Abstract

本发明涉及一种用于塑料挤出机的料斗,包括进料管、锥斗、圆筒,进料管、锥斗、圆筒之间固定连接,所述圆筒与锥斗的内壁设置有螺旋板;所述料斗内设置有搅拌装置,所述搅拌装置包括电机、搅拌轴、搅拌桨,所述电机通过固定环固定在加料口上方,所述搅拌轴的旋转方向与螺旋板的螺旋方向一致。搅拌桨不停搅动料斗内的原料,防止原料滞留在料斗内;所述进料管上设置有马鞍板,马鞍板上设置有固定螺栓,用于连接料斗与塑料挤出机的机筒。本发明在料斗内设置有搅拌装置且料斗内壁上设置有螺旋板,搅拌装置的搅拌作用防止原料滞留在料斗内,同时螺旋板起到对原料的流动进行导向,进一步避免原料滞留在料斗内。

一种用于塑料挤出机的料斗
技术领域
本发明涉及加料装置领域,尤其涉及一种用于塑料挤出机的料斗。
背景技术
在塑料挤出成型设备中,塑料挤出机通常称之为主机,而与其配套的后续设备塑料挤出成型机则称为辅机。塑料挤出机经过100多年的发展,已由原来的单螺杆衍生出双螺杆、多螺杆,甚至无螺杆等多种机型。塑料挤出机可以与管材、薄膜、捧材、单丝、扁丝、打包带、挤网、板材、异型材、造粒、电缆包覆等各种塑料成型辅机匹配,组成各种塑料挤出成型生产线,生产各种塑料制品。塑料挤出机主要由挤压系统、传动系统和加热冷却系统组成。其中挤压系统包括螺杆、机筒、料斗、机头和模具。料斗用于连续的向螺杆与机筒之间喂料。现有技术条件下的塑料挤出机常出现原料卡滞在料斗中,造成喂料中断或喂料不连续,造成生产过程中断。
发明内容
本发明为了克服现有技术中的不足,提供了一种用于塑料挤出机的料斗,本发明克服了塑料挤出机的料斗在喂料过程中出现原料卡滞的缺陷,保持喂料过程连续不中断。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现:
一种用于塑料挤出机的料斗,包括进料管、锥斗、圆筒,进料管、锥斗、圆筒之间固定连接,所述圆筒与锥斗的内壁设置有螺旋板,所述螺旋板的螺旋角为15°,所述螺旋板的宽度为所在锥斗、圆筒内壁面的截面宽度的六分之一。所述料斗内设置有搅拌装置,所述搅拌装置包括电机、搅拌轴、搅拌桨,所述电机通过固定环固定在加料口上方,所述搅拌轴的旋转方向与螺旋板的螺旋方向一致。搅拌桨不停搅动料斗内的原料,防止原料滞留在料斗内。
所述进料管上设置有马鞍板,马鞍板上设置有固定螺栓,用于连接料斗与塑料挤出机的机筒。
与现有的技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明在料斗内设置有搅拌装置且料斗内壁上设置有螺旋板,搅拌装置的搅拌作用防止原料滞留在料斗内,同时螺旋板起到对原料的流动进行导向,进一步避免原料滞留在料斗内。

具体实施方式
为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
一种用于塑料挤出机的料斗,如图1所示,本发明包括进料管3、锥斗4、圆筒5,进料管3、锥斗4、圆筒5之间固定连接。所述圆筒5与锥斗4的内壁设置有螺旋板6,螺旋板6的螺旋角为15°,螺旋板6的宽度为所在锥斗4、圆筒5内壁面的截面宽度的六分之一。
所述料斗内设置有搅拌装置,该搅拌装置包括电机10、搅拌轴12、搅拌桨11,电机10通过固定环9固定在加料口7上方,固定环9由支撑杆8连接在料斗上。搅拌轴12上设置有搅拌桨11,搅拌轴12和搅拌桨11伸入料斗内部,直至进料管3内。搅拌轴12的旋转方向与螺旋板6的螺旋方向一致。在搅拌桨11不停搅动料斗内的原料时,螺旋板6起到在原料下降过程中对其进行导向的作用,防止原料滞留在料斗内。
所述进料管3上设置有马鞍板2,马鞍板2上设置有固定螺栓1,通过马鞍板2和固定螺栓1将料斗与塑料挤出机的机筒连接,具有连接方便、快捷的特点。

1.一种用于塑料挤出机的料斗,包括进料管(3)、锥斗(4)、圆筒(5),进料管(3)、锥斗(4)、圆筒(5)之间固定连接,其特征在于:所述圆筒(5)与锥斗(4)的内壁设置有螺旋板(6),所述料斗内设置有搅拌装置,所述搅拌装置包括电机(10)、搅拌轴(12)、搅拌桨(11),所述电机(10)通过固定环(9)固定在加料口(7)上方,所述搅拌轴(12)的旋转方向与螺旋板(6)的螺旋方向一致;所述螺旋板(6)的螺旋角为15°;所述螺旋板(6)的宽度为所在锥斗(4)、圆筒(5)内壁面的截面宽度的六分之一。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于塑料挤出机的料斗,其特征在于:所述进料管(3)上设置有马鞍板(2)。
