本发明公开了一种家用线缆的护套,原料按重量份包括:三元乙丙橡胶80-110份、甲基乙烯基硅橡胶30-40、半补强炭黑1-3、防老剂2-4份、硼酸锌4-8份、钛白粉3-7份、促进剂1-2份、硬脂酸1-3份、偶联剂1-2份、云母粉60-80份、N,N’-间苯撑双马来酰亚胺1-3份、三聚氰胺氰尿酸盐30-35份、三烯丙基异三聚氰酸酯3-8份、硬脂酸锌1-3份、氯化石蜡5-12份、氢氧化镁10-20份和二辛酯1-3份。采用了本发明后,提高了线缆的导电性能、柔软性能和抗老化性能,提高了绝缘层的加工流动性,降低了加工难度、降低了生产成本,且在延长了线缆在常温下的使用寿命。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种家用线缆的护套。
背景技术
线缆的用途有很多,主要有控制安装、连接设备、输送电力等,线束是将若干线缆整理后形成的。随着经济的发展,人们对于家用电器的需求也日益增长,而家电生产过程需要很多线缆,现有技术中的一些线缆能够耐高温或者能够在低温下正常工作,但是这些线缆用于家电生产会提高生产成本。
发明内容
本发明的目的是解决现有技术中的一些线缆能够耐高温或者能够在低温下正常工作,但是这些线缆用于家电生产会提高生产成本的问题。
本发明采用的技术方案是:一种家用线缆的护套,原料按重量份包括:三元乙丙橡胶80-110份、甲基乙烯基硅橡胶30-40、半补强炭黑1-3、防老剂2-4份、硼酸锌4-8份、钛白粉3-7份、促进剂1-2份、硬脂酸1-3份、偶联剂1-2份、云母粉60-80份、N,N’-间苯撑双马来酰亚胺1-3份、三聚氰胺氰尿酸盐30-35份、三烯丙基异三聚氰酸酯3-8份、硬脂酸锌1-3份、氯化石蜡5-12份、氢氧化镁10-20份和二辛酯1-3份。
本发明的有益效果是:采用了本发明后,提高了线缆的导电性能、柔软性能和抗老化性能,提高了绝缘层的加工流动性,降低了加工难度、降低了生产成本,且在延长了线缆在常温下的使用寿命。
具体实施方式
下面对本发明做进一步的说明。
一种家用线缆的护套,原料按重量份包括:三元乙丙橡胶80-110份、甲基乙烯基硅橡胶30-40、半补强炭黑1-3、防老剂2-4份、硼酸锌4-8份、钛白粉3-7份、促进剂1-2份、硬脂酸1-3份、偶联剂1-2份、云母粉60-80份、N,N’-间苯撑双马来酰亚胺1-3份、三聚氰胺氰尿酸盐30-35份、三烯丙基异三聚氰酸酯3-8份、硬脂酸锌1-3份、氯化石蜡5-12份、氢氧化镁10-20份和二辛酯1-3份。
制备方法:
步骤一:将三元乙丙橡胶与甲基乙烯基硅橡胶放入密炼机内塑炼,机内温度控制在90-125℃,8-12分钟后取出并冷却至常温;
步骤二:将促进剂、硬脂酸、偶联剂、云母粉、N,N’-间苯撑双马来酰亚胺,硬脂酸锌、氯化石蜡和步骤一中生成混合橡胶加入密炼机进行混炼,在100-110℃下混炼4-6分钟后加入防老剂、半补强炭黑、硼酸锌和三聚氰胺氰尿酸盐,在85-90℃混炼2-4分钟;
步骤三:将三烯丙基异三聚氰酸酯、氢氧化镁和二辛酯和钛白粉放入密炼机内在90-95℃混炼6-10分钟后取出的成品。

1.一种家用线缆的护套,其特征在于原料按重量份包括:三元乙丙橡胶80-110份、甲基乙烯基硅橡胶30-40、半补强炭黑1-3、防老剂2-4份、硼酸锌4-8份、钛白粉3-7份、促进剂1-2份、硬脂酸1-3份、偶联剂1-2份、云母粉60-80份、N,N’-间苯撑双马来酰亚胺1-3份、三聚氰胺氰尿酸盐30-35份、三烯丙基异三聚氰酸酯3-8份、硬脂酸锌1-3份、氯化石蜡5-12份、氢氧化镁10-20份和二辛酯1-3份。
