,操作方便快捷,提高了沼气的发生效率。

一种高效沼气发生装置
技术领域
本发明涉及沼气发酵技术领域,尤其涉及一种高效沼气发生装置。
背景技术
随着我国经济的发展、社会的进步,城市居民生活得到进一步的提高,但农村居民生活仍存在很多问题。为全面建设小康社会,社会主义新农村建设显得十分必要。这就要求发展农村生态农业生产方式,改善农村环境,增加农民收入的宏伟目标。其中综合利用沼气池就是改变农村环境的一个重要途径。建设一个沼气池可以使用20年左右,综合利用好沼气池不仅可以节约能源、改善和保护环境,还有节约化肥和农药、提高农作物的产量和质量、促进和带动饲养业的发展等诸多好处。现有的沼气池的沼气池发生效率低,严重影响沼气的产量。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在的缺点,而提出的一种高效沼气发生装置。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:
一种高效沼气发生装置,包括沼气池,沼气池通过盖体封闭,在沼气池内设有发酵内筒,发酵内筒的中心轴线垂直盖体设置,发酵内筒上均布多个与沼气池连通的通孔,在沼气池一侧的上部设有进料管,进料管伸入沼气池内并进料管落料口位于发酵内筒的开口端上方;在沼气池另一侧的下部设有出料管,出料管伸入沼气池内并通过连接管与发酵内筒连接,发酵内筒上的落料管插入连接管内,连接管上设有控制阀;在沼气池上部设有出气管,在沼气池下部设有排液管;
在发酵内筒外侧设有中空支架,中空支架与沼气池连接,发酵内筒上部、下部均转动安装在中空支架上,在发酵内筒中部设有齿圈,齿圈通过主动齿轮与盖体上的驱动机构连接,主动齿轮设置在驱动机构的输出轴上。
优选地,发酵内筒由同轴设置的中空内筒和锥形内筒构成。
优选地,在中空支架上架设搅拌支架,搅拌支架上设有位于中空内筒上方的搅拌电机,搅拌电机的输出轴上设有伸入发酵内筒中的搅拌轴,搅拌轴上安装与搅拌内筒相适配的搅拌桨。
优选地,进料管、出料管中均设有螺旋输送器。
本发明提出的一种高效沼气发生装置,通过在沼气池内设置发酵内筒,发酵内筒上部由进料管供料,发酵内筒下部由出料管出料,出料管通过连接管与发酵内筒连接,使得发酵内筒的进料和出料可以不间断实现,提高了沼气的发生效率;同时发酵内筒内的发酵物料由搅拌装置搅拌,使得物料与沼气液充分接触;发酵内筒同时由驱动机构驱动带动发酵内筒旋转,加快了沼气发生效率。本发明结构简单,操作方便快捷,提高了沼气的发生效率。

具体实施方式
为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合具体实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
如图1所示,一种高效沼气发生装置,包括沼气池1,沼气池1通过盖体2封闭,在沼气池1内设有发酵内筒3,本实施例中,发酵内筒3由同轴设置的中空内筒和锥形内筒构成。发酵内筒3的中心轴线垂直盖体2设置,发酵内筒3上均布多个与沼气池1连通的通孔。在沼气池1一侧的上部设有进料管4,进料管4伸入沼气池1内,并进料管4落料口位于发酵内筒3的开口端上方;在沼气池1另一侧的下部设有出料管5,出料管5伸入沼气池1内并通过连接管6与发酵内筒3连接,发酵内筒3上的落料管插入连接管6内,连接管6上设有控制阀60;在沼气池1上部设有出气管,在沼气池1下部设有排液管;本实施例中,进料管4、出料管5中均设有螺旋输送器。
在发酵内筒3外侧设有中空支架7,中空支架7与沼气池1连接,发酵内筒3上部、下部均转动安装在中空支架7上,在发酵内筒3中部设有齿圈31,齿圈31通过主动齿轮81与盖体2上的驱动机构8连接,主动齿轮81设置在驱动机构8的输出轴上。通过设置发酵内筒3旋转提高沼气发生效率。
在中空支架7上架设搅拌支架,搅拌支架上设有位于中空内筒上方的搅拌电机91,搅拌电机91的输出轴上设有伸入发酵内筒3中的搅拌轴92,搅拌轴92上安装与搅拌内筒相适配的搅拌桨93。通过在发酵内筒3搅拌物料提高沼气发生效率。

1.一种高效沼气发生装置,其特征在于,包括沼气池(1),沼气池(1)通过盖体(2)封闭,在沼气池(1)内设有发酵内筒(3),发酵内筒(3)的中心轴线垂直盖体(2)设置,发酵内筒(3)上均布多个与沼气池(1)连通的通孔,在沼气池(1)一侧的上部设有进料管(4),进料管(4)伸入沼气池(1)内,并进料管(4)落料口位于发酵内筒(3)的开口端上方;在沼气池(1)另一侧的下部设有出料管(5),出料管(5)伸入沼气池(1)内并通过连接管(6)与发酵内筒(3)连接,发酵内筒(3)上的落料管插入连接管(6)内,连接管(6)上设有控制阀(60);在沼气池(1)上部设有出气管,在沼气池(1)下部设有排液管;
在发酵内筒(3)外侧设有中空支架(7),中空支架(7)与沼气池(1)连接,发酵内筒(3)上部、下部均转动安装在中空支架(7)上,在发酵内筒(3)中部设有齿圈(31),齿圈(31)通过主动齿轮(81)与盖体(2)上的驱动机构(8)连接,主动齿轮(81)设置在驱动机构(8)的输出轴上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高效沼气发生装置,其特征在于,发酵内筒(3)由同轴设置的中空内筒和锥形内筒构成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的高效沼气发生装置,其特征在于,在中空支架(7)上架设搅拌支架,搅拌支架上设有位于中空内筒上方的搅拌电机(91),搅拌电机(91)的输出轴上设有伸入发酵内筒(3)中的搅拌轴(92),搅拌轴(92)上安装与搅拌内筒相适配的搅拌桨(93)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的高效沼气发生装置,其特征在于,进料管(4)、出料管(5)中均设有螺旋输送器。
